Hello, I have a TikTok account, and unfortunately, I am currently unable to go live. I am seeking assistance to have the ban lifted as I miss interacting with my followers through live videos. Previously, I received a high number of views, including 2,[redacted] views on my birthday. Interacting with my audience has always been a significant part of my experience, and I hope to resume this feature on my account soon. My username is Persianmina, and I have around 61K followers. The ban was accidental; during a live session, my partner unknowingly displayed a inappropriate scene from the TV on camera. I sincerely apologize for this error and hope for a chance to rectify the situation. Hello, my TikTok account, @xbismarck, which has 1.6 million followers, was recently banned. I create videos about my rare facial disease to raise awareness for conditions like mine. My aim is to promote positivity on TikTok and emphasize that people shouldn't be judged by their looks. My account was banned twice on the same day, likely for the same reason. Although I won the first appeal, I lost the second. The ban resulted from a community guidelines violation in one of my older videos. I believe this was an error since my previous videos either complied with the guidelines or had been approved by TikTok support. I can't contest this decision since I can't access my account. I feel the ban was unjustified, as some guidelines violations were unfounded. For example, a video about conjoined twins was removed for "minor safety" even though it showed them in a non-offensive light. Another video about disease awareness that was erroneously removed before was given a second violation. I never intended to breach TikTok's rules and only wanted to raise awareness and promote inclusivity on the platform. My ban seems to have resulted from misinterpretations, and I hope for a fair review of my case.

We recently had a customer post a TikTok video at our restaurant, and we are now required by NYC to request proof of vaccination for dining in. Unfortunately, the video contained misinformation that has spread among anti-vaccination groups, leading to a surge of negative comments, harassment towards our staff, and a decline in our online reviews. Hello, I would like to update the phone number linked to my TikTok account as I changed numbers last year. After purchasing a new phone and signing into TikTok using saved iCloud login details, I realized I hadn't updated the phone number. TikTok requires a code sent via text to the old number to change it, which I no longer have access to. How can I proceed without this code? I aim to update my phone number to delete my account completely. To delete the account, I also need a code sent to my phone, hence the urgency to update the number. I am seeking assistance as my videos have been repeatedly flagged for violating community guidelines on TikTok, despite containing no inappropriate content. I have attempted to delete my account due to this issue, but I am unable to do so as it is restricted. Prior to the restriction, an unauthorized individual verified an incorrect phone number on my account, preventing me from taking necessary actions. I urgently require access to the correct phone number linked to my account to proceed with the deletion. My ultimate goal is to remove my account along with all associated content, as I have decided to discontinue using TikTok due to the ongoing challenges I have faced. I need help changing my phone number to my current one. Previously, I attempted to update it but was unsuccessful. Regrettably, I am unable to use my old phone or number. During spring break, I ended a relationship with my ex-boyfriend who was under his mother's phone plan. She abruptly disconnected my phone, leaving me, a 19-year-old in Panama City Beach, Florida, without family or a phone. Desperate, I had to visit a Verizon store to get a new phone and number since the old one was completely disabled. This situation left me stranded without the ability to even call emergency services, let alone update my phone number on TikTok. I am willing to provide any necessary information about my account, including passwords, as I no longer have access to that previous number.

My daughter, @tinsleytarifi, had her account banned today. I am @mamabear515, and I monitor her account regularly. She puts effort into her posts, which are creatively thought out. Banning her account felt like tearing down her proud artwork. I believe in the need to prevent bullying and inappropriate content, but some of her posts were removed due to video content with friends in swimwear at swim meets. Her account is private, and she can't post without my approval. Banning her felt unfair, as other solutions often involve creating a new account. Her creative expression shouldn't be censored. I believe my account was mistakenly banned. I have sent numerous reports and emails regarding this issue. I was unaware of violating any community guidelines as I did not receive any notifications or emails about it. I was facing harassment from two individuals who kept reporting my videos. I was trying to save drafts privately on TikTok, especially memories with my late best friend, who passed away. Upon returning to TikTok, I found myself logged out and was prompted to write an appeal, which I didn't fully understand. I was informed that my appeal lacked sufficient information, leading me to write this email.
