I am having trouble setting up an organization. When I try to add a page, it prompts me to resend an email, but I do not receive it. I have checked my junk folder as well. My non-profit 501c3 organization needs to purchase three items. However, when I click the links, I am redirected back to the organization page, creating a loop. This situation is causing frustration. Here are the items I need to buy: - Windows Server Standard: $11.00 - Two Windows Server User CALs: $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted] - Windows Remote Desktop Services User CAL (discounted) Links: 1. I attempted to access my admin account for Office [redacted] with the email [redacted] but was denied due to missing admin credentials. Upon reviewing emails, I discovered a message from TechSoup Global stating they had removed my delegated admin roles on March 2, [redacted]. This prevents them from managing my Microsoft account or accessing it in the Microsoft [redacted] admin center. The partner information provided includes TechSoup Global as the partner and mentions the need for a new delegated admin relationship request to manage the account again. My organization, Assumption Catholic Church, under the domain assumptionseattle.com, is currently experiencing monthly billing from TechSoup, hence the urgent need for restoration.

I bought QuickBooks Online from your company. The license activation didn't work. I contacted TechSoup, who directed me to QuickBooks for activation. After a 20-minute chat with QuickBooks support, they asked me to reach out to you to fix this issue. Our organization has been unable to access QuickBooks for over 5 days, so I need this resolved urgently.
