When the migration from OpenFit happened, 22 of my Scenic Rides did not transfer over to MYX bike. These rides are the ones that I use regularly and now only 32 out of the initial 54 scenic rides are available. I am disappointed that these were removed after being assured they would transfer during the migration. Unfortunately, there seems to be no customer service as phone calls go unanswered, the Chat system is non-functional, and the email link provided for 'Your Answer' leads to a page that no longer exists. It is frustrating not being able to get assistance when needed. - Dr. S Michaels

Dear BeachBody Support, I am requesting your help to cancel my 14-day trial membership subscription and to refund the USG 89 charge on my AMEX Card ending in [redacted] made to BEACHBODYNUTRITION on June 15 at 04:13 PM (SGT). Unfortunately, I have forgotten my account username and password, preventing me from canceling through my account associated with the subscription.
