On September 18th, I placed an order for a gift for my grandson. Today, on December 17th, I have not received anything. I was hoping that your customer service would have the decency to answer my emails, but unfortunately, they have not responded and have not refunded my money. I thought there might be delays due to COVID-19, but they never reply or even call. Did they send my package to the wrong islands?

I placed an order for a pair of Ride Insano snowboard boots in September, and despite an initial backorder until December 1st, the delivery has been delayed until around December 15th. I'm eagerly awaiting these boots for the upcoming snowboarding season. Unfortunately, I don't have the order number, but the purchase was made by Robert Skeen for size 13 boots. I am in Pennsylvania, where our snowboarding season is brief, and I'm hoping to receive them soon.
