This evening, I ordered from Wendy's (1/7/22), which included a 6-piece nuggets and baconator fries. The female driver, Brooke, delivered the food to the emergency room where I work. Since I was at the back, a front desk worker received the order for me. Upon checking the bag, I discovered only 5 nuggets instead of the 6 I paid for. Surprisingly, it was a male who delivered the order, not Brooke as expected. It is disconcerting to learn the person smelled strongly of marijuana, indicating he might have eaten one of my nuggets. I contacted Wendy's, and the manager confirmed that all the items were put in the bag. This situation has left me absolutely disgusted and upset. I am requesting a refund and would appreciate a prompt response.

Hello dear UberEats team, I am currently in a difficult situation feeling completely abandoned. I made an order at 8:06 pm but realized right after that I made a big mistake and cannot eat the food. I contacted the restaurant at 8:14 pm, just 6 minutes later, to cancel, but they said it was already being prepared for delivery. I am disappointed and upset as I've been stuck in your support chat with no help, and the food will end up wasted. This experience has soured my view of UberEats. I'm frustrated that my delivery hasn't arrived within an hour. The delivery driver contacted me to explain that someone falsely claimed my order from the restaurant. I've been told there's nothing that can be done, resulting in wasted money and time. I have decided to sign up for an Uber pass for improved service. This experience is incredibly disheartening. Do you believe that refunding the food cost is adequate? This issue has occurred multiple times. Could Uber Eats overlook customers like myself due to their size? I sense a lack of consideration for customers from Uber Eats.

I placed a grocery order last night, but after being informed that half of my items were unavailable, the driver failed to deliver some of the items I had paid for. Instead, I only received a few items such as oranges, bread, buenos, and 2 pot noodles, for which I was charged £11.34. The Gino pizza, Yorkshire puddings, and bananas were missing, and oranges were sent instead. I was offered a £5 voucher for my next order, which doesn't cover the cost of the missing items. I am quite upset about this situation as I shouldn't have to pay for incorrect items. The delivery and service fees are already high, and now being charged for missing items is frustrating. I believe a refund is necessary.

I am seeking a refund for my most recent Uber Eats order. The restaurant was listed as being in Bethesda, close to my home, but it turned out to be located in the middle of DC, which extended the delivery time significantly. I ordered with the expectation of quick service to support a local place, but the food arrived cold after an hour and 40 minutes. The confusing location information likely caused the driver to take a longer route. Additionally, the driver did not notify me upon arrival, resulting in my food sitting outside for a few extra minutes. In addition, the representative I chatted with during the delivery call hung up on me, adding to the frustrating experience. It was challenging to find a way to contact customer service through the Uber Eats app.

I submitted a message through your chat line regarding my recent order. I received my delivery today, but unfortunately, it was left outside on my driveway instead of being brought inside my garage by the glass back door to my house. As someone who uses two canes to walk, I was able to retrieve the two bags but was unable to reach my drink, putting me at risk of falling with no assistance to help me up. Additionally, I would like to know the process for obtaining a refund for an unused Christmas gift card. I feel that your company provides poor service to individuals with mobility challenges, and I will not be recommending your services to others.

Order Number: BA30A was placed at HAWELI on the 9th of January [redacted] at 5:59 pm, with a charge of £28. However, I experienced a frustrating situation when the driver went to the wrong address and did not take any action to correct the mistake. They wasted around 18 minutes outside the incorrect location without attempting to deliver to the correct address. It is disappointing that they didn't contact customer support to verify the correct address linked to my payment card. I am requesting a full refund of £28 as I did not receive the order I paid for. It is unacceptable for Uber to keep my money unjustly and try to shift the blame onto me as the customer. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue and a refund for the undelivered order.

I placed an order at McDonald's on Ritchie Road in Houston, Texas two days ago. I've tried to reach out regarding the incorrect order, but haven't received a response. Upon receiving the order, it was completely wrong - every item was incorrect. I've attempted to contact the restaurant twice now to address the issue, but to no avail. The fries were particularly awful, undercooked and soggy. I'm frustrated by the negligence at that location and would appreciate a refund so I can order elsewhere. I ordered from Wingstop through Uber Eats on November 22, [redacted] and did not receive all my food. Despite informing Uber Eats immediately and being promised a refund and a charge of $16.11 for the tenders I received, I was billed over $50. Although the $16.11 charge appeared on my account, I have yet to receive the refund. Now, my account states I owe $48.51 before I can place another order. While this is acceptable, I am a loyal customer and have never encountered this issue before. I need clarification on why I'm being asked to pay for goods I never received. Even though I have alternative ways to order food, I am curious as to why I am blocked from ordering until this erroneous charge is settled. I have evidence, including screenshots, to support my claim.

