However, a technician named Nikola requested personal information such as my address and payment details, which I find concerning in terms of identity theft. Refusing to provide this information led to the suspension of my main account, preventing me from making any payments or bids. I am requesting immediate assistance from a manager to address this issue. Furthermore, the lack of a phone number or live chat on Tophatter's platform raises suspicions about the legitimacy of these requests. I acknowledge my mistake in creating multiple accounts and took steps to rectify this, but I am hesitant to disclose sensitive information. I have saved all email correspondence as evidence of the demands made by Tophatter. Moving forward, I urge Tophatter to reconsider their banning policies and provide clarity on the handling of credits and points associated with the additional accounts that have been shut down. I placed and canceled multiple items on May 31st, spending a total of $82.44. I had to cancel 12 orders amounting to $[redacted].76 as I was familiarizing myself with the site. Despite following the cancellation instructions for a refund, I have not received any money back. Additionally, there is an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].24 on my card for a purchase I did not make. I have a number of items I paid for, some dating back up to a year, that I still haven't received. I am frustrated and seeking a refund for all of them. Despite my attempts to communicate through notes, I have not seen any resolution. This experience has led me to decide not to make any future purchases from Top Hatter. I initially purchased a blanket, a bracelet set including a necklace and earrings, two pairs of different gloves (with one pair missing), and assorted sponges. There are additional items missing from my order not even listed here. I am deeply disappointed by this situation and if I do not receive a response, I will escalate this matter. I feel this is an important issue that needs to be addressed and resolved promptly.

I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get help. I attempted to send it to my friend, Ricky Bare, to claim it for free and also receive credit, but there seems to be an issue with the payment of only 54 cents to enable him to get it for free. Tophatter then allows sellers additional time to deliver, leading to a frustrating cycle until the issue is nearly resolved. Tophatter's question about received items should result in immediate credit or refund if the answer is "No," as it is impossible to rate or return items that were never received despite full payment. I need professional assistance to address these issues promptly.

The new website layout doesn't display tabs for free shipping, causing confusion during bidding. Unintentionally, purchased items included shipping costs that seemed hidden. Discovering this at checkout, I canceled the orders due to unexpected $15-$20 shipping fees. Within the past two days, despite canceling two orders, I've ordered around 15 items on Tophatter. Being a loyal customer for four years, it's disappointing not to receive some purchased items or refunds. Even when dissatisfied with a $50 item, my loyalty to Tophatter prevailed until now. Receiving a 24-hour suspension for canceling two orders felt unfair, especially considering past loyalty and expenditure on the platform. Despite facing false advertising, poor quality, and refund issues, loyalty prevailed until now. Disappointed, I am deleting the app. If only I could discuss this with a person, my loyalty might have been retained despite these challenges.
