I have had multiple issues with my orders from your company. Instead of refunding the money to my card, it has been returned to your account. When I tried to make another purchase, the same thing happened again. The refunds are going back to your account, not my credit card. I feel like I am given credit with your company instead of receiving my actual money. One of my orders was for a projector screen, but I only received a white fabric sheet instead of the complete set with a motor, plug-in, and cord as described. Another order for a Dremel engraving tool only included the bits, not the actual tool. I reached out to customer service but received no response. If these issues are not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it further to ensure the problems are addressed.

I am eagerly awaiting the shipment of my products and appreciate the status update emails. Concern arose when I received texts instructing me to click a link to confirm the delivery time, without specifying if it was from Top Hatter. Unsure if it's a scam or legitimate, I seek clarification. As I wasn't aware I needed to be present for delivery, I'm worried about the possibility of my orders being returned. I have invested a significant amount of time and money on your platform. Unfortunately, there have been instances of misleading product listings. The supposed 6 to 7-foot pre-lit Christmas tree I ordered turned out to be a 2-foot non-lit tree comparable to ones found at a dollar store. Not only was it not as advertised, but it arrived damaged, rendering it unusable during the festive season. The seller informed me of a strict 7-day return policy for an item that took a considerable time to arrive from overseas and is of such poor quality. As a buyer, I feel cheated and disrespected. I urge you to intervene and ensure I receive a refund promptly. It's disheartening to see other customers facing similar issues with this falsely advertised product.

I have encountered an issue on an auction site where I had the winning bid twice on the same items: a 4-piece set of fashion jewelry and a Dallas Cowboys set of earrings, necklace, and bracelet. The first winning order, #[redacted]50, was cancelled, and I was not charged on December 25, [redacted]. Subsequently, I won the bid again with order #[redacted]96, was charged, and later refunded with credits on the TopHatter site. I am frustrated by the fact that they are auctioning items they do not possess. I would prefer to receive the item I rightfully bid on and won rather than credits. I would like to request a refund for the $12.94 and $6.47 x 2 charges that were made on my order after paying $5 for assistance. I did not expect to be charged $45 monthly for bidding on items I do not need. It is confusing and seems unreasonable. Please correct my order to include the leggings I purchased or provide a full refund. I initially ordered a niner and a Raider leggings in different sizes. I recently purchased perfume from them. The first order took months to arrive, and I just received the refund. Due to pandemic restrictions, I couldn't return the perfume within their six-day window. As a single mother with a toddler, I can't bring my daughter to a store where masks are required. When I tried to initiate the return process, the company closed it without explanation. Now I'm stuck with $86 worth of bad perfume. I bought the same scent elsewhere, and it's much better. If anyone has suggestions on how I can resolve this, I'd be grateful.

I have received a return label to send back two sleeping bags, but instead, I received two plastic bags. The return instructions ask for the items to be sent back in their original packaging. However, the original packaging was a small plastic bag that got damaged when I opened it. The return label on the plastic bag is not removable without damaging it further. I'm unsure if I can send it back in a different plastic bag. I can't purchase new packaging as I'm unable to leave my house. Can I reuse a different mailing envelope, or would that be against the rules? I'm concerned about potentially damaging the items if I try to turn the bag inside out and use clear tape. Also, given the current shipping delays, it's challenging to meet the tight return schedule without any flexibility. My name is Darrell Price, and my email is [redacted] There are items I did not bid on that appear too long, causing me inconvenience. Continuously being put on restriction is frustrating. Today is February 4, [redacted]. It shows my account is restricted until February 12, [redacted], but I find this unfair. Approximately $[redacted] seems to be missing from my account due to these restrictions. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will close my account and take my business elsewhere. I value Tophatter but this constant restriction is unacceptable. Please address this promptly.

I purchased a facial gun in December for $14 and was also offered and bought a second one for $14. However, my orders got canceled in January. Tophatter initially credited my account, but I requested a cash refund to my debit card instead. They removed the credits from my account but didn't refund the money to my debit card as requested. Additionally, I haven't received the gun scope I won for $12. I'm frustrated with Tophatter as I've tried contacting them via email with no response. I request a resolution to this issue and a refund of $28 for the canceled orders and $12 for the missing scope. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Thank you, Vincent.

I have bid on items on top hers, and I never bid over $10. However, I am being charged much more than that. I want to understand what is happening. I am frustrated because you previously overcharged me over $[redacted]. I am considering taking legal action or contacting the TV station about this matter. I will not tolerate being charged more than what I bid, especially after being charged $77 previously. I plan to inform others about this issue and ensure it is addressed.

