I purchased the Hillsborough chairs, but unfortunately, one of them was defective upon arrival. I contacted Target, and they sent me a new set to replace the faulty one. However, the defective chairs were never picked up as scheduled, and I did not receive a confirmation number for the return. I am unsure if Target intended to collect the defective chairs or if they decided to write them off as damaged inventory. I hope to clarify this situation. As a longtime loyal Ebay customer with a pristine [redacted]% positive feedback record, I encountered a frustrating issue while trying to leave feedback for 15 recent purchases. Clicks on the "Leave Feedback" button redirected me to the homepage instead of the feedback page. As an elderly and disabled individual recovering from multiple surgeries, I lack the energy to tackle complex technical glitches. It is crucial for me to express my gratitude through "Positive" feedback to avoid any potential misunderstandings with sellers. I hope to resolve this issue promptly to maintain my excellent feedback standing. Thank you for your assistance. Respectfully, J. H. Watson, Ebay username: friendharold

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my Target orders when using my Red Card. The orders are consistently being canceled. I recently had Coronavirus and can provide confirmation if necessary. During my illness, while I was isolated, my Target packages were delivered but never reached me, possibly misplaced or claimed by another resident. Despite being in good health for the past two weeks, I have not located the missing packages from Target, including a pair of Etsy earrings. Even after placing a new order that excited me, it was canceled again. Seeking assistance to understand why my orders are being canceled each time and any steps I can take to resolve this matter. Thank you 🙏 Order/Account: [redacted] Order placed at 1:43pm on Jan 18, [redacted] Canceled on Tue, Jan 19 Items: Houdini Wine Vacuum Preserver - Qty 1 - $8.99 Trubeck Tufted Metal Base Bench Faux Leather Gray/Brass - Qty 1 - $[redacted].00

I made a purchase on January 6, [redacted], order #[redacted][redacted], which has not been delivered. When attempting to track it on January 23, I discovered the order had not been fulfilled. I tried to report the issue without success as there was no direct option for "order not received" among the available alternatives. I encountered difficulty navigating through different support channels, including an unresponsive chat room and confusing instructions to return an order I never received. After many frustrating attempts, I discovered my order had been reordered at no additional cost. This experience has been disappointing, and I simply wanted to know the status of my missing order. I hope to receive the order eventually, and I want to emphasize that I had paid for the item when initially ordering it from Target on January 6, [redacted]. The system in place needs significant improvement.

I am a regular customer at your Target store in Hilo, HI, spending approximately $[redacted]-[redacted] per visit. Normally, the associates have been helpful, reflecting the high customer service standards you have set. However, this past year, I have noticed some new challenges at the store that need attention. One specific issue I encountered during my latest visit was the unavailability of paper bags, unlike your competitors. Despite knowing about this for over a year, your store has not addressed customer requests. Additionally, during my last visit, I was informed that the usual Target bags were out of stock and was asked to move my items to my cart quickly as I was holding up the line. This lack of customer service was disappointing and unacceptable. As a former Regional Manager with over 10 years of experience in retail, I am qualified to assess store performance. Regrettably, I will not be returning due to these issues. I hope you can address these concerns for the benefit of your customers. Sincerely, Mrs. Dennis

I have been a loyal customer at Target for many years. I recently placed an online order and was surprised to find out that I was not eligible for the "Order Pickup" option. I am concerned that this policy discriminates against individuals who do not have smartphones, which is unfair. Many people do not use smartphones, and especially during these difficult times with Covid, it would be beneficial to make the option of driving up to pick up online orders available to all customers. I believe this policy should be revised to ensure that all customers have equal access to this service. Thank you, Leslie Lambert.

On Friday, February 19th, around 11:30 pm, I placed a grocery order at my local Target store on [redacted] City Line Avenue. The original order number I received was [redacted][redacted], but I was informed later that this order number did not exist. The correct new order number given to me was [redacted][redacted] with an expected delivery time between 12 and 1 p.m. When I called at 1:30 pm, I was told the order was cancelled, which I disputed. Despite paying $[redacted].18 for the order, I was only offered a refund of $89.00, which left me frustrated. I attempted to contact Shipt but was unsuccessful. I later saw online that my order was marked as delivered at 2:23 pm, although I did not receive it personally. After facing difficulties reaching Target and clarifying the situation, I was wrongly charged over $[redacted].00. I am seeking a prompt response, the correct refund, and an apology for the inconvenience caused. Up to now, I have not received any email confirming the refund as promised.

I encountered an issue at the Geary St Target in San Francisco. They didn't have any baskets and the carts were not user-friendly. I tried to shop for a new backpack, but since I couldn't find a basket, I used the backpack to carry my items. I was unfairly accused of theft by the staff, even though I have more than enough funds. The actions of the employees were unacceptable and went against Target's policies. I have never stolen from this store and have no intention to do so. If this matter is not resolved, I will take further action to protect myself. My name is Clinton J.

I have been waiting for my unemployment PUA for three months and have not received any funds. I have depleted my savings and am unable to make my minimum payment of $29 due on March 16th. I am expecting my tax refund in 15 days and will be able to make the payment then. Given the current circumstances with the pandemic, I am hoping for some flexibility from Target regarding late fees. It would be appreciated if Target could adjust my payment date to the end of the month, 03/31/02, and then return it to its original due date of the 16th of every month. Thank you, Patrice Rushin Smith.

I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience at Target. It was 7:30 on a Wednesday evening and the checkout system was inefficient. Instead of letting customers choose a line, everyone had to queue up in one long line, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. What bothered me more was when a group of people cut in front of those who had been waiting patiently, with no consequence from the staff member overseeing the lines. This lack of respect for customers was evident throughout my shopping trip. Additionally, there weren't enough cashiers available to handle the long lines promptly. While I will miss shopping at Target, the disrespect shown towards customers has led me to reconsider my loyalty to the store. I believe in being treated with dignity as a customer. I hope that Target addresses these issues for a smoother shopping experience in the future.

