I have difficulty using Uber and have been unable to set up an account successfully. My sister received an email about an order from Star Pizza in Deptford that I did not place. The order was sent to an address that is not mine. It seems like my sister's email is somehow linked to my account. I am concerned that someone might be fraudulently using my account to place orders. How can I stop this? Please delete all my Uber accounts, including *****@***.com, and remove any linked accounts, including my sister's. Her email is *****@***.com, and she was wrongly charged £**.** on her Paypal.

On September 7, [redacted], I noticed a charge on my Walmart debit card for $80.12 from UBR Postmates for a food purchase in California. I want to clarify that I have never visited California; due to my disability, I rarely leave my home except for grocery shopping. At the time of the transaction, I had more than $[redacted] in my account, which was meant for my phone bill. I am puzzled by how this could have occurred, as my card is always securely kept in my purse and no one else has accessed it. I am reaching out for advice on what steps I can take to address this issue. I believe Uber/UberEATS should assist in resolving this fraudulent activity, as it not only impacts me but also damages their reputation. I am curious if there is a delivery address linked to this transaction and whose address it is. It is important to hold those responsible accountable. Thank you.

I placed an order on Ubereats on August 24th with a total of $66.15. Since then, there have been 23 unauthorized charges on my credit card for Ubereats, amounting to around $[redacted].00. I need information on where these deliveries were made to dispute the charges with my credit card company and take action against the individual who stole my credit card details. I had a disappointing experience with Burger King through Uber Eats last Saturday. My order was completely wrong and missing most of the items I had requested. I promptly filed a complaint on the Uber Eats app with a photo of the incorrect order, expecting a refund or resolution. However, checking my bank statement today, I noticed I was charged the full $38.38 instead of the correct amount of $4.38 for the meal. Despite trying the app's help functions without success and even attempting to contact customer service by phone, the automated message states that phone assistance is currently unavailable. I am frustrated and seeking assistance with this issue.

I ordered dinner from Arby's last night on UberEats. Unfortunately, two roast beef sliders were missing from my order, and the curly fries were cold. I had requested Arby's sauce, Horsey sauce, and Broncoberry sauce, but they were missing as well. This was disappointing as I was eagerly anticipating my Arby's feast. I had to share my meal with my kids due to the missing sliders. When I contacted UberEats customer service, I struggled to express my dissatisfaction adequately. A $5.46 refund does not make up for the ruined dinner for four people. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the responses I received lacked concern for my experience. After paying $20 in fees, I expect better service. I am requesting a full refund for my entire order. I hope to avoid such disappointments in the future.

I successfully set up my account and completed all the required information to deliver for Uber Eats. After delivering for 3 days, Uber rejected my 19-year-old driver's license, stating I must be 21 to drive for them. However, I am delivering food, which only requires you to be 18. Each time I resubmit my license, it gets rejected. Additionally, after my background check was initially approved, I now encounter an issue where the system prompts me to redo it each time I try to sign in. I fill it out, submit it, but it still asks for a resubmission, creating a loop. The in-app help hotline leads me to an automated voicemail instructing me to redo my background check, preventing me from reaching a real person for assistance with resolving this problem.

I placed an order on September 3rd (order no. 583BC) at a restaurant (Clasico Argentino) and requested a refund because the order did not match what I ordered. The payment was split into two parts, one on my bank account which was refunded, but the part charged to my Edenred card for €19 has not been credited back. I and the Edenred representative have seen the 3 attempts to credit back the amount. However, she stated that the credit was for €0, which is why the transaction was declined 3 times on my card. Therefore, I am requesting that the €19 be effectively credited back to my Edenred card corresponding to the remaining amount to be refunded for the order from last September 3rd (order no. 583BC) because on the app it says I have already made the request, which is true but I have not received anything. I placed an order with Chic-Fil-A, and the driver informed me he had arrived at the gate. I allowed him entry, but after five minutes passed with no delivery or further communication, I checked in to offer assistance. The driver indicated he needed help, so I provided guidance based on his location and specified where I was waiting. Despite my efforts, my order never arrived. I am now facing issues obtaining a refund as I have experienced order errors in the past, which are not my fault. I was simply hoping to have my order remade as originally requested.

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my card from the following dates: September 17, [redacted], June 21, [redacted], and April 21, [redacted]. It came to my attention when my card was declined during a purchase. I suspect someone has my card details and is using them to order food. Please contact me at [redacted] or respond via email promptly. The card in question ends in [redacted], with account number [redacted] and sort code [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could remove my card from the unknown account and issue a refund. My current card details are not on my Uber Eats account, indicating that someone else is using my information. I have taken the precaution of freezing the card linked to the unauthorized account. Your swift response is crucial in preventing future occurrences.

I've been graciously gifted £40 worth of gift cards which I've redeemed to my account. They are now saved in my Uber wallet as Uber cash. The problem I am facing is that every time I try to use them, I am told I can't use them on this store. This seems ridiculous to me as all payments, no matter how they are made, go through Uber. Furthermore, this restriction should have been clearly stated before the purchase. If I had known this, I would not have requested these gift cards. I feel as though I've been misled and stuck with £40 in Uber gift vouchers that have no value to me. I would have preferred to receive the cash instead. I hope for a solution to this situation, as it feels like a misleading experience and not what I expected when receiving these gift cards.

