On July 3rd night, I placed an order for Mcdonald's through Uber Eats for a group of people. However, upon the driver's arrival, she claimed to have left the food at the doorstep, but it was nowhere to be found. Despite checking numerous houses to locate the missing order, it was unsuccessful. While I did receive a refund for the food, I was disappointed to have lost the $6 tip I had provided. It was frustrating to have six people go without dinner and spend 45 minutes fruitlessly searching for the food. I feel let down by the lack of professionalism in handling such incidents by a company I have relied on for years.

I encountered an issue with a driver who became upset because he struggled to access my apartment, despite clear directions provided and direct instructions given over the phone. When I tried to seek assistance through the provided [redacted] number, two representatives asked for my bank account balance to verify my identity, which I found inappropriate and not legally acceptable. I was disconnected twice during the call. My only request is to receive a refund of $11 for my McDonald's order. I have a broken leg and rely on a walker, preventing me from collecting the food myself. I hope to resolve this matter with a credit or refund.

Good Afternoon, As a delivery partner for Uber Eats, I have been dealing with an ongoing issue regarding my background check for the past five weeks. Despite submitting my consent through the app on May 30, [redacted], I have not been able to track the progress of the screening. Reaching out to priority support daily has not yielded a resolution. Originally, I was asked to send consent again, which I already had done, and then was repeatedly informed that Checkr was in the process of conducting the screening. After finally contacting Checkr directly, I received an email response. I primarily deliver by bicycle, hold a diamond member status, possess high ratings, and have a clean record. Uber Eats serves as my sole source of income as a full-time student and single mom. Despite being advised to visit a Greenlight Hub, I could not locate one in or near Charleston, SC. I have exhausted all support avenues and, although told my issue was escalated today, I remain doubtful of a resolution. On July 6, [redacted], around 9:45 pm, we placed an order at Applebee's on North Town Drive NE in Minnesota, Arden Hills area. Our food order exceeded 80 dollars. The estimated delivery time was 10:10 pm, but it did not arrive. After contacting Applebee's, they informed us the order was ready but not picked up. Despite fruitless attempts to resolve the issue through UberEATS support, the order status displayed as "being prepared". It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes for an Uber driver to collect the order, delivering it past midnight. We are requesting a refund due to the unacceptable delay in receiving the food we paid for.

I found unauthorized charges on my debit card totaling $[redacted].53 on July 6. I want a refund as I do not have an Uber Eats account, and the service is not available in Caldwell, Texas, where I live alone. I do not use my card online, so I am puzzled how this occurred. I recently placed an order with Suzie Wong's in Cincinnati. Upon ordering, I was prompted to create an Uber Eats account, which I did. However, I am now unsure if my order went through, if it is scheduled for delivery at 6pm, or if my family will receive their meal. My daughter received a $20 discount code for a $25 order after I referred her. She used the code for an order at Duffy's restaurant in Cape Coral, Florida but due to a location error, she had to cancel the order. She lost the discount code in the process. Additionally, Uber charges are showing up on my credit card that need to be removed. I tried to reach out to customer service but they are not taking calls at this time. Their chat representative advised me to clarify the situation, but I'm unsure why my initial submission was unclear.

Yesterday, I placed an order at Jason's Deli for a family dinner consisting of chicken alfredo for $37.61 and a Pollo Potato with a salad for $16.84, which totaled $54.45. However, I was only delivered a child's portion of the alfredo and nothing else. When I contacted Jason's Deli, the manager confirmed that the Uber driver mistakenly picked up the wrong order. The manager offered me a total credit of $54.45, but since I preferred a refund, she mentioned that Uber Eats would handle it. After reaching out to Uber Eats, I found out this morning that I was only refunded $19.62. I am unsure how this amount was calculated, but I am expecting a full refund of [redacted]%, which should include Uber fees, tip, and any additional charges that made my total reach $76.00. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue today.

I recently placed an order with your company, and I had an issue with one of your drivers attempting to leave my food on the ground. I was able to stop her before she did so, but this was unacceptable and unsanitary, especially given the current circumstances. I was supposed to receive a $5 credit, but I haven't seen it yet. I am frustrated with the lack of follow-through. I've encountered a similar problem before with a coupon not being applied correctly. I want the refund promptly and I believe a higher refund would be more appropriate for the inconvenience caused.