On March 29, [redacted], I visited the North Dallas Coit Road store and took advantage of Target's special offer on soft drinks: 3 for $12. I bought 6 cartons and noticed some discrepancies on my receipt. After discussing this at the customer service desk, I was told I was owed a $2 credit, but upon further review, I believe the correct amount is $3.02. I'd appreciate it if this could be credited to my red card account. Additionally, I am curious about why the software at the register did not calculate the credit accurately. It's important to me to ensure the total bill is correct since I am a frequent shopper at this Target location.

Hello, I reside in Independence, MO with my 4-year-old son who is a picky eater. When I come across something he likes, especially if it's a healthier option, it's a relief to have easy access to it. I frequently order three specific items from Target and Amazon because they are not available in nearby stores: 1. Paw Patrol food pouches, 2. Peter Rabbit fruit pouches, and 3. Made Good granola minis in all flavors. I'd appreciate guidance on how I can request these products to be stocked in local stores. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a physical disability and rely on your electric scooters during my monthly visits to the store for prescription pickups. Unfortunately, in the last six months, I have encountered multiple instances where the three scooters were not charged, despite it being early in the morning. When I raised the issue at customer service, I felt dismissed by the staff member who did not show concern or follow-up. I value visiting this store, especially the pharmacy, and would prefer not to take my business elsewhere. However, if this problem persists, I may have to consider other options. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The store address is [redacted] N. 48th Street, Lincoln, NE.

Yesterday, on 4/9/21, while shopping at Target in Lynchburg, Virginia, I observed an incident involving an employee named Brittany according to her name tag. She raised her voice at another employee, causing the distressed young lady to leave the store visibly upset. As someone with over 30 years of retail management experience, I believe there is no justification for speaking to an employee in such a manner, especially in front of customers and colleagues. Witnessing the aftermath, I empathized with the employee who left the premises and broke down in her car. The situation was uncomfortable for everyone. Brittany's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, warranting correction and an apology to the affected employee. I recognize the challenges of working in retail, but proper employee management is crucial. I refrained from immediately contacting the district manager, hoping that the store would address the issue internally.

Subject: Quality Concern with Delta Children Emma Nursery Glider Swivel Rocking Chair To the Target Customer Care Team, I am Ciara Weaver, a loyal Target customer from Ball Ground, GA, and I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made from your company. On 10/31/[redacted], I bought the Delta Children Emma Nursery Glider Swivel Rocking Chair (Target TCIN:[redacted]5 DPCI: [redacted]-08-[redacted]) for my first child's nursery. Although initially satisfied with the chair, it has now developed an issue after just over a year of use, wherein the rocking mechanism produces a disruptive popping sound. Given the price tag of $[redacted] and the limited use over the past year, I believe that the expected durability of the product has not been met. Despite the 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty, I am hopeful that Target, a company known for quality, can offer a resolution by replacing the item. I appreciate your prompt attention and look forward to hearing Target's perspective on this matter. Thank you, Ciara W.

Hello, I'm Hannah Green, a Junior at Siloam Springs High School. While there isn't a Target store in town, I'm reaching out for assistance with a project. I'm creating gift bags for [redacted] teachers and staff members at my school due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, I haven't received any donated gift bags yet. If you could support with any amount, big or small, it would be greatly appreciated. If you're unable to donate gift bags, any other donations would also be welcomed. This project is a part of my class assignment, and I can provide written verification from my teacher if necessary. Thank you for considering helping out. Hannah Green

I adore your store as it brings back memories of my favorite shopping spot, Bradlees. Yet, I kindly suggest expanding your selection of pastel colors in bath items, like rugs, towels, and sheets. Not everyone prefers dull colors; some crave spring-like shades symbolizing renewal. This omission was evident when Sears acquired K Mart, failing to understand customer preferences. I shared my insights with the manager at the Lodi, NJ store, cautioning against unpopular merchandise choices. Women seek low-maintenance fabrics for items like wash-and-hang curtains. Prioritizing quality over cost is crucial, offering uplifting colors instead of dreary navy and grey tones. Your attention to these suggestions is appreciated.

Dear Target Team, I am a resident of a city without a nearby Target store. Many in my community, including myself, wish to have a Target closer to home to avoid long drives. Rome, Georgia in Floyd County, where I reside, lacks a Target store. With the impact of Covid-19 causing closures, I believe there could be space available for a new store, attracting many customers. Opening a Target in Rome could draw shoppers not only from Floyd County but also nearby Bartow, Chattooga, Gordon, Polk, and Cherokee Counties. In [redacted], Floyd County had a population of 96,[redacted], and with the current year being [redacted], the population likely has grown significantly. This reflects the number of potential customers who could benefit from a local Target. I encourage Target to consider Rome, Georgia, as a new store location for the convenience of many. Best regards, E.

I visited the Target store in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on Saturday, May 22nd. I had purchased a three-tier serving tray online for $29.99 for in-store pickup on May 12th. The next Sunday, I noticed it was on sale for $19.49. The Target app mentions a price match within 14 days, so I inquired at the service desk at 11:15 a.m. The employee mentioned the policy is for 7 days but suggested I could buy it again at the higher price and return the initial one. However, I discovered the lower price was for online purchases only, so I bought another one for home delivery. Confusion arose when different employees gave conflicting information about the price match policy duration. Ultimately, I called the 1-[redacted] number, and they promptly refunded the price difference to my card. I believe Target employees should be more informed about their price match policy to avoid customer embarrassment. Thank you.
