I'm having trouble accessing my Walmart W-2 form online. An error message keeps popping up stating, "An unexpected error has occurred with your online session. Please close this light box and click ‘Try Again’ to log in." I urgently need this document for my FASFA verification. Customer support has disconnected my calls four times. When I finally spoke to an operator, they insisted I had the wrong number, even though the automated message clearly indicated otherwise by mentioning the company's name. It's frustrating not being able to obtain the assistance I need.
