Hello, I placed an order at Fat Bastard Burrito (Gillingham Dr) on October 3, [redacted], at 6:47 pm. I canceled the order immediately because I needed to adjust the tip amount. I then placed the same order again, but I was still charged for the canceled order. This seems unfair as the cancellation was done promptly and there was no time for the restaurant to start preparing the food. Additionally, I quickly reordered the same items, so the restaurant did not incur any loss. I kindly request a full refund for the canceled order. I am a frequent Ubereats customer, and if this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I may reconsider using Ubereats in the future. Thank you, A.K.

I encountered an issue with the UberEats app displaying an unavailable item. After placing an order for it, the restaurant informed me they no longer offer that item. They mentioned being unable to refund me directly due to payment through UberEats, advising me to cancel the order via the app for a refund. Yet, I cannot locate the "cancel order" option within the app, nor find guidance in the help section. Despite efforts to contact UberEats UK for support, the only number led to a disconnected response. The restaurant confirmed they can't cancel the order via UberEats. How can I receive a refund for this order error?

I would like to report an issue with one of your drivers who picked up a Gamestop order from Lenox Mall this morning on my behalf. Instead of delivering the item to my house, the driver took the game, marked it as "returned," and left with it from the store. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience as Gamestop refuses to refund me, holding your driver accountable for the situation. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly, identify the driver responsible, and take appropriate action. Furthermore, I urge you to address this issue urgently and either terminate the driver or ensure I receive a refund for the stolen item. Additionally, Gamestop informed me that another individual from your company attempted to return and collect another copy of the game, which alerts me to a potential pattern of misconduct.

I'm Allyssa Brown. Last night at 9:56 pm, I placed an order at McDonald's in Hartsville, South Carolina, located at [redacted] Hartsville Crossing Rd, [redacted]. I ordered a large quarter pounder with cheese meal, a large Dr. Pepper, and a ten piece nugget meal with sweet and sour sauce. By 10:30 pm, the UberEats app notified me that my order was canceled. The app message states they are expanding. However, I can no longer see my order details on the app or website, only my address and previous orders. I've successfully ordered from this spot before and used the same address. The total amount for this order was $6.46. Your assistance is appreciated.

I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. After submitting my new driver's license and insurance verification card to Uber on August 12th, I received an email from Checkr stating that my license was expired. Despite submitting the required documents, my background check was declined, leading to Uber deactivating my account. I have repeatedly sent additional information to Checkr and Uber, but have only encountered automated systems that provide no resolution. Despite providing updated documents multiple times, the process has been delayed. On September 13th, I received the incorrect background check report, which I promptly flagged and requested the correct one be sent to Uber. The account has been cleared, but my account remains inactive, causing financial strain on my family. I am urgently requesting a supervisor to contact me for a swift resolution to this issue as I have followed all necessary steps and am eager to resume earning through the platform.

I placed an order on Uber Eats for food from Tarboosh Restaurant but had to cancel. Unfortunately, I haven't received a refund or the food. This occurred in March [redacted], and despite my attempts over the past months to contact customer service, no one has been available to assist me. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this issue. I have attached the receipt for the canceled order to provide more details. The total amount was CA$40.45 for items like Chicken Shawarma Sandwiches and Beef Shawarma Sandwiches. I used Uber Cash for payment. If there was an error or if you can help, please advise via help.uber.com or by tapping HELP on the Uber app.

I attempted to utilize a promotion offering a maximum $20 off my order at several locations in Freeport, NY. The promotion stated it could be used three times until 11 am on October 7th. At around 10:56 am today, I tried to apply the promotion at Walgreens in Freeport, NY, but it did not work as the system indicated I had already used it twice. This was not the case as I had only used it two times. Consequently, I was unable to benefit from the 75% discount (up to $20 off) that I was entitled to on my purchase. I have reached out to Ubereats through their app, but I haven't received any response yet, and I urgently need this issue resolved. Recently, my last two orders from McDonald’s in Longbridge have been incredibly disappointing. Yesterday’s order was missing items, lacked straws and sauces, and the drinks were incorrect. However, today’s order was even worse. It was my son's birthday, and he had a friend over, both of whom have autism, making new situations particularly challenging for them. We had meticulously planned an evening with McDonald's, as it is their preferred choice, and the delivery arrived with everything soaked in Coca-Cola. Each item was drenched, the food was cold and soggy, and even the driver's bag was wet inside. Additionally, items and drinks were missing, causing significant stress to the boys, leading to meltdowns and refusal to eat. We ultimately had to spend an extra £90 to replace the entire order at McDonald’s in Longbridge. Every time I order from this specific McDonald’s, there are issues with the delivery, such as damaged food, missing items, or incorrect orders. I intend to escalate this matter to McDonald’s and the press due to the declining standards of service. It has been hours since I reported this incident on the app, and I am still waiting for a response.

I placed an order at Applebee's on Brice Rd around 8:00 p.m. on Oct. 8, [redacted] for delivery at 9:05. Henrietta picked up my order, but then my order details disappeared. Applebee's confirmed the order was picked up, but I never received it. I was charged nearly $50 and left without food. I am considering involving the police as I feel like I was robbed. I plan to reach out to consumer affairs, the Attorney General, and also leave a review on Google.