I believe there was a connection issue on Uber's end with my order from Bob Evans. I placed the order around 3:30pm on 12/28/[redacted], with an estimated 30-40/35-45min delivery time. My card was charged at 4:24pm, when the order may have been processed, and the food was delivered around 5:24pm, about two hours later, with an additional tip charge. After an hour, the app suggested I pick up my order due to the delay, but doing so would forfeit my $25 delivery promotion, which I needed due to financial constraints from Covid-19. I was then offered $10 off my next $30 order as an apology, which was disappointing. The app's estimated delivery time kept increasing, making the wait longer. Considering the financial strain and the delayed order, the $10 promo for a $30 order with an expiration date felt like an insult. Given the circumstances, a more generous resolution such as reinstating the initial $25 off promo or a meal voucher up to $50 would have been appreciated. The overall experience was negative and time-consuming.

I ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats, but the restaurant placed our order in the wrong bag, resulting in us receiving the incorrect items. We had requested 20 Chicken Nuggets, a bacon double cheeseburger, and 2 large fries. Instead, we got a Big Mac, 2 Chicken Mayo burgers, and 2 portions of fries. Despite trying to reach the Uber driver, Costica, multiple times, there was no response. When I contacted McDonald's for assistance, they were unable to help. It was curious to see the driver arriving with a Just Eat bag instead of an Uber Eats one, even though we could track the delivery through the Uber Eats app.

Despite reporting the fraudulent activity to Capitol One, charges using new card numbers continue to be made. Capitol One recommended reaching out to you directly to address this issue further. I am extremely frustrated with my recent delivery experience. Despite providing specific instructions for the driver to contact me upon arrival due to the size of my building, they failed to do so. This resulted in my meal being delivered cold in freezing weather. I paid a significant amount for a meal from a nearby restaurant and the service was a complete failure. I had to reorder an iced latte because my original order #B5087 was not delivered. After reordering it as order #5E16B, I still had to pay all the fees again. I request a refund of all fees and taxes since I had to reorder the drink. I am fine with paying for the latte itself, but I should not have to pay extra fees, taxes, and delivery charges due to a mistake with the initial order. The drivers frequently struggle to locate my address despite clear directions, resulting in late deliveries where hot food is cold and cold items are warm.

Hello, Yesterday, my boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday by ordering from Uber Eats but our experience with a new restaurant named "La Brasserie" was disappointing. Our order totaled around $80, and what we received was far from what we expected. Each $5 order of fries had only about five pieces in it. The $20 nachos had no cheese and came in a small portion that felt like paying $20 for just chips and peppers. The main dish, a $30 plate of meat, arrived in a Tupperware container with only three small pieces of meat and some potatoes. Not only was the portion small, but the food was cold upon arrival, resembling a packed lunch. We are extremely dissatisfied and seeking a full refund, but finding it challenging to communicate our grievances to Uber Eats. Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience with McDonald's delivery service. Unfortunately, for the third time in a row, my order was incorrect. The latest order, placed on 13/01/22 at 22:35, was missing the Big Mac item. After contacting the Oakenshaw outlet, they were unable to send the missing burger, so I had to place a new order which also arrived without the Big Mac at 23:44. I kindly request a refund for the second order and hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I received a notice from your company regarding an incorrect order implying I was dishonest. I plan to address this legally. Kindly provide your phone number and address. Accusing me of lying was unwarranted and hurtful. The incident did occur, and insinuating otherwise is unacceptable. Please share your correct contact details promptly. Continuously labeling customers as dishonest will be detrimental to your company. Your tone in the notice was hostile and inappropriate. I intend to share this experience on social media.

I ordered from the restaurant, Winner Winner, on January 3rd for $66. The order was quickly canceled by the restaurant. I placed the order again, and once more it was canceled. My bank account was charged a total of $[redacted], yet no food was delivered. It has been two weeks with no communication or resolution. I urgently need this issue fixed as I find it unacceptable. I used Uber Eats to order a McDonald's meal for my family, but it arrived missing 5 medium fries. I tried to contact the driver, but the number was blocked. When I called Bell Green McDonald's to explain, they said there was nothing they could do and suggested contacting Uber Eats. Although Uber Eats refunded the cost of the missing fries (£2.60), I paid over £30 for incomplete meals. I was disappointed with the lack of compensation and apology from McDonald's or Uber Eats, and there seems to be no way to email a complaint to Uber Eats. This whole experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will be avoiding using these services in the future.
