Good afternoon, I am currently at Panama airport. The Panama to Amsterdam flight got rescheduled, and I was given a new ticket for a different departure time from Panama at 21:45. Due to this change, I will inevitably miss the flight from Amsterdam to Istanbul, flight TK1403 departing at 18:50. Additionally, I will not board the Istanbul to St. Petersburg flight Airbus A321. I kindly request assistance from someone holding a sign to help me with the necessary arrangements for my onward flight to St. Petersburg and to collect my baggage. Regards, Alexey. Dear Sir/Madam, I traveled from New Delhi to Vienna with a connecting flight in Istanbul on April 4th, [redacted]. My booking reference number is USIFC8. I have attached a copy of the tickets booked by the United Nations office travel desk. Due to a delay in the Istanbul flight, I was rebooked on an evening flight, for which I have attached the boarding passes. To claim travel insurance, I need the following: the unused ticket for the missed flight with a cancellation endorsement, a copy of the used ticket for the alternative flight, and a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the airline. I encountered a communication error with Turkish Airlines which led to my reservation being canceled before final payment. They reinstated the reservation with a new deadline for purchase, but due to my travel and work commitments, I missed the window. Despite my attempts to reason with them over the past three weeks, Turkish Airlines has insisted that I must book at the current higher price due to missing the deadline. Their responses to my emails take around seven business days, prolonging the issue for over a month. When they finally provided a resolution, they gave me another short deadline for response.

Contacting the airline customer service has been an arduous task as my calls remain unanswered, and reaching out through Messenger has proven to be equally challenging. On April 29th, I inquired about traveling with my cat and received a generic response linking me to the pet policy, stating the requirement to inform the airline at least 6 hours before the flight regarding pet travel. Subsequently, on May 1st, I submitted a pet carry request with all the necessary details, only to have it rejected later because another passenger would be traveling with a dog. This crucial information was not communicated earlier, causing inconvenience and financial loss. The situation has left me distressed as I contemplate how to proceed with my cat. Turkish Airlines' inadequate service has thoroughly tested my patience and resulted in financial setbacks.

I have a question about my proof of COVID vaccination for my June [redacted] trip to Turkey. On my U.S.A. CDC Vaccination card, I have evidence of my Johnson & Johnson shot and Pfizer booster. However, both labels show different last names. When I received the J&J vaccine in March [redacted], my divorce was not finalized, so my married name is on that label. When I got the Pfizer booster in November [redacted], I had legally changed my name to my maiden name. I am concerned Turkish Airlines may not accept my proof of vaccination due to the name discrepancy. Should I bring a copy of my divorce decree for Turkish Airlines to validate my vaccination? Alternatively, would Turkish Airlines accept an Immunization Clinic Record Card from my state's Department of Health, showing both vaccinations and my updated name?

Hello, I purchased a ticket for myself (SE - TFHF42) and another ticket for my parents (MME and SE - UCCJWX), both with the option to change the flight date without extra charges. However, I realized a few hours later that I had booked the wrong date for both tickets and incurred additional costs to change them. I rescheduled both flights from Istanbul to Munich for May 29th. Despite having paid for the option to change the flights without extra fees, I have not received any refund for the change fees totaling [redacted],00€. The change fee was [redacted],00€ for my parents' flight (THY[redacted]3AZFKY) and [redacted],00€ for my own (THY[redacted]3AZFII), both debited from my bank account. On April 24, [redacted], my family and I had a disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines that needs to be addressed. When we arrived at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter at Marrakech airport, we encountered a rude and unhelpful staff member. Despite providing a PCR test as required, we were denied boarding and not informed about the option to take another test during our layover in Istanbul before entering the US. This led to various issues for us, including rescheduling our flight with a longer layover, missing work, spending money on new tests and transportation, and unfortunately, having one of our luggage items stolen at the airport. Dealing with the lost baggage was another struggle, as the staff was unhelpful and the police were dismissive. The overall experience was unprofessional and unsettling, especially with the lack of support and communication from Turkish Airlines employees. We are seeking a resolution, particularly regarding the stolen luggage, and hope to hear back promptly from someone within the airline who can assist us with these matters. Thank you.

Multiple flights for my daughter were canceled, causing considerable inconvenience. After the initial flight cancellation, we had to chase the airline for rescheduling information. The second cancellation led to passengers waiting for hours before being informed, resulting in a stay at Lake Vic Hotel in Entebbe. Unfortunately, the PCR test timing was affected, leading to additional expenses for a new test. Despite these issues, the airline did not cover the extra costs incurred. Furthermore, previous flight changes also resulted in unexpected charges, making the overall travel cost significantly higher than anticipated. Attempts to address these concerns through feedback have been met with unsatisfactory responses, leading to a decision to avoid flying with this airline in the future. The lack of customer service and failure to compensate passengers for disruptions have been disappointing experiences that I feel compelled to share.