I received my food order, but unfortunately, the quesadilla only had cheese on a quarter of it. I ended up giving the rest, mainly empty bread, to my dog. Additionally, my burrito had the incorrect salsa. After eating half of it, I discovered cling wrap inside, which is a serious issue. I've already left a review on the Uber Eats app, reported the problem to the company, and submitted a safety concern on the app. I am requesting a refund as I couldn't consume most of the food.

I encountered an issue with using the promo code FOODLOVE4NY on my order. The promo was for $20 off a $25 order, valid until Sep 23, [redacted], at 9:00 AM. The conditions stated it was for 1 order, and a minimum of $25 before fees was required. I made an order on 20 Sept, expecting the $20 discount, but the code didn't apply. Uber's site mentioned that the promo was not valid for my location. The terms of the promo did not specify any location restrictions, so I am confused and would like to either understand the conditions better or receive the $20 refund as intended.

Hello, I have been regularly ordering a drink from Starbucks for the past 9 years using the Uber Eats app for convenience. Unfortunately, my go-to English Breakfast Tea Latte is not available on the Uber Eats menu. I have been in touch with Starbucks, and they mentioned that only Uber Eats can make this update. I am kindly requesting your IT team to update the app to include the English Breakfast Tea Latte for ordering. I can provide my account ID if needed. This small update would greatly help me save time and effort as I order this drink 6 times a week. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I placed an order on Uber Eats today around 8:45. I paid £3.99 for delivery, with a promised delivery time of 20-30 minutes. With a doctor's appointment within the hour, this timing was crucial for me. Unfortunately, Uber Eats changed drivers twice, and my order didn't arrive until well after 10:20. I'm extremely dissatisfied because even if I were to cancel, I would still be charged. Paying £3.99 for faster delivery, which was almost 1 hour and 30 minutes late, is unacceptable. I would like a refund on my delivery charge. It's not the customer's responsibility if drivers are late. I'd like to speak to a manager to resolve this issue. I may escalate my complaint on Twitter as I feel others should be aware of this, as it can disrupt our schedules. However, I prefer to resolve it with you first before taking further action.

Recently, I've had issues with the quality of food from certain restaurants due to the pandemic. Despite providing evidence, the problems persist, and even though I've received refunds for some complaints, the situation has not improved. Yesterday, I ordered two curries from a restaurant I trust, but the experience was disappointing. The delivery was delayed and the rider was unprofessional, causing disturbance by honking continuously. Moreover, the food arrived damaged as the container leaked in the bag, making it inedible. I've attached images for your reference. I reported the issue through the app but was informed that my account was flagged, preventing a refund due to unusual activities. I urge you to review my case, refund my money, and assure fair treatment. If this matter isn't resolved, I will escalate it to consumer affairs in Sri Lanka and share my experience on social media. At 11:57 a.m. (WAST), I placed an order on the Uber Eats app for McDonald's (2 cheeseburgers, 1 Large Fries, 1 MNM McFlurry with extra fudge topping). By 12:30 p.m., the order hadn't arrived. The app showed a driver on the way, but then went back to processing. At 12:40 p.m., I contacted support. They said they would speed up the order. A driver was suddenly on the way. The driver finally picked up my order at 12:50 p.m. It took another 25 minutes to reach me, although I'm close to the McDonald's location. My order was incorrect. The McFlurry was Oreo instead of MNM, and it leaked in the bag. The burgers and fries were cold. I'm requesting a prompt full refund. Waiting 80 minutes for cold, incorrect food that leaked is unacceptable, especially after being a loyal app user who spent a lot of money. I need a valid reason to use this app again after this bad experience.

This is the second time I have received someone else's order. I attempted to file a complaint through the app's help button, but they stated my order was not eligible for a refund. I have experienced issues with previous orders and rightfully complained, as every time there is a mistake with my order or items are missing, that is my money and it should be refunded. Previously, I received food I couldn't eat due to my pregnancy and was still not refunded. I have taken pictures, submitted reviews, called customer service with no response, and often do not receive refunds. What is happening at Uber Eats? It seems like there are continuous issues impacting customer satisfaction. As a customer who orders frequently, I expect better service. Bogus

I am curious about the food delivery process. Who is responsible for providing updates on delivery times and when the driver arrives? I placed an order with Bird Box Kings Lynn and my driver's name was Andrei. Upon waiting for the delivery, I did not receive any notifications from the driver through calls, messages, or the intercom. How am I supposed to locate the delivery person in such a situation without any means of communication? When I tried to contact them through the app, it stated that the driver waited outside the house for 7 minutes. I live in a building with 30 apartments; it is impossible for me to know he was waiting outside without any notification. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. Not only did I not receive my order, but I also did not receive a proper explanation for the issue. Despite my efforts to contact support, it seems I will still be charged for the food. I hope to receive a resolution soon. Thank you.

I placed an order at Burger King through the app at 2 p.m. on September 21st. The app promised delivery by 2.45 p.m., but by 3.45 p.m., nothing had arrived. Upon calling the restaurant, they mentioned canceling the order due to missing information, which was not communicated through the app. While they claimed to cancel it, it appears to have been incomplete, resulting in me being charged despite not receiving the order.
