The airline's Baggage Tracker app initially tracked the luggage to Newark, then stopped recognizing the tracking number after 24 hours. Attempts to communicate with a United Airlines representative have proven unfruitful, as there is no physical presence of their staff in Copenhagen. The online links provided for assistance lead to error pages, adding to the frustration of the situation. Despite United Airlines' email regarding the luggage's location, the luggage has not been sent due to a lack of a formal request process that aligns with the World Tracer system. Communication with United Airlines to resolve this issue has been challenging and has caused a loss of confidence in the current process.

We traveled from Portland, Maine, to Copenhagen, Denmark, with United Airlines in July **, ****. Originally, our route was Portland (PWM) to Newark (EWR) to Montreal (YUL) to Copenhagen (CPH), but a delay caused us to miss our Montreal connection. A United Airlines agent in Newark rescheduled us on a Scandinavian Airlines flight departing * hours and ** minutes later, with the request to transfer our luggage. We tried to manually retrieve the luggage in Newark but were advised it would take too long. Upon reaching Copenhagen, we received an email stating our luggage was in "Closet **." Despite this, the World Tracer system indicated it hadn't found our luggage. Unfortunately, communication with United has been challenging as there is no representative in Copenhagen. I flew from Newark to Florence, Italy, instead of Palermo due to flight delays with Austrian Airlines. Unfortunately, my luggage with a blue soft case is lost. I am looking to upgrade my flight on Monday, July 24 (UA182) to Economy Plus using my United credits, if possible. I have $[redacted].52 in credits (Confirmation LDBYEF), but when I try to upgrade, the payment page is requesting a 10-digit pin which I do not have. I purchased 2 tickets from United with the confirmation code BKFH5L for a flight from Belize City to Newark on Saturday, June 24th, which was cancelled 3 times due to mechanical issues. There was no hotel accommodation provided. The flight scheduled for June 25th was also cancelled due to pilot flying hours. We were rerouted to Houston departing at 7pm Belize time, where we faced inhumane treatment with locked bathrooms. Finally, we were taken outside in groups to use the bathroom after 12 hours. Representatives were rude, and our perishable items spoiled. We departed for Newark at 9am on Monday, June 26th, where only 2 meal vouchers were given, and we were not compensated for the delays and cancellations as per regulations. I reached out to United via email but received no response, while others in similar situations were compensated four times. This was the worst experience for me and my son while flying. I am hoping to receive the refunds we are rightfully due.

My bags did not arrive with me on Monday, and I'm being asked to go to Vienna airport to retrieve them. On July 15, we were rescheduled for a flight from Chicago O'Hare International Airport to San Francisco International Airport. Originally, we were traveling from Madison to Denver, with a layover in Denver before continuing to San Francisco, but our first flight was delayed due to operational issues.
Since we had purchased AIG travel insurance to account for such delays, I believe we should receive a refund for the price difference between the direct flight we were rebooked on and our original two-leg journey.

I bought 9 tickets to Puerto Rico for a family trip. Unfortunately, my daughter's boyfriend, who was supposed to come, turned out to be married to someone else. I contacted United to transfer the ticket to another relative. Initially, they agreed to refund the ticket so we could buy a new one for my cousin. However, I later received an email denying the refund but suggesting the ex-boyfriend could use the money for his own ticket. This seems unfair given the circumstances. I hope United can understand the uniqueness of this situation and honor my request. The cancellation was for ticket OKSJV2 under Jesse James Crigley. I missed my UA 59 flight on July 15, [redacted], due to an engine problem on the Lufthansa connection. We got rebooked on LH456 the next day in Economy instead of Premium Economy. Kindly refund the miles difference to my MileagePlus account and reimburse the cash paid for the cabin location. I had a business trip to Nashville scheduled for June 28th, [redacted]. I made the booking two months prior without any issues. However, the night before my flight, on June 27th, [redacted], it was canceled at 6pm. I tried reaching the airline but due to long wait times, I couldn't get through. I attempted to go standby on another flight after finding that all other flights were fully booked. After waiting in the airport for 8 hours on Wednesday, I was unable to get a standby seat.