I ordered four items for Valentine's Day, but they did not arrive. The products missing are the men's 3D wolf animal print underwear, the locked wallet (buy one get one free), the transparent [redacted] key electronic keyboard, and the bikecar cycle cycling tyre valve. Although it says they have been delivered, I have not received them. I've been home every day when the mailman comes and have not seen any packages. The mail carrier insists she delivered everything to the correct address and always notifies me when leaving a package. It is now March, and I ordered these items for my fiance for Valentine's Day. I have paid for the items but have not received them. I am unsure what the issue might be.

I was hoping to apply my points but was surprised by the high shipping costs. I want to cancel the $7 HGTV antenna purchase with $7 shipping and use my points on the rest. I have recently noticed unauthorized charges on my Tophatter account. Even though it appears as if these orders were made by me, I have not received any of the items except for a phone which I promptly returned. As a 61-year-old with limited income and health issues, this situation has been difficult for me to handle. There is $[redacted] missing from my account that I did not spend. I have tried contacting Tophatter multiple times via text, but I am uncertain if my messages are being sent correctly. I am facing an issue as there is no available customer service number for direct communication. Moreover, I am extremely dissatisfied with the misleading descriptions of products on Tophater. This seems to be a deliberate strategy and is completely unethical. Following this experience, I have decided to cease any future transactions on this platform. I am currently awaiting an order, which I intend to return immediately upon receipt. I am expecting a full refund, encompassing not only the item's cost but also the exorbitant shipping fees, to be credited back to my payment card. I unknowingly bid on a drone battery, thinking it was a complete drone with a camera due to the deceptive product description. This misrepresentation is deceptive and unacceptable. I am determined to take appropriate steps to prevent such misleading business practices from affecting others. This intentional deception in advertising products is intolerable and must be addressed.

I have noticed that several items sold on Tophatter do not match their descriptions or advertised images, which seems intentional to deceive customers into bidding on items that turn out to be different from what was presented. For instance, I bid on a set of little garden aliens, one male, one female, based on the picture and description stating it's a "set," implying two aliens. However, upon winning the bid, I discovered the order is only for one alien to choose between male or female. This misleading practice is unfair to customers, and I expect to receive both aliens as advertised in the picture and described as a set. I hope these deceptive business practices will cease, and customers won't be misled by inaccurate descriptions and images. I have had multiple issues with this website. Most of my orders never arrive, and it's frustrating. Today, I won a hoodie for my girlfriend but when I went to pay, there were t-shirts with teams we don't support. I can't remove them, so now I can't bid on other items. I encountered an issue with a seller regarding 2 items I purchased. Each item was shipped separately, one by FedEx and the other by UPS. Strangely, the seller used a different name and address within the same city and zip code as mine. When the tracking indicated that the items were delivered, I received nothing. I reached out to both shipping services, and they confirmed the discrepancy in names and addresses for my tracking number but couldn't disclose more due to my name not being on the packages. They advised me that either Tophatter or the seller needed to contact them for verification. Since the seller seems dishonest, I have doubts about getting help. I considered filing a mail fraud claim but lack written proof. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue, either by receiving the item, getting a refund, or addressing the dishonesty of the seller.

I recently bought item #[redacted]15, a rainbow hanging rope swing with two pillows, from Mike's Store. According to FedEx, the item was delivered and left at the door, but I never received it. After contacting FedEx with the shipping number provided, I learned that the seller redirected the delivery to another person in the same town. I am frustrated by this situation and just want the item I purchased to be sent to my address. FedEx informed me that the seller can resolve this issue by contacting them with the tracking information: Paid $25.37 on March 19 to Mike's Store, shipping on March 21, shipped by Armando FedEx on March 22 at 9:28 a.m. The tracking number is FedEx [redacted]02. FedEx stated the item was delivered on March 28 at 2:41 p.m., left at a different address in Seligman, MO. I just want to receive the item I paid for at my address as intended.

Hello, this is Minerva. Unfortunately, my identity has been stolen due to a theft of my cell phone, where all my personal information was stored. This included my social security card, birth certificate, and driver's license details. Additionally, my phone contains various pictures and logged-in applications. I am unable to access my email account because I forgot the password and the recovery phone numbers associated with it are no longer in service. The email I used to use is [redacted] and I currently use [redacted] I have already canceled two debit cards ending in [redacted] and [redacted], but others are still at risk. I have reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission. I am trying to reach Tophatter for assistance as I am expecting multiple deliveries.
