I paid for a priority package at the Battle Creek MI post office on 11/30/[redacted]. The tracking number shows the package is still there with no further updates. Despite the post office claiming they don't have it and cannot assist me, I am left waiting and repeatedly checking the tracking information. The buyer of my merchandise now demands a full refund, including the $25.05 shipping cost. I am unsure how to proceed. Will insurance cover this loss, at least for the shipping? I was expecting a package, but it was marked as delivered. However, when I checked, it wasn't in the designated area. It was a padded manila envelope, and I am unsure if it was misdelivered by the mail carrier or if it was stolen. The tracking number can be provided if needed. This package was important as it was a Christmas gift from Tina C. sent to me, Rose L., at a different address than where it was expected.

Due to significant health issues, we have requested our mail to be delivered to the mailbox at our front door. The postmaster left a note at the curb for this arrangement. Our regular mail carrier follows this direction; however, on weekends and with substitute carriers, mail is inaccurately placed in neighboring mailboxes. This has led to mail being shuffled among neighbors, causing inconvenience. Recently, a neighbor discovered undelivered mail in their mailbox and distributed it along the block, some of which had been sitting for weeks. This situation is concerning as a retired individual waiting for important checks that have now been delayed for over a month. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I sent a 6x9 brown envelope with the dimensions and weight clearly marked for USPS First Class delivery. I printed and affixed the label but the post office in the customer's area claims there is $5 postage due because I sent it incorrectly. This is the first time I've encountered this issue despite mailing out hundreds similarly in the past. The lady at the post office insisted that all the previous ones were incorrect as well. We have been experiencing issues with receiving our mail at [redacted] Auburn Street, Tuskegee, Alabama [redacted] for the past three months. Despite visiting the post office multiple times, we are always informed that there is no mail for us, with the possibility that the carrier might still have it in their truck. Though the supervisor has occasionally delivered our mail, not all of it has reached us, sometimes spanning 2 to 3 months' worth of undelivered mail. This situation is causing important mail to be returned or people unsure of our address when trying to contact us. Today, my law office informed me that my mail was returned, raising concerns that the carrier might be disposing of it. Our church is situated at [redacted] S Stracks Church Road in Wright City, MO, [redacted], with nearly [redacted] years of history. The Secretary of State contacted us regarding our address not being listed on your website. Currently, our mail is directed to a PO Box in Wright City, MO, [redacted]. I have reached out to the Postmaster and the [redacted] office to verify our physical address, and I've forwarded the necessary letters to the Secretary of State. They advised that the USPS's Address Management Department should add our physical address to their website to rectify this issue. I am currently experiencing an issue with 5 packages that USPS tracking shows as delivered but have not been received. These packages, including one from Amazon and 4 from various addresses, are now 4-5 days overdue. I have made multiple attempts to complete a missing package form online, but each time I encounter an error prompting me to try again later. I also attempted to contact customer service via the recorded robo-help line but could not wait the required 30 minutes to speak with a representative due to the expected delays. I am currently awaiting two pieces of mail from the Twin Cities. One was sent on December 1st, and as of today, December 15th, I have yet to receive it in Rochester. The second piece left the cities on the 9th, and despite it now being the 15th, it still has not arrived. The first piece is particularly crucial as it contains a $[redacted] check that I urgently require. I have been advised to request a reissue, but this solution is not satisfactory to me.

Good morning, I posted a legal document through PM Express International on December 2, [redacted], from Buffalo, NY to Kutaisi, Republic of Georgia. I was informed by a postal worker that it would arrive by December 14 due to coronavirus lockdowns and the holiday season. Today is December 15, and the envelope has not reached Georgia yet. It has been almost 14 days since mailing and 11 workdays. I paid nearly $70 for faster delivery, expecting it to reach sooner. I initially wanted 1-3 days delivery but was advised it would also arrive by December 14. How much longer should I wait? If it takes this long, regular mail would have been cheaper and just as fast. My package was marked as delivered last night (Dec. 14, [redacted]), but I wasn't home to receive it. The email notification stated that it was left with a neighbor as per my request, however, I did not make such a request. I have already checked with both of my neighbors on either side, and they do not have it. These items were supposed to be Christmas gifts that I needed to wrap and send out. I have tried calling the post office, but they are not answering their phone. Feeling very frustrated. Are there any actual individuals who can assist me in resolving this issue?

I shipped a package from Grand Prairie, TX to Kansas on Friday, December 10th using priority mail, with an expected delivery date of Monday, December 13th. However, as of today, December 15th, the package has not reached its destination. I am concerned about the delay and would appreciate any information on the whereabouts of my package. I am a retail pack and ship store in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. We are an Approved Shipper for USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. At the moment, our mail from the postal service has not been delivered for two days. I have a package in that pending mail that claims delivery was attempted at an inconvenient time. I have a registered letter on its way, but the driver mentioned it might be returned since I am away for a couple of weeks and will return on January 3rd. I was told that by contacting the company, they could hold the letter until then. However, the driver did not provide any required information for me to reach out. I ordered a package from California, but it unexpectedly went to the Atlanta processing center and then to the Greenville SC processing center. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday by 9pm. The tracking information shows it arrived at the Greenville SC distribution center but has not been delivered yet. I am eager to receive my package and confused why it hasn't been shipped to my house.

I recently visited the post office to send a package and encountered an issue with the postal worker. During the transaction, the postal worker unexpectedly cut off my ability to request an email receipt. She proceeded to redo the entire transaction, which included crossing out the original tracking number on the paper receipt and generating a new one. This has left me concerned about the handling of my package and its safe arrival. Additionally, the postal worker attempted to change the fragility status of the package during the second transaction, which is not acceptable as postal workers should not interfere in such a manner. I believe this is a serious matter that needs to be addressed appropriately.

During my recent visit to the post office, an employee interrupted me while I was trying to print my receipt and have it emailed to me. She then declined to provide me with the receipt, altering the tracking number and trying to influence the information I was entering about the transaction. She advised me to indicate that the package was not fragile, even though I had originally labeled it as fragile. I found her actions to be quite unusual and now worry about the delivery of my package.
