We purchased 4 Mark Knopfler tickets for the Grand Prairie, Texas show on September 8th via Flash Seats with Order Number [redacted]8. We were instructed to create a Flash Seats account and await an email with a confirmation number, which I have not received despite multiple attempts. We were later informed via email that the tickets were sent by the seller, but I would need to use the AXS app to access them. I am hesitant to use the AXS app due to safety concerns raised by others. With travel plans from England back to the US just before the concert, I am unsure how to proceed as the English phone number associated with my iPhone is not accepted by Flash Seats. Any guidance on how to obtain the tickets would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased Rolling Stones tickets through Vivid Seats in January for the Gillette Stadium concert in July. When I heard it was cancelled due to Mr. Jagger's illness, I was disappointed. However, I later found out the concert was back on, but I never received any notification or the tickets. I spent nearly $[redacted] to $1,[redacted] on tickets I never used for a show I've been waiting to see for years, especially as a birthday gift for my friend's 50th. I received an email from VS with the following information: Cynthiana, We are happy to let you know that your order #[redacted]1 has been confirmed by the seller! According to the seller, your Paperless Tickets will be available to ship on or before the specified date. Paperless Tickets require presenting the credit card used for the original purchase at the event entrance. In your case, the tickets were bought with a prepaid credit card. You will need to swipe this card upon arrival for entry. I'm confused. My Mastercard covered the $[redacted] for the tickets; I didn't use a prepaid card. What do I need for entry now? My Mastercard? Do I rely on the original buyer to show their prepaid card?

Hello, I have a concern regarding my recent ticket purchase for the SF Giants. The order number is [redacted]0 for 2 tickets on 8-8-19. I have received emails confirming the ticket transfer but have been unable to link them to my MLB Baseball app despite multiple attempts over two weeks. The verification email is not showing up in any of my folders, including spam. I suspect the issue lies in the incorrect spelling of my last name in the email subject line from [redacted] My last name, Tiernan, is spelled as Teirnan in the subject line. I believe this misspelling may be causing the tickets not to show up in my team account. I am unsure if this error originated from the ticket owner. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I wanted to address an issue with an order I placed a few hours ago. I utilized a 50% off code offered by Groupon only for today, August 11th, to purchase four tickets. However, upon entering the code, the charge went through immediately on my American Express card without showing me the total and allowing me to confirm the purchase. Typically, I have the opportunity to review the total before confirming. Despite the final sale policy, I did not intend for the purchase to proceed without the discount being applied. I contacted American Express, and they mentioned the charge could be reversed with a code from you. The order number is LS26480. I bought 2 tickets to the Chicago/Oakland NFL game on October 6 at Tottenham. I'm leaving the US on Oct 1, and the tickets are scheduled to arrive at my house on October 4, which won't work for me. I've spoken to 4 people, but no one has resolved this issue. I need my tickets immediately. I spent over $[redacted] on them. Order number [redacted]0 I am from Knoxville, Tennessee, and bought tickets for the Alabama football game two months ago for 09-07-19. I was supposed to receive the tickets by 09-05-19 but did not. Despite contacting Vivid Seats, I was told the tickets could arrive up to two hours before the game, which was not feasible for me due to living out of state. I changed the delivery address, but still faced uncertainty. After multiple conversations with Vivid Seats, the tickets ultimately arrived late on Friday as printed sheets, causing stress and disruption to my weekend plans with my family. The lack of accountability and unhelpful responses have left me disappointed and I will not be using their services again.

I am facing significant challenges with logging into the app. Despite using the safe password provided and trying multiple times, the system reported that the passwords did not match. Even after contacting live chat and providing all the requested information, they claimed my details did not match. I tried providing my email address, confirmation number [redacted], zip code, and name, but still could not access my tickets. I was billed for them, yet I never received them. When I requested a refund, I was informed it was not possible, but I could sell the tickets - which I never even got. I feel frustrated and helpless after spending hours on this issue. Regarding order number [redacted]9, I encountered issues transferring tickets purchased. I successfully followed the instructions provided by the VS email but faced difficulties on the AZ Coyotes Ticketmaster site. Despite receiving confirmation of ticket transfer, I couldn't find them on the VS app or Ticketmaster website. The Coyotes ticket office couldn't locate them either. They advised contacting customer service, but I haven't been able to connect. I believe the tickets were transferred somewhere but can't access them. The Coyotes CS suggested using the NHS app, but that didn't work either. The tickets seem to be lost in transfer, and I seek assistance in securing them on my phone for an event next week.

I'm unable to make it to the Richard Marx Concert on Sat, Dec. 21, [redacted], due to falling ill with the flu. I paid $[redacted].00 for 2 Orchestra Center tickets at the Reilly Arts Center in Ocala, Florida, which is quite a distance from my home in Clearwater. Unfortunately, I'm too unwell to travel over [redacted] miles for the event and risk spreading my illness to others. I bought tickets for my father and me to attend the Patriots vs Bills game on December 21st. However, when we arrived at the gate, we were informed that our tickets were invalid as they had already been scanned in just 10 minutes before we got there. Thankfully, the ticket booth assisted me by providing a photo copy of our voided tickets, and I also have the email receipt for the new tickets we had to purchase to gain entry to the game.

I bought tickets through Vivid Seats for my 2-year-old son to meet Paw Patrol today at 2:00. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the venue, we were informed that the tickets were for a different date and time. It was heartbreaking to not be able to take my son to the show as planned due to receiving the wrong tickets via email. I am extremely disappointed and upset about this situation. I am requesting a full refund for the tickets, but it doesn't change the fact that my son missed out on seeing Paw Patrol, something we were eagerly looking forward to.

I purchased two Oregon State women's basketball tickets through Groupon, but upon arrival at the game, the seats were already taken by someone with the name Christopher Haller from Vivid. Despite paying $92.75 for great seats, I was relocated to the top balcony with $11.00 seats. I have spoken to the manager and obtained her information regarding this issue. My debit card information used on Groupon seems compromised as the tickets have the name "Vivid" on them. I am seeking a full refund as we were unable to watch the game we purchased on January 3, [redacted]. I believe Christopher should be investigated for taking my tickets. I would like a refund to be issued back onto my debit card. I purchased 2 Oregon State women's basketball tickets for excellent seats at $92.75 each, only to find out at the game that someone named Christopher Haller, using Vivid Seats, had taken my seats and given me different ones further up in the top balcony for $11.00. After speaking with the manager and collecting her information, it appeared that the tickets I had bought with my debit card were stolen through Groupon. This situation has made me doubt the security of my debit card when using Groupon. I am requesting a full refund as we were unable to enjoy the game we purchased for January 3, [redacted]. I firmly believe that this Christopher individual who took my tickets should be investigated. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will involve my attorney. I am also seeking reimbursement for the $25.00 gas expense to and from the event, along with the $92.75 spent on the tickets. Thank you.
