This morning at Walgreen's store in Prescott, AZ, I had a concerning experience with the manager. Initially, I was questioned about purchasing a gift card, then refused the sale. It is not her place to dictate how I spend my money. I frequent this store regularly for medication as a 75-year-old RN, and I value making my own choices. Due to this incident, I will be seeking services elsewhere. Conversely, I'd like to highlight the excellent service from Karen at the Willow Creek Road location in Prescott.

I have experienced prescription undercounts at Walgreens twice recently. While they corrected one issue, the other involved a crucial controlled medication dated 1/6/31. I should have had enough pills until April 5, but ran out on April 3, two short. Concerningly, my confirmed prescription for that day at 11 am was not ready as promised, and I was left uninformed. This situation with a controlled medication is troubling. New pharmacy staff might be necessary for better service.

I recently encountered unprofessional behavior from the pharmacist at the 99th St location in Vancouver, WA. While there, I witnessed the pharmacist publicly berating a senior co-worker in front of customers. This conduct was both embarrassing and unacceptable. After picking up my prescription, I addressed the issue with the pharmacist, explaining that her behavior was inappropriate and should have been handled privately. However, she responded defensively and loudly, stating that private conversations are ineffective. This kind of behavior is a serious concern and has led me to choose not to fill my prescriptions at Walgreens in the future. My visit was on April 3rd at 3:52pm. Greg Gray

I called the pharmacy to check if my medications were ready. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I had to hang up due to being at work. The customer service experience was disappointing. Your website indicated a 45-minute hold time for calls, which is unacceptable. Please consider hiring more staff. As someone working in customer service, I understand the importance of efficient communication. Hiring additional people would greatly benefit your paying customers.

Hi, I'm Bridget Williams. I'm a Walgreens customer. I recently visited the Walgreens in Jacksonville, Florida, to pick up my prescriptions covered by my medicare and medicaid plans. I've been paying for my medication since April 5th, and my prescriptions should have been covered under my plan. I reached out and filed a claim, expecting a call back yesterday as promised by the pharmacist. I live in the beach and University area of Jacksonville. I need clarification on the refund amount due to me as my insurance information was incorrect in the records. I was provided this number by a store pharmacist to contact for assistance. Please reach out to me at [redacted] regarding my claim. Thank you.

I was told by a Walgreens pharmacy that I must have an Arizona driver's license by next month to receive my prescribed controlled medications. I currently only possess an unexpired Hawaii license and do not intend to establish residency in Arizona. I have lived in Hawaii for the past 3 years and have never faced this issue elsewhere in the U.S. Is this requirement from the pharmacy accurate? Thank you for any insight.

I used a $10 MyRewards credit coupon from the MyRewards website before going to the store. There were multiple accounts under my name, so I selected the one with the same email as my Walgreens account. I didn't receive the credit, so I tried adding it using the RFN number on the website but encountered errors. This happens frequently. I always check my receipts before leaving the store and often find coupons are not applied and prices are incorrect. I've been overcharged multiple times for a single product. Employees are helpful when I notice mistakes immediately, but I hesitate to bring it up if there are other customers waiting. It's disappointing to experience consistent issues at a large chain store like this.

I have been trying to fill my prescription for 9 to 10 months now, and each time I come every 30 days to pick up the same medication, it's never in stock. Standing in line for 45 minutes only to find out it's not ready and needs to be ordered has been frustrating. I have called three times for assistance, but no one has returned my calls. Today, I called to arrange for pick-up tomorrow, but I was informed that the medication is out of stock and cannot be ordered due to a recent computer issue. I am concerned about how many days I will be without my medication this month. I have done everything I can to resolve this unfair situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Liza Q.

I need assistance entering the sweepstakes using Walgreens receipts before the 06/30/[redacted] deadline. Unfortunately, I'm stuck on the page where the survey number and password are entered and need help before the 5:00 p.m. deadline today. The survey closes 72 hours after purchase, which for me was at 5:00 p.m. on 06/22/[redacted]. When I reached out to Walgreens at the Prairie and Northern location in Pueblo, CO for support, I had a negative experience. A male employee named Carl hung up on me twice, which was quite disappointing. The female store manager wasn't very helpful either, though she didn't disconnect the call like Carl did.

I have been a loyal customer at the Walgreens in Essexville, Michigan since they opened years ago. For the past three years, I've been purchasing Diet Tonic there to help with my leg pain. However, I'm disappointed to find out that they haven't had it in stock for the past 6-8 weeks, even though they used to order it weekly. I'm unsure why they no longer receive it, and the employees at the store don't have any information either. Diet Tonic from Walgreens has been my favorite, and I'm truly upset by this sudden change. It's the best diet tonic water I've ever had, and I hope they can restock it soon.