We bought extra legroom seats for Flight 34 departing from Houston on April 24 and arriving in Istanbul on April 25. However, upon boarding, we discovered that our seats did not have the extra legroom we paid for and were behind the designated row. A customer service agent mentioned that the aircraft may have changed from the one shown in the seating chart when we bought the seats. Since she couldn't switch our seats, she provided this email address for a refund request, assuring us that she documented the issue for reference. We contacted iahticketing.com as advised, but we haven't received any update on our refund for Flight 34. I have a reservation with the code UTLKFX under the name Gramsch. I am attempting to check my booking online to see if I can complete my check-in, but I am encountering difficulties due to recent flight changes. The website indicates that changes have been made to my flight due to various reasons and prompts me to choose an action regarding the flight status. Dear Sir or Madam, On 24.05.22 at 14:55, I took the flight from Düsseldorf International to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines (Flight number TK1526). I had designated my luggage as special baggage since the items in my suitcase were fragile. After receiving approval at the counter to check my luggage as special baggage, I proceeded to the special baggage area. The worker there did not listen to me and insisted I return to the counter to check my luggage. Despite my multiple attempts to explain that I had permission to check my luggage as special baggage, he called the counter again to confirm, which they did. However, he rudely argued with me, embarrassed me in front of others, did not let me speak properly, and sent me back claiming my luggage was not packaged as special baggage. He instructed me to return to the counter after I had already been waiting in line for a long time. Ultimately, I had to go back to the counter and check my suitcase as regular baggage. Unfortunately, I must say the product in my suitcase was indeed damaged. Therefore, I am lodging a complaint with Turkish Airlines and the Düsseldorf airport as the workers were not in agreement, I suffered as a result, and my product was damaged due to the mishandling by the special baggage employee. Attached is a picture and the receipt of the product that was not accepted by the special baggage employee and subsequently damaged. I would appreciate a prompt response.

As a professional tennis player participating in the "W15 ANTALYA SERIES" tournament with $15,[redacted] prize fund, my sports equipment including 3 tennis rackets, 2 pairs of tennis shoes, 1 pair of running shoes, sportswear, sports nutrition, and equipment were in the luggage. Due to Turkish Airlines' fault, I was unable to prepare properly for the tournament as my luggage arrived just 15 minutes before my match on May 23 at 14:30. On DATE 29.05.[redacted] at TIME 10:45, my family and I were involved in a car accident on the way to the airport. Fortunately, no one was injured, but we missed our flight FLIGHT NUMBER: AJ / TK [redacted] as a result. Despite planning to arrive early, the accident delayed us, and we reached the airport only 30 minutes before departure, missing the check-in time. I made a flight reservation for my sister on June 6th, and her flight was scheduled for June 8th to Dublin with her daughter. During my recent layover in Istanbul traveling from Tbilisi to Athens, I encountered an issue with the hotel desk refusing to provide accommodation for my 12+ hour connection. I specifically chose the 17:30 flight from Tbilisi to ensure I had proper rest before my important meetings due to health reasons. Despite Turkish Airlines' policy of offering hotels for long layovers, I was denied this service based on their recommendation to take a later flight, which was not feasible for me. This disappointing experience has made me question Turkish Airlines' transparency and customer service. As I have upcoming trips, including a wedding in Greece, I am now hesitant to book with Turkish Airlines again.

Dear Turkish Airlines authorities, I would like to express my concern regarding my flight ticket dated 10.06.[redacted] and request prompt action. I purchased a ticket for my wife from Erzurum to Ankara on 06.06.[redacted] and reserved her seat by paying in advance. Everything was fine until one day before the flight when I checked in, only to find out that her seat number was changed to seat 2 on the flight scheduled for 15.06.[redacted]. I am unaware of the reason why the Anatolian Civil Aviation Inspector assigned that seat to a member of parliament or a similar person for flight TK7073 from Erzurum to Ankara at 14:45 on 15.06.[redacted]. I do not know what actions you will take, so I leave the decision to you. Otherwise, I will have this matter referred to court through a lawyer. How is it possible for the seat I reserved to be taken by someone else due to their rank? I am waiting for your response at your earliest convenience before initiating legal procedures. Hello, my name is Marina Berejnova. I flew from Gazipasha on TK2593 to JFK New York on June 10, [redacted]. Upon receiving my two bags at JFK airport, one of them, sized 32 inches and made by the company "Lucas," was ripped in three places on the back. These damages are beyond repair. I reported the damages to the representative at JFK airport and was given reference number JFKTK18939 along with written instructions on how to submit an application on the Turkish Airline website. The contact number provided was [redacted]. Despite entering all the required information and trying to submit the form, I encountered an error. When I checked the status on a different page using the reference number and my name, I received an error message stating the reference number was invalid. I tried calling the provided phone number at JFK airport ([redacted]) multiple times, but no one answered, only offering a voicemail. I left six messages over three days, but no one has returned my call. I need assistance in resolving this issue urgently as tomorrow is the deadline to submit the complaint.