I ordered a gooey brownie, jalapeno peppers, McFly spicy with fries totaling $61.50. However, my food arrived very cold causing me to dispose of my burger due to my autoimmune disorder that prevents me from reheating food. I have attempted to use your delivery service multiple times, but consistently received cold and unappetizing meals due to drivers delivering other orders first. I am requesting a refund as this service is unacceptable. The restaurant was willing to remake my order, but unfortunately, I am unable to pick it up. I am having trouble accessing my account because the phone number linked to it is no longer in use. When I tried to log in online, I was prompted to enter an SMS code that I can no longer receive. Tomorrow, there will be a $9.99 charge for the Uber Eats Pass, and I need to cancel it. Unfortunately, I can't access my account or phone to turn off the subscription. Is there a way to send the code to my email address ([redacted]) instead of the phone number? Also, could you provide information on how to delete my account completely?

I placed my order nearly two hours ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. I called the restaurant, and they mentioned that the food has been ready for over an hour, but the courier hasn't picked it up yet. I'm disappointed because I spent a significant amount on this order. It's frustrating that the delay is due to Uber Eats and not the restaurant. I am requesting a full refund as the order finally arrived cold and very late. This experience is disheartening since I've never encountered issues with Uber Eats before. I tried contacting the assigned driver initially, but didn't get a response, leading me to reach out to customer service, which eventually helped speed up the process.

I've been having difficulties reaching Uber Eats lately due to issues with the app. When I press the help button, it incorrectly notifies me that my food is on its way even though the driver has already delivered it. The quality of the food received is unacceptable; the wings and tacos tasted overly salty, making them inedible for both myself and my aunt. I promptly tried to contact Uber Eats through the help button after tasting the wings, to no avail. It has been frustrating trying to get in touch with Uber Eats for a resolution. I have ordered from McDonald's for breakfast two weeks in a row, and both times my order was cancelled after being told it was being prepared for over an hour. Can you confirm if you deliver to Berkhamsted HP42BS as stated? The McDonald's is on the A41 at Bourne End, less than 2 miles away. Why do you keep customers waiting so long, only to promote your company as a fast service when the food option may no longer be available? I received a voucher for the first failed delivery, but why was I not offered anything this time? What will you do to convince me to use your services again and to lessen negative comments on social media and review sites about the service not meeting the promised standards?

I ordered food from a place called California Chicken on Uber Eats last night, 9/10/21. Despite the delay in delivery until close to midnight, the order was completely wrong. After complaints and a promise for a correct order, the replacement was half-eaten and still incorrect. The restaurant accused us of tampering with the food. After more back and forth, they sent the wrong order a third time. The service was rude and the food arrived cold each time. Given that I paid £45, I expected better quality and customer service.

I placed an order at Dixy restaurant at 7:21 pm on November 10th. Initially, they informed me the food would be ready by 7:55 pm, but the timing got pushed back to 8:05 pm, then to 8:15 pm, 8:25 pm, and finally 8:35 pm. When I contacted the restaurant at 8 pm, they explained the food was prepared right after I ordered, but the Uber driver assigned to deliver it wasn't responsive. Despite my attempts to reach the driver, there was no response. I suggested canceling the order, but the restaurant couldn't do so without involving Uber Eats. Realizing my food would get cold and stale, I offered to pick it up instead. However, I was told to contact Uber Eats. Since Uber Eats' customer service is automated, I decided to collect the food myself. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I saw the delivery driver had been changed on the app. By then, it was 8:35 pm, over an hour since the food was ready for collection. I insisted on picking up the food to avoid further delays.

To the concerned party, I placed an order for pickup at 4:50 pm today, yet after a two-hour wait, the meal was not prepared. White Spot informed us the food was far from ready, so we opted to cancel pickup order #0DD8E. They requested us to contact Uber Eats directly to cancel since they were unable to do so and refund our payment. Manager Jeff provided a note stating, "Order for Tiffany was never received." We were unable to locate your customer service phone number in the app, thus, this email. Moreover, your app erroneously showed "order completed" for the aforementioned order, even though we did not receive our food. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am experiencing issues using the discount codes for my order, as each time I attempt to place it through the mobile app or a computer, I receive an error message after completing the transaction. The message reads: "Oops, something went wrong, please try another payment method." Despite checking my Visa cards for any issues, I am still unable to proceed with the order. I simply want to use my Visa card to make the purchase. Can someone verify if my account is still eligible for using Visa cards for transactions?

I ordered two large kebabs and picked them up. However, upon arriving home, I found the food to be inedible and of poor quality. After contacting the takeaway shop, they agreed to exchange the kebabs for fresh ones. Unfortunately, the replacement kebabs were just as bad as the first ones and not suitable for consumption. When I raised this issue with the shop, they responded rudely and refused to offer a refund, instructing me to cancel it on my end, which I was unable to do. The entire meal was unpleasant, and I regret not cooking instead. I am seeking a refund for this disappointing experience.

I attempted to order food but forgot I had previously tried in August. I am unable to access my account because I have a new phone, and the verification is done via phone. I followed the instructions on the help pages but struggled with the part about adding a phone number. When I confirmed my email, I was told someone would contact me, but I received no response. The phone number provided automated instructions to go back to the help pages. Emailing support resulted in a generic response directing me to the help pages again. I am concerned about my personal information stored by the company. I feel that their lack of assistance, combined with their unprofessionalism, raises red flags. I am disappointed by the poor customer service experience and hope for a resolution.
