Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding Warrior tickets my sister transferred to me on February 13 for the game on March 13 against the Suns. Unfortunately, I received the email but it disappeared before I could download the tickets. I checked Ticketmaster, but the tickets were not there. The tickets were initially under the name Vandenberge properties and then transferred to my sister, Dina Wilson, before reaching me at [redacted] I'm unsure why the tickets are missing, and I'm hoping to locate them to surprise my Warriors fan boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I bought tickets for the John Crist show in Charlotte, NC, on April 1st at 7 pm. The show options were for either Saturday, April 1st at 7 pm or Sunday, April 2nd at 2 pm. I selected the Saturday night show. However, when I received my digital tickets, they were for Sunday, April 2nd at 7 pm, which doesn't exist. We intended to attend the Saturday night show but the tickets we received indicate Sunday night. This is confusing.

I have been attempting to remove the listing for three days by clicking on "remove listing," but it keeps giving me an error message. I am looking to purchase tickets for the CIF basketball game tomorrow on March 10 during session one at 2pm. The school has provided separate links for student tickets and tickets for everyone else. I am able to buy student tickets through the provided link, but the other link indicates that they are already sold out. The student tickets are priced at $10 each, while adult tickets cost $16, excluding additional charges. I require one adult ticket along with three student tickets. Regards, Pam.

I am attempting to purchase tickets for the Thursday, September 14th Bruce Springsteen concert at PPG Arena in Pittsburgh using the website.
I can choose the tickets I desire (Section [redacted], Row M, seats 4 and 5), which are in stock. However, upon clicking next, an error message appears stating that I must select at least 2 tickets for Club Aisle Seating with a $50 Club Fee. I already have two tickets selected, and I am unable to proceed due to this issue.
I need assistance resolving this problem.

I attempted to purchase 3 tickets for a comedy show through the Ticketmaster app/website, but encountered multiple glitches and difficulties, so I decided to try again the following day. Surprisingly, upon returning to the homepage, I discovered that 6 tickets had been bought instead of the intended 3. I did not complete any purchase the previous night due to app issues, and I have not received a confirmation email for this incorrect purchase. The tickets are marked as non-refundable, but I only require 3 tickets and would appreciate assistance in obtaining a refund for the extra 3. Thank you for your help.

I want to address an issue I encountered while purchasing NCT DREAM'S tour tickets. I bought two STANDARD ADMISSION tickets for $[redacted] each for the Atlanta show. However, within 24 hours, the same tickets were reduced by over $[redacted], despite being classified as Standard Admission not subject to dynamic pricing as outlined on your website.
I have noticed other fans successfully obtaining refunds due to this fraudulent practice. Here is a link providing evidence of refunds being issued. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for my purchase. My order # is: #39-[redacted]/ATL.

I am expressing my concerns about NCT Dream's U.S. Tour ticket pricing. The initial ticket price dropped abruptly just four hours after going on sale. This sudden change contradicts their policy of occasionally offering discounts after the original sale date. Customers who purchased tickets at the higher price feel scammed and unable to resell their tickets. The price drop affects the value of the seats purchased. Even though these are standard tickets, not platinum, the face value should remain consistent. Ticketmaster, responsible for displaying correct prices, failed to do so, leading to potential fraud. Ticketmaster's request for proof of the pricing change was unfair, and their lack of public response or proper refunds is disappointing. Some customers did receive refunds before a sudden stop was announced. Despite numerous attempts to contact Ticketmaster through various platforms, there has been no resolution. We are simply asking for our incorrectly charged money back to repurchase tickets for the event.

I have a Ticketmaster account. Family members previously bought 4 tickets for the Billy Porter show at the Warner Theatre on June 2, [redacted]. I spent over 10 hours on the Ticketmaster site trying to purchase 2 additional seats next to theirs. On Tuesday, March 14, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 VIP Lounge tickets, ticket protection insurance, and a Fast Lane Pass for the TLC show on July 9, [redacted], at the Concord Pavilion starting at 7:00pm. The total cost for my purchase was $[redacted]. However, upon revisiting the Ticketmaster site, I realized I bought the wrong VIP package. I tried reaching out to Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-[redacted] (3 times) and 1-[redacted] (2 times) seeking a refund or an upgrade, but I faced difficulties with disconnections and long holds. After talking to a representative named Steve on the 5th attempt, who insisted on payment via debit card or Ticketmaster gift card, I suspected a scam. Consequently, I contacted my credit card company to cancel the $[redacted] order due to the scam suspicion. I would like a full refund of $[redacted] credited back to my account and the opportunity to repurchase tickets at the Presale price. I hope to resolve this situation promptly. I am experiencing issues logging into my Ticketmaster account using my email '[redacted]'. When I enter my phone number as requested, the process does not proceed as expected. I purchased tickets through Vivid. I received an email from someone named Joey who released the tickets to me. However, the app or website flagged me as a bot, preventing me from completing the process to get my tickets. I have tried various suggestions to resolve this issue with no luck. I believe there must be a better way for a reputable concert promoter like yourself to handle this instead of using a poorly designed program. I have done what I can on my end, and now I need assistance from a person, not an AI program. I am frustrated with the lack of service and the inability to contact anyone by phone. Please address this problem promptly, as I expect better service for the money I spent on the tickets. It is important that the product you promote fulfills the consumer's needs.

I recently bought 4 tickets for the NCAA tournament session 1 in Greensboro, NC and need to transfer them to someone else. When I try to go through the transfer process by selecting the tickets, entering the recipient's name and email, and clicking submit, I encounter an error. After clicking submit, I receive an error message saying the process was interrupted and to try again. I have attempted this numerous times since yesterday afternoon and still face the same issue. Despite clearing the cache, using different devices, and trying different email recipients, the problem persists. Interestingly, I was able to transfer a different set of tickets for session 2 without any problems.

I accidentally bought 4 VIP tickets to Manchester Orchestra & Jimmy Eat World - The Amplified Echoes show in Philadelphia, PA. I intended to purchase General Admission tickets. Can I exchange them and get a refund for the difference? I understand the no refunds or exchanges policy, but this was a costly error due to my low vision.

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster for the [redacted] Valspar Championship tomorrow, March 17. The tickets and parking pass were originally in my Ticketmaster account named Mephistopheles, and I transferred them to my Wallet for convenience. Today, when I checked to view the tickets for tomorrow, they were no longer in my Ticketmaster account or my Wallet.
Luckily, I had printed out a hard copy of my order. My order confirmation number is 03078D. I simply want the tickets to reappear in my Ticketmaster account.

I bought resale tickets through Ticketmaster on November 11th to attend the Daughtry concert at the Royal Albert Hall on March 27th. However, the tickets are not displaying in My Account under My Tickets or Upcoming Events. Ticketmaster instructed me via email to check Resale Orders in My Tickets, but there's no option available for that. Even though my credit card was charged last November for the tickets and I have a confirmation, I still can't see the tickets. The event is approaching soon, and I'm starting to get worried.

I attended a show at OLG Fallsview in Niagara Falls, Canada. I followed Ticketmaster's recommendation by opening my account 10 minutes before the 10:00 sale start. Additionally, I opened a separate page to view the seating chart. However, the site I accessed early did not display any ticket options and quickly showed "SOLD OUT" after only 8 minutes. Thankfully, the seating chart page displayed available seats, allowing me to successfully complete my purchase. I am puzzled as to why following Ticketmaster's suggested procedure of logging in early hindered my ability to secure tickets.
