Unfortunately, I cannot call as I am using an Albanian phone number and cannot make calls outside Kosovo or Albania. I am currently unwell due to Lyme disease and may need to go to the hospital soon. My friend is assisting me in considering purchasing a flex pack depending on the cost, as a precaution in case I am unable to fly. I am uncertain about my available options in this situation.

My PIR number is BLQVY11530. My last name is Singh. We are still waiting for our luggage, which contains important medication for my son's kidney problems (tacrolimus, MMF, and prednisolone). It has been three days since we could give him his medicine. If there is a relapse or critical condition, we may need to go to the hospital. My own medication, including for diabetes and high blood pressure, is also in the same bag, along with heart attack tablets (clopidogrel 75 mg) in a gold-colored bag. Please return our luggage bags promptly so that we can access our medication.

My mother accidentally left her mobile phone on a Vueling flight to Barcelona. She attempted to retrieve it but was unable to re-board the aircraft. The staff provided her with a form to complete, explaining it was part of their process. She filled it out as instructed. Despite being in Barcelona for four days, she did not receive any updates. Upon revisiting the Vueling help desk, she encountered staff with limited English proficiency who handed her another form. Regrettably, it has been one month since the incident, and we have been unable to obtain assistance. Communication has proven challenging as there is no formal complaints procedure, and our emails have gone unanswered. The phone's last location was Terminal 1 before its battery died.

We missed our flight to Cairo due to a delay in departing from Lisbon to Barcelona on October 25. Our luggage, which was supposed to be transferred to Cairo, did not reach its destination. Our flight VY3914 scheduled for 06.12.[redacted] has been delayed. We are concerned about missing our connecting flight from Barcelona to Palma de Mallorca. I checked in for my Paris Orly to Rome FCO flight at 17:25. I encountered an issue with my cabin bag, which was included in my fare. The check-in attendant asked me to fit the bag in the luggage measurer, and although it fit snugly, she insisted it was too big and required an additional payment. This was surprising as my backpack has always fit under passenger seats on numerous flights in the past five years, at least 8 times annually. I reluctantly paid the fee but am now seeking a refund.

My flight times have been changed. I travel annually to Santiago de Compostela with Iberia, but it has become common for only two-stop flights to be available from Manchester, making my journeys lengthy. Wanting a more direct option, I opted for Vueling from Gatwick this time. I had booked in August, with my train journey to London also scheduled. However, later on, Vueling altered the options to include two flights via Barcelona. These changes disrupt my plans, forcing me to arrive too late at night to catch the train and increase my CO2 footprint. I feel let down by these unexpected changes and find it hard to plan accordingly.

I am frustrated with Vueling as they won't let me resolve my issue through their online chat or email system. Their system thinks my reservation details are wrong, even though they worked on a different page before. I had to call them, leading to high international call charges, only to be told that my reason for cancellation is not valid because of a medical condition. I am seeking a refund as their faulty system forced me to incur unnecessary costs by not letting me address the problem through the usual channels.
