I signed up for a two-month plan with Vodafone Italy expecting it to end after two months. I activated this plan in early October, but I left Europe in November. Now, I received a notification that the plan has been renewed, and I'm being billed for the upcoming month, even though I haven't used the SIM card for a month and have been in Canada for the same amount of time. I have been trying various numbers to contact them, but without success. I am really frustrated because I shouldn't be facing these charges.

Dear VI Team, I am Vipin Kumar Satendar Singh and I have been experiencing issues with my sim card for the last five days. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, my sim card is still not activated for calls, although the internet service is working. I have submitted my ID card and a passport-sized photo to the customer care center near me. They promised activation within 24 hours, which has now passed without any progress. Your company may have big ambitions and promotions, but the lack of good service is disappointing for a single customer like me. Increasing customer numbers is not enough; improving customer service is crucial. I trust this email reaches the right person who can swiftly address this issue. If needed, I may consider sharing my experience on social media to raise awareness among other customers. Looking forward to a prompt response from your team.

I purchased a 2-year validity package with 1-year international roaming from the Vodafone office located at Binal Complex, opposite AEC, Sola Road, Ahmedabad on February 22, [redacted], and I paid Rs3300 for it. Unfortunately, upon arriving, I realized that the international roaming is not working, and I have not received any messages from the bank or Vodafone regarding this issue. Could you please check the status for my phone number [redacted]? The employee assured me that everything was set up when I made the payment, but apparently, there is no service when I arrived in the USA. Even though I connected to my home WiFi, I am still not receiving any messages. Interestingly, I received a one-month validity extension for my wife's phone number ([redacted]). Could you please investigate the status of my phone number ([redacted]) validity and the international roaming problem? I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for many years. Unfortunately, after being in an accident and bedridden for eight months, I discovered my phone had not been used for five consecutive months. Upon my recovery, I realized the number had been reassigned as I could not trace it and found out it was sold to someone else by the local Vodafone store. The number, [redacted], held sentimental value as it was in use for nearly a decade and all my previous contacts know it well. Despite trying to reach out to the new owner, the number is temporarily out of service. I kindly request Vodafone to help me retrieve my old number. Currently, I am using [redacted]. Thank you. P. I canceled my contract with Vodafone in October and got confirmation. Still, I keep getting bills. After several attempts to reach out to customer service, my contract got canceled in February instead of November. Just received another bill in April for internet service, and after emailing about it, got a notice from debt collectors instead of a response.

I recently got a Vodafone eSIM but haven't received my confirmation code. The website only offers a phone reminder for the code while I can't access it without activation. Even to cancel, I need the code for verification. Contacting support via email hasn't helped as they suggest calling because email support is for new sign-ups only. I am unable to use the service and unable to cancel or make changes.

Dear Vodafone customer care, I, Alanta Debsingha, recently purchased a Vi SIM with the number [redacted]. While I was out today, I came across a Vodafone offer and decided to get the SIM to improve my network speed. I paid [redacted] rupees to the retailer with the assurance that the SIM would be activated within 10 minutes after the recharge. I am currently traveling in Europe and recently purchased a Vodafone SIM card while in Spain. Unfortunately, after my phone powered off due to low battery, it prompted me for a SIM PIN which I do not recall setting up. I have attempted to enter a few common PINs, including '[redacted]', but I am now locked out and in need of a PUK code to unlock the phone. I am currently in France and am unable to contact Vodafone for assistance. Accessing the Spanish Vodafone website is challenging due to my lack of proficiency in the language, and I am unable to navigate the UK Vodafone site as it directs me back to the Spanish one. Any suggestions on how I can obtain a PUK code to regain access to my phone would be greatly appreciated.

Ever since the fiber broadband was installed, the service has worsened. We were content with the old broadband, but a representative visited in December [redacted] and mentioned a free upgrade due to only two houses in our estate still being on the old system. The installation got delayed as they mistakenly went to the wrong house. Finally, we were connected around 8 weeks ago, initially it worked well, but now it's declining in quality. I am unable to provide test results at the moment.

I am Komal Kapoor from Chennai. I have been trying to port my number [redacted] from Vodafone to Jio since March [redacted]. Despite several attempts, my porting request keeps getting rejected with the reason being, "Your Porting Request CVT41276 dated 16May23 has been rejected due to Authorized Signatory Signature missing / mismatch. Request you to kindly contact your Authorized Signatory." This situation is very frustrating, especially since the poor signal in our area causes us to miss important calls and emergencies. I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this matter and successfully porting my number.

Hello, I ordered home internet installation. I received a box in the mail, but I need to set it up following the instructions and their video. I tried, but it's not working. They tell me to connect the red plug to the blue one if you don't have DSL, and if you have DSL, connect it through that, but it doesn't fit anywhere. In short, I connected it according to the diagram: the white light is on, yellow for WiFi, and red for internet. Nothing is working, but they say WiFi is working, yet there is no internet and the phone is not working. They say it's working, I ask for a specialist to come and set it up. They insist a specialist will guide me over the phone on how to do it all. It's been almost a month without internet, and they already took payment. I don't understand why I have to figure out how to install the internet myself. It's like a DIY project. Can anyone help me file a complaint with Vodafone? I live in London. Thank you so much, just please help.

I have been using a postpaid number from Vodafone for the past 3 to 4 years. Recently, I visited the store to discuss switching to prepaid, but they were unresponsive and only focused on postpaid plans. The plan they offered me was more expensive, at [redacted], while my family pack is only [redacted] with Vodafone. I feel like my money is being wasted. The customer service at the Vodafone store was disappointing and only seemed concerned about making money. I am considering leaving Vodafone as I feel unsatisfied. I believe Idea and Airtel offer better services than Vodafone, even though Vodafone is cheaper.

Hello, my name is Abhilash Sankar PB. While in India, I had a VI SIM card with all my contacts, friends' information, passwords, and Gmail linked to the number +91 [redacted]. Last week, I moved to West Africa for work and had been using my Gmail and WhatsApp without issues. Unfortunately, yesterday a stranger at my workplace stole my phone along with the SIM card. I've lost access to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and my friends' contact numbers. It's disheartening as I feel like I've lost everything. I asked my father to get a copy of the SIM, but the shop in India says they need my fingerprint. I would greatly appreciate assistance in obtaining a copy of my SIM card to restore my contacts. Dear Vodafone Team, I am Rajesh Sahu. I would like to inform you that on 13/07/23, I purchased a Vodafone postpaid SIM from the Civil Lines store with the number [redacted] under Priyanshu Ji's name. Since getting the SIM, the internet is not working properly. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but they keep mentioning a technical issue in my area. I am disappointed that no matter where I call from, whether Mumbai, Delhi, or Kanpur, I always get the same response about a technical issue in my area. The problem escalated when on 13/07/[redacted], the SIM stopped working, only 10 days after purchase. It has been challenging to face such issues with a Vodafone postpaid SIM. I recently switched from my Italian "1Mobile" sim card to a "Vodafone" sim card, but the porting process failed, and now I have a new number. The number seems to be working properly, but I am facing an issue with the internet as it is not functional. My Vodafone app shows a balance of 70 GB data for this month, but despite this, I am unable to connect to the internet. Even after turning on the mobile data, there is no internet sign displayed at the top of the screen, and the internet does not work.
