I am experiencing difficulty recovering my account as I am unable to receive the password reset email from Vivid Seats despite numerous attempts. I have confirmed that my email is functional by receiving other emails without any issues. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the tickets I purchased for upcoming concerts worth almost $[redacted]. I have been attempting to contact Vivid Seats for assistance, but have not received a response. I am feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.

I encountered an issue when trying to accept tickets I received. I received an error message stating that the Ticket Transfer had already been accepted by another email address. The order details are as follows: Order #[redacted]8, placed on 2/17/18 for the Bruno Mars with Cardi B concert at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN on Monday, October 8, [redacted], at 8:00 PM. The tickets are for Middle Level [redacted], Row G, and the quantity is 6, priced at $[redacted].00 each. The tickets were transferred electronically by the seller. I have been trying to contact customer service and was on hold for over an hour yesterday before the call got disconnected. Please resolve this issue by providing me with the additional six tickets or reversing the charge on my credit card. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

My ticket won't be delivered until Friday, which is too late for the giant game that day. The ticket I purchased is only valid from 7 PM to 9 PM, not giving me enough time for the game. I paid $50 for two hours of parking, which seems excessive. I was told to sell the ticket for a refund, but how can I do that if I don't have the ticket yet? The order number is [redacted]8, and the address is 20 Lerwick Drive, Monterey, CA [redacted]. I believe for $50, I should be able to park until after the giant game on July 13th, which starts at 7:15 PM. I plan to start parking at 5:30 PM to allow time to walk to the park, check in, grab some food, and find my seat before the game begins.

Hello, I am currently waiting on hold with VS (30 minutes so far), but I've encountered an issue with the tickets I purchased back in April. My order number is [redacted]8. The tickets are for the Cult, Stone Temple Pilots, and Bush concert at Red Rocks. The tickets were transferred to Flash Seats from the seller Patrick Morrison's Vivid Seats account this week. However, I received an email yesterday saying the tickets were retracted from my Flash Seats account. I had planned to sell the tickets after my plans changed, but now I've lost almost a whole day to do so and I no longer have the tickets for the concert. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].10 that was charged to my credit card ending in [redacted] on 4/09/18. If this is not possible, I will be disputing the charges. Thank you for your help with this issue.

I attempted to purchase football tickets for my college son last night. Despite usually using a different provider, I decided to use your service as his roommates had a positive experience. I bought two tickets in the same row and section as his friends. After seeing the tickets, I noticed a large "DECLINE TICKETS if you don't want them" button. I thought clicking that button would cancel my order, as there was no clear explanation. Believing I was canceling the order, I declined the tickets twice to look for seats closer to his friends. After finally securing the right seats on my fourth attempt, I expected to be charged only for the two tickets I accepted. I spoke with Dago in customer service, who informed me he couldn't cancel the orders due to this reason, and he refused to transfer me to someone else. As a single mom of four struggling to make ends meet, I cannot afford the extra tickets. I urge you to cancel the first three orders I mistakenly thought I canceled using the decline button. Please consider doing the right thing, as selling these tickets would put a strain on my ability to support my family.

I listed my season tickets for sale at $[redacted] on Vivid Seats for E-ticket delivery. Unfortunately, my tickets had expired, and Vivid notified me on 8/20/18. After renewing the posting, I learned that the NFL no longer offers E-ticket delivery. When my tickets were sold, I was unable to deliver the physical tickets the same day as Vivid Seats informed me too late. Their customer support team stated there were no other delivery options available. Now, I have received an email claiming there is a $[redacted] penalty for not delivering the tickets. This situation feels like a scam as I had no feasible options due to the ticket delivery constraint. Vivid Seats sold E-tickets that were no longer available for delivery, leaving me unfairly penalized for circumstances beyond my control.

I purchased a ticket several months ago for the Tennessee vs. Florida game as a Father's Day gift for my dad. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my dad, who is in the Air Force, had to leave for immediate training yesterday and won't be back until two weeks from now, missing the game. I am aware of the no return policy but I am concerned about how to resell the ticket with less than 24 hours before the game. I have reached out via email twice in the past week with no response and also tried contacting customer service via phone and live chat, but only received automated responses. The lack of customer service assistance has left me feeling disappointed and I feel like I have wasted $[redacted] on the ticket.

I purchased tickets for a friend to the OU-TCU football game in Fort Worth on 10.20.18. Upon arrival, my friend was unable to enter the game due to having duplicate tickets. This is the second time Vivid Seats has caused this issue for me, with the first incident occurring at an MLB playoff game. When I contacted Vivid Seats Customer Service, I experienced extensive hold times, totaling over 40 minutes across two calls, and had to make a third call. Despite the event taking place at that moment, I was sold duplicate seats. The lack of priority for customers with events on the same day was concerning. The customer service agents I interacted with were Omar, Chris, and Cecelia. Despite requesting to speak with a manager, I faced difficulties and was unable to reach the necessary department for assistance. Vivid Seats' handling of this situation was disappointing, leading to frustration and wasted time. Ultimately, I will be closing my account with them due to these recurring issues.