I placed an order at Outback Steakhouse on Mt Cross Rd in Danville, VA using a 50% off coupon up to $15 valid until 7-15-21. The total after the discount was about $25, including the tip. However, I noticed two charges totaling around $36 in my checking account. I did not receive a receipt, only a ticket without prices. The process to apply the coupon was challenging and time-consuming, but eventually worked. The coupon was supposed to be valid for 3 orders but now shows only 2 used before 7-15-21. While trying to review the total again, I noticed the menu did not list the 16 oz prime rib, possibly not available on weekends. Despite this, I feel overcharged on my debit card. I had planned to use the remaining balance to order pizza, now feeling disappointed by the misinformation and the discrepancy in charges. I believe I should receive a refund for the coupon amount. I have not received my order, and what frustrates me more is that food was prepared unnecessarily causing waste. Customer service was polite, but my time and money were wasted. This kind of service during a pandemic is disappointing. I am requesting a refund of $40. I contacted customer service twice, and my order was supposed to be on its way but then vanished. Communication about issues like this is crucial. I also tipped the driver 20%. Despite working in customer service myself, this experience was extremely unsatisfactory. I am insistent on getting my $40 back as this was a waste of time for everyone involved.

Hello, I recently ordered a sweet and sour noodle dish from Wiwo in Cardiff for almost £10. Unfortunately, the delivery was over an hour late. Upon receiving the order, I discovered they had added fish in the sauce, which was a problem for me as a vegetarian. The menu did not specify that the sauce contained animal products, which was quite frustrating. I am requesting a full refund for my recent order. I placed an order for £47.46 for a kids' party at the park. However, I was extremely disappointed with what we received. The order was incomplete - missing items, including soggy and cold chips, no straws for the milkshakes, and some kids didn't receive their drinks with the meals. I attempted to contact McDonald's Debdale and your customer service team without success. Although I reported the missing items to Uber Eats, the refund received was only £13, which is inadequate. I am unsatisfied with this outcome and require a full refund to resolve this matter, as the service we received was unacceptable.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and my estimated delivery time was between 9:00 pm to 9:20 pm. When I called at 9:07 pm to cancel due to the delay and the order still being prepared, I was informed I had to cancel through the app. However, the app didn't provide me with the option since the restaurant was handling the delivery. Despite the estimated time changing to 9:25-9:40 pm, by 10:00 pm, the restaurant had not even started making my order, stating they were busy. Their refusal to cancel and the rudeness of the staff was frustrating. I'm a regular Uber Eats customer and have never experienced such a long wait before. Even though I understand they might be busy, the restaurant should stop accepting orders if they cannot manage the volume. I ordered a drink and cookie dough, items that are not complex to prepare. This occurred at Bubble Waffle Dessert Lounge in the city center. The total amount was £12.24.

My order was significantly delayed. Initially estimated to arrive at 8:20 pm, then pushed to 8:44 pm. After contacting the driver twice for updates and providing directions, he claimed to be nearby but didn't show up by 9 pm. He requested my location at 9:15 pm, yet he was still nowhere to be seen or reached by phone. When questioned about his location, he vaguely answered and abruptly hung up around 9:20 pm. Despite the driver's unprofessional behavior, my food never arrived. Worried about its condition and driver's behavior, I seek assistance. Although customer service is closed, I wonder if there is any emergency support available to address this issue promptly.

Hello, On July 4, [redacted], at 11:34 PM, I placed an order with the order number 2E7BC. I ordered from Uber Eats and McDonald's on Jean Medicin for a total of 45.48€. The delivery took 45 minutes, during which I had to call McDonald's to inform them that we were waiting for the delivery driver. They assured me they would keep my order warm until it arrived. However, when the delivery driver arrived, my order was cold, and the ice cream had melted. I tried calling McDonald's again, but received no response. I have been trying to reach out to you as well but have not received any answers. I would like a full refund of 45.48€ as soon as possible as I believe it is unacceptable to treat customers this way. I recently placed an order with McDonald's using a $10 promo code from a friend referral, which should have reduced my total from $31 to $21. Despite receiving a confirmation that the promo code was applied successfully, I was still charged the full amount. When I contacted customer service, I had to repeat information to multiple agents without a resolution. This message pertains to UberEats and UberRideshare. I am frustrated as my orders keep getting cancelled for no drivers available after waiting for an hour and a half. If there are no drivers, the option should not be given. Waiting for a refund is inconvenient. It's disappointing that support calls are not answered, and even reaching out on Twitter yields no response. This experience has led me to stop using your services and discourage the 10 people I referred. I intend to leave negative reviews to express my dissatisfaction.
