My wife Sigrid K. and I had flights booked from Hamburg to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Porto with Flight Numbers VY1821 and VY8478 under Reservation ID QRNS. Unfortunately, my wife fell ill last night, and we won't be able to make the flight. We plan to see a doctor again next Monday (10-09-23) and will have the necessary documents for the refund request. I purchased a flight ticket with Vueling for a trip from London Gatwick to Valencia on September 25th. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled, and even though I received a refund for the flight, I haven’t been refunded for the seat allocation that I paid for separately. Additionally, I had arranged and pre-paid for car hire, which was non-refundable and unused due to the canceled flight. The Booking Code for the flight is NJT1XQ. I’m facing difficulties communicating with the bot using my booking reference. The seat allocations for three passengers (Simon, Claire, and Polly Allen) amounted to £58.50, paid through PayPal. The car hire was booked with Gold Car and cost £[redacted].06. I am open to providing any necessary documentation for further assistance.

I had a flight from Alicante to Barcelona and unfortunately lost my luggage in Barcelona. Due to a connection issue, I missed my flight to Venice. No information was provided, and we were stuck on the airplane for over an hour. As I require crutches, I needed assistance, but the flight attendants were not very helpful initially. Eventually, someone from Vueling helped reschedule my flights, provided a voucher, and assisted me. However, no details were given about my luggage or any receipts with baggage numbers. It took nearly five days to locate my luggage in Venice, and I had to pick it up from the airport myself. This entire experience has been stressful, especially for someone on crutches. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience. The lack of professionalism in handling the situation has been incredibly frustrating. Upon our arrival at Gatwick from Rome on October 10th, [redacted], we encountered an issue with our missing baggage at the luggage carousel. Despite visiting the closed Vueling customer service desk, we were directed to call a number posted on the window. The individual we spoke with advised us to register the missing baggage online. Unfortunately, we have been unable to do so as we were not provided with a PIR number for the report.

I am attempting to request reimbursement for a train ticket I had to purchase again due to a Vueling flight delay from Florence to Gatwick on 27/09/[redacted], causing me to miss my connection. The situation was extremely disorganized. Our flight was redirected to another airport, where we had to endure 3 hours of confusion without any clear instructions. We were originally scheduled to land in VLC at 22:30, but the pilot did not inform us of the redirection until after 10 minutes past the scheduled arrival time. Upon reaching ALC at 23:45, we faced significant delays at the baggage claim area without any Vueling staff present to assist or confirm the baggage carousel. Chaos ensued as we tried to locate our bus, with passengers pushing and yelling in the absence of any Vueling representatives. Eventually, after waiting over 2 hours for the bus, we embarked on a 2-hour journey to VLC, departing at 03:00. What was supposed to be a 2-hour flight turned into a 7-hour ordeal. Our expected arrival time of 22:30 was severely delayed, and we only reached VLC at 05:30, after departing LGW at 20:29.

I am writing to inform you of the unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent flight on 10th October [redacted] from Amsterdam to Florence. Upon arrival in Florence, I discovered that my luggage was damaged.
I visited the lost and found department at the airport, who directed me to contact Vueling Airlines. I spoke with the check-in staff, and they advised me to file a formal complaint with the company.
My booking code for the flight was UE7C3C, on flight VY6815 departing at 15:05 from Amsterdam to Florence, Italy. Upon inspection of my luggage, I found that my new Samsonite luggage lock was broken, resulting in some of my makeup items being damaged, including eyeshadow that spilled inside the bag.
I have attached pictures of the damaged luggage for your review. I kindly request that your company covers the cost of replacing the damaged items. I await your prompt response.

I need help with our return flight from Menorca, Spain on September 3, [redacted], with booking code IJKHWA. The flight is for 11:30 MAH - BOS at 21:10 with VY3711/ VY9795. I purchased a ticket from London to Barcelona through kiwi.com. When I attempted to add check-in information to my profile, I noticed an error in the passenger details concerning my nationality. The website lists my nationality as United Kingdom, however, I am Georgian and correctly provided my nationality during the ticket purchase. Kiwi.com is requesting 30 euros to rectify this apparent technical error. I do not feel I should incur additional costs for their mistake. Can you assist in correcting my nationality to Georgian without the fee? I am unsure whether I can resolve this matter at Vueling's check-in counter on the day of my flight. Subject: Complaint Regarding Gate B48 Staff at Barcelona Airport
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against one of your employees, a female staff member stationed at gate B48 at Barcelona Airport for the flight from Barcelona to Nice on Saturday, October 21st, scheduled for 19:00-19:40.
This employee prevented me from boarding the aircraft by falsely claiming that I had not paid for my cabin-sized bag, despite presenting all the necessary documentation including my valid passport, boarding pass, and a receipt clearly indicating that two bags were included. Moreover, the bag was appropriately labeled as paid for by your staff at the previous airport. The employee at the gate refused to acknowledge any of my documentation and declined to escalate the matter to a manager.
Her demeanor was highly confrontational as she confiscated my passport and boarding pass, insisting on a payment of €60, which she processed without permission and failed to provide a receipt upon request. I intend to initiate legal proceedings against her actions.
I kindly request that the unauthorized charge be reversed, and I seek an official acknowledgment of her unprofessional conduct.

I'm currently dealing with a double booking situation. We reached out to Vueling customer service to change one of our tickets. Following their advice, we paid the penalty to cancel the ticket and rebooked for an earlier flight. Despite paying the penalty, the original booking code TCTJGI for the flight from FCO to ORY on October 26th is still active. We have another booking with code AK6I5K for the same date that we want to keep. We're requesting assistance to cancel the initial booking and receive a refund. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, they keep stating that the cancellation is in progress, which has been ongoing for two weeks. This extended timeline for cancellation is perplexing to us.
