Last Tuesday, I received a notification that my account had been deactivated due to alleged returns. I have been utilizing the Bartlesville, OK location for my pickups twice a week for a couple of years, and I maintain that I have not made any returns. After reaching out to customer service, three representatives, upon reviewing my account, mentioned that it was an error on WalMart's end and assured me it would be resolved soon. Given my age of 82 and limited mobility, I heavily rely on the pickups as someone does them for me. If my account will not be reinstated, kindly inform me so I can make alternate arrangements with another store. This situation has left me feeling uneasy. I was unable to pick up my order on Friday and I hope to resume on Tuesday, but the available time slots are filling up fast. I may have to consider contacting a different store soon if this matter is not resolved promptly. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. I was recently let go from my upcoming janitorial position at Walmart in Collierville, Tennessee. Despite informing the manager on site about my absence from the orientation on May 25th due to a family emergency, they mentioned that I did not provide them adequate notice. I waited on hold for an hour on May 24th and then relayed the situation to them, even rescheduling the orientation as instructed. I am seeking assistance to address this concern promptly. Thank you.

My Walmart order was delayed recently, possibly due to weather conditions. I reached out to a customer service representative through the website chat to inquire about the status of my order. They informed me that the order should arrive by 11 am today. As it's almost 11 am now, I have not received any updates and the order status has changed to "we're preparing your order." I have a $25 Walmart Gift Card, but when I enter the number from my email, I receive an error message saying the number and PIN do not match. I received this card last month in May. I contacted the company that issued the card, and they confirmed the balance is still $25. It seems like there may be an issue on Walmart's end. I had an online order on Saturday, June 3rd for delivery. They only delivered part of the order and promised it by 10 p.m., but it never arrived. After calling, they rescheduled for Sunday morning, again it did not arrive. They provided (2) $15.00 gift cards as compensation. Today, I got a message that it will be delivered on Tues. June 6 by UPS. When trying to use the gift cards, I get a message saying the promo is only for certain items. I've called my local Walmart at [redacted] multiple times, but no one answers. I am unable to find out what items are eligible for the gift cards.

I have been a patient at Walmart Health and Dental in Georgia for years without health insurance. I've had difficulties getting my [redacted] receipts for tax purposes despite numerous attempts with the office staff. Communication problems abound, including no inbound number for the clinic locations, a faulty appointment scheduling system, and misinformation about accessing financial records. After finally receiving one receipt by mail, I tried to contact customer service support via email with no luck. Even the corporate billing department lacks email contact information. I recently noticed an unauthorized payment of $[redacted].37 taken from my bank account for an account linked to email [redacted], although my name is Lucinda Palma and my email is [redacted] The charge seems related to a Walmart money card, which I did not purchase or permit anyone to buy. This money was withdrawn from my disability benefits card, crucial for paying my rent, causing significant inconvenience. I received a prepaid AT&T phone card from the electronic store in Hannibal, Missouri for $50. Unfortunately, they did not inform me that it was incorrect for my hotspot, and I couldn't get a refund. I'm frustrated because it's unfair that I can't return the wrong card and wasted $50. I need assistance in getting my money back as it feels like it was taken from me. I need to update my payment method for my grocery delivery account as my bank card was closed due to upcoming surgery. I need to update the payment with Walmart to continue the service. Yesterday, I visited Walmart in Springfield, Pennsylvania. In the Customer Service section, I noticed two flags displayed. One flag resembled the United States flag but had unusual colors and said Juneteenth on it. The other flag nearby depicted various sexual orientations. I was with my six-year-old child who asked about the flags, and I was unable to explain. I spoke with the store manager, who mentioned Walmart's policy of inclusivity and supporting various causes. While I respect people's right to support what they believe in, I felt it was inappropriate for my young child to be exposed to these flags. I believe it is a form of sexual abuse. I recently updated my phone number and now I can't receive a verification code to access my account because I no longer have access to my old number. I previously contacted customer service and the first representative said they couldn't assist me, but I was able to reach someone else who guided me through the process. Unfortunately, after changing my phone number, it seems that the update did not save, so now I'm stuck trying to access my account with the old number that I no longer have.

I have had some issues with Walmart automatically renewing my membership, causing my bank to flag it as fraud. After confirming it was legitimate, I renewed my membership on June 19th with order #[redacted]-[redacted]1. While the membership renewal went smoothly, I noticed that I was charged the $9.95 delivery fee. Today, another order #[redacted]-[redacted]8 reflected another $9.95 delivery charge. I kindly request a refund for the two delivery charges to be credited back to my card on file. If this is not possible, I may have to consider cancelling my membership. Unfortunately, reaching a live person at the Corporate Office seems challenging.

My Walmart Plus membership automatically renewed, even though I removed all payment methods. Initially, a card in my wallet was charged, which my bank blocked. Then, another card linked to my account was charged. I do not want this subscription anymore. However, the cancellation policy not refunding charges makes me hesitant to cancel through the app. Despite contacting Walmart service through phone, chat, and email, I have not found a solution. Promises of a supervisor's call back or email verification have been unfulfilled.

On 6-03-[redacted], I purchased the HP 24-inch All-in-One computer and HP OfficeJet 9012e from the Walmart store in Tifton, Georgia, paying by check or cash. I find the items too advanced for my needs. Despite the receipt stating a 30-day return policy, when I tried to return the items within this timeframe, I was informed by a clerk that only 14 days are allowed for returns now. The store denied the return. I was advised to contact Walmart corporate office to address the issue. Being 87 years old, I feel this treatment is unfair and could be considered elder abuse. I urgently need a refund as the equipment is not suitable for me.

I ordered 4 boxes of Great Value Blueberry Fruit and Grain cereal bars last week. The total cost was $21.68, which included a $2.00 tip, $10 for 2-hour delivery, and tax. Unfortunately, the order was cancelled, and the amount was deducted from my Chime account. The next day, an additional $14.18 was taken for a subscription. I spoke to Muhammed from your customer service at the 1-[redacted] number. I informed him that I would close my Walmart account once all my money was returned. I was recently charged for Walmart+ despite working for them at store number [redacted] in Eden, NC until June 6th. It was agreed that I would not be charged for Walmart+ while being employed there, but it was deducted from my pay every two weeks. I tried contacting support through the chat line, but the conversation abruptly ended, instructing me to call 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, when I call this number, I am directed to a recording and cannot speak to anyone about my issue. I kindly request a refund for the Walmart+ charges during my employment at Walmart. Today, I purchased a Frontline flea collar for $70, but it was too big for my dog. I tried to exchange it for a smaller size with the receipt, but the store refused, claiming it wasn't in their system. This is impossible since I bought it just a few hours ago.