Since moving two years ago, obtaining my Ozempic has been a frustrating ordeal. Despite my doctor sending the prescription two weeks ago, I had to intervene with both them and my insurance due to an additional prior authorization requirement. After endless phone calls and waiting up to six hours daily for callbacks that never came, my husband and I shared the burden of following up with Walgreens. The pharmacist even admitted to withholding the medication for someone else, a practice I found suspicious and concerning. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service at Walgreens on [redacted] Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA [redacted], and only continue to use them because of my insurance coverage. To add insult to injury, receiving a cancellation text at 10 PM tonight after two weeks of persistent effort is truly distressing. Managing my diabetes should not be this strenuous or unreliable.

CAUTION: WALGREENS PHARMACY ALERT! I recently received a notice from Walgreens concerning a recalled medication they provided. Despite the manufacturer's clear warning not to use it, my local Walgreens claimed ignorance about the recall and refused to take back the medication. They instructed me to contact the manufacturer, but the provided [redacted] number was unresponsive. The lack of urgency and assistance in replacing the crucial medication during a medical crisis was disappointing. When I reached out to other Walgreens locations and even their regional office, none were aware of the recall. The handling of this situation has been extremely unsatisfactory and has left me without the necessary medication. Given this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend Walgreens Pharmacy due to their apparent lack of commitment to customer safety and well-being in urgent medical situations.

Hello, I am missing a $5 rebate for the shampoo and conditioner I purchased. Additionally, my coupons did not print. I also need to file a complaint regarding an incident involving Adrianna at the store. She was asked to retrieve my pick-up order while another lady checked me out for the items I was purchasing in-store. Adrianna left the store from behind the counter where the order was kept, and when the lady finished checking me out, Adrianna was nowhere to be found. I had to wait for someone else to assist me, and she did so with an unpleasant attitude. This is not the first time I have had difficulties with her.

I bought a $[redacted] eBay gift card on August 25, got it activated, but it showed no balance when I tried to use it. I have been trying to resolve this issue since the 25th. After speaking with eBay, they advised me to file a police report. The police then directed me to contact Walgreens corporate. I have all the receipts, activation code, and the card itself, but it seems like the money was not loaded onto it. I am seeking a resolution to this matter.

Today, I visited my usual Walgreens store. While browsing my favorite products, a young child approached me and tried to take items from my hand with a demanding attitude. This individual, who claimed to be the manager but seemed much younger and lacked professionalism, accused me of things I did not do. I was simply carrying some smaller items like hair ties and makeup while shopping. It was very unpleasant to be treated this way, and I hope that Walgreens will address this issue by either reassigning him to a different role or providing further training.

I received a check from Walgreens yesterday, but I am confused about why I got it. When I contacted customer service, I had trouble understanding the representatives due to language barriers. I attempted to reach out via email but couldn't find an address. The check doesn't provide any explanation for the $9.98 amount. Despite multiple attempts to clarify, I have not received a clear answer. The invoice number is [redacted]7-[redacted]. The poor customer service experience has been frustrating, and I have been disconnected or transferred multiple times without resolution. I hope to get a simple and clear explanation soon as my family has been loyal Walgreens customers for many years.

I contacted the Walgreens Pharmacy at [redacted] State Ave KC, KS to refill my pain prescription sent by my doctor. They informed me yesterday and today that they are out of Hydrocodone [redacted]-5 and couldn't provide a restock timeline. They did not offer to transfer my prescription to another Walgreens with stock; instead, they advised me to contact my doctor.

The Walgreens in Lake St. Louis should improve their service for the elderly by providing a computer for making appointment bookings. Not all elderly individuals have access to smartphones or know how to use them. During my visit, I witnessed an older man being turned away because he didn't have an appointment or a smartphone. This incident saddened me, realizing that one day I too will require assistance. I took it upon myself to help the gentleman schedule his flu shot appointment online using my phone. I input David E.'s information, used my email, and provided him with a written confirmation of his appointment. It only took 5 minutes to assist him. Walgreens needs to step up their customer service for those who may struggle with technology. Offering a computer or iPad exclusively for appointment scheduling or taking a few minutes to assist customers personally can make a big difference. Let's do better, Walgreens, and prioritize helping those who may need extra support. Bogus

I inadvertently received a Scarlett gift card instead of the intended Walgreens gift card meant for my 62nd anniversary as my husband (81 years old) picked it up by mistake. The Scarlett debit card remains unopened and unactivated. Despite visiting my local Walgreens store with the receipt, the staff directed me to contact Scarlett's phone number, which unfortunately did not offer assistance. My simple request is for the Walgreens store in Hartselle, Alabama, to switch the Scarlett debit card for a traditional Walgreens gift card. Thank you. - E.D. Ricks