This summer, my daughter visited the Vivid concert site to check Shawn Mendes concert ticket prices. However, after entering her card details to view the prices, her card was mistakenly charged $[redacted].86 for 2 tickets for the July 19, [redacted] show. My daughter is a 19-year-old student and unable to afford this charge. Adding to the issue, she received an email instructing her to print the tickets, but there were no tickets available. Strangely, the email mentioned no past or present activity with Vivid. The charge has led to her account being overdrawn at Arvest Bank. We are reaching out to request a refund of $[redacted].86 to address this mistake. Thank you, Frances Langston

We purchased four tickets to see Ozzy in Vegas with our children. We traveled [redacted] kilometers, took time off work, and the concert was canceled. Vivid refuses to refund the tickets and has rescheduled the event for July next year. We have to spend a significant amount to return to Vegas with our kids because of this rescheduling. We paid $[redacted] for the tickets, not including the expenses of getting to Vegas. However, Vivid keeps hanging up when I try to discuss this matter with them.

I bought a ticket for the Ed Sheeran concert in Atlanta on November 10th, but the date was changed to November 9th without me being informed. I missed the email sent in September about the change, and I didn't receive any other notifications. My daughter and I traveled from out of town solely for the Saturday concert. Upon checking your concert schedule, I noticed it listed a concert for both November 10th and 9th. I am asking for a refund or credit for the ticket price to attend another concert. The customer service supervisor I spoke to was unhelpful and rude.

Hello everyone, I purchased 2 tickets for the [redacted] Big Ten Football Championship Game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on December 1st, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted]9. I have received the tickets via email, but unfortunately, I am unable to access them on my smartphone as it belongs to my wife. I requested the tickets to be resent to my wife's email; however, they haven't arrived yet after almost 3 hours. Being unfamiliar with technology at 68 years old, I suspect the issue might be related to iCloud. Is there an alternative way to have the tickets sent, perhaps as a text message attachment? If so, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I am becoming frustrated because even though I provided a detailed account of my issue, I was informed that I did not ask how Vivid Seats could assist me. Let me reiterate my situation. I purchased 2 tickets for the [redacted] Big Ten Football Championship Game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on December 1st, [redacted] (Order # [redacted]9). I received the tickets via email as downloads to my desktop computer, but not on my smartphone since I do not receive emails on it. I am unsure how to transfer the tickets to my phone, as I am not proficient with technology. Can you please send the tickets to my phone ([redacted]) as a text message attachment? Thank you.

My name is Denise Botting. My order numbers are [redacted]8 and [redacted]3, totaling 10 tickets to see "Wicked" at the Pantages Theater on the 19th. However, I need the tickets for the 20th. As a senior citizen, it's difficult for me to read the fine print stating no exchanges or selling of tickets. Despite contacting several individuals at your telephone office, I have also reached out to my bank within 6 hours of purchase to dispute it. I'm hoping Vivid Tickets can exchange the tickets for the 2:00 show on 1/20/19. My bank has informed me that the payment is pending, and they will also be in touch with you. Time is crucial for me as I am on a fixed income and really want to attend this event.

I am extremely frustrated regarding my recent ticket purchase experience. I intended to gift these tickets to a friend who helped me, but your ticket transfer system failed, leaving me feeling embarrassed and foolish for promising a gift that never arrived. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue through the chat function, I was left without a solution or clarity on whether I was speaking to a human or a robot. I am hopeful for some form of compensation or resolution from your company, as this has put me in a very uncomfortable position. Sylvie

I made two orders ([redacted]9 and [redacted]8) to watch Federer at the Miami Open. Due to rescheduling, I was told my tickets were valid for the next day's match. After waiting in line to exchange them at the stadium, I was told they could only exchange Ticketmaster tickets. I then contacted Vivid Seats, who failed to resolve the issue promptly. Eventually, they offered a store credit for only half the cost of one order. Despite my efforts, they refused a full refund. I declined their offer as the credit wouldn't cover the new ticket prices. I seek a full refund of $[redacted] for tickets I couldn't use. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Marcela Cure.

I purchased two tickets for the Philadelphia Phillies at St. Louis Cardinals game on May 8, [redacted], at Busch Stadium through an electronic transfer with order # [redacted]5. I need the tickets to be sent to my father-in-law via email or printable tickets to be sent to my email because I will not be attending. I have tried contacting Vivid Seats through live chat, but my order number, email, and zip code are not being recognized. Additionally, calling Vivid Seats only led me to the main menu repeatedly. I would appreciate a phone call from either GetHuman or Vivid Seats to help me resolve this issue. Thank you, Julie O.

I purchased tickets for Shawn Mendes' concert scheduled for this year back in August through ticketzoom.com. It seems that the tickets were transferred to vividseats. Ticketzoom mentioned that tickets bought before 11/18 were managed by vividseats. I tried calling their phone number but couldn't reach a live representative. Their automated system is not helpful. The order number they provided seems incorrect. I paid $[redacted].50 for the tickets but haven't received any information about the ticket delivery. I am concerned about the validity of the tickets and would like clarity or a refund. These tickets are meant as a birthday gift for my daughter, and I prefer to address any issues now rather than on the day of the concert, which coincides with her birthday. The order number I have is [redacted]0, but I would appreciate receiving the correct order number.

The Jennifer Lopez concert was rescheduled from a Saturday to a Thursday, which means now we have to take time off work to attend. To make matters worse, the ticket prices dropped significantly from $[redacted] to $70-80 for the same seats. The Saturday date was given to a Las Vegas venue. When I called, I was informed that I couldn't exchange my tickets for the Las Vegas show since it falls on a Saturday, the day I originally bought tickets for. The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and only added to my frustration, as I believe they could have handled the situation better.
