I placed an order online from Target in Danville, Virginia and I noticed that I was charged twice for the same amount. On May 18, [redacted], $[redacted].73 was deducted without my permission, and then on May 19, [redacted], another $[redacted].73 was taken out. I have been trying to reach out to Danville store directly and also tried the provided online contact numbers, but I couldn't get through. I even sent multiple emails, but no response. As someone living on disability, having two payments taken on consecutive days has put me in a tough spot. I've attempted to contact MasterCard, which I use for disability purposes, but they are unavailable too. I have the last 10 transactions, but can't get a physical copy from the office to prove my case. Please assist me as I am unsure what went wrong, but it is clear that two identical payments were withdrawn on the day of purchase and the next day. Sincerely, feeling helpless.

During my visit to Target in Muskegon, MI, I encountered an issue with a return on my online purchase. Instead of receiving cash, I was given store credit, which was frustrating as I had paid with a card that was no longer in use. This limitation on using the credit only in the store hindered my shopping experience. Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in mask enforcement at the store, which left me feeling uncomfortable. While I understand the store's rules, I believe it's important for consistent enforcement to ensure the safety of all customers. These experiences have left me disappointed, and I may consider shopping elsewhere in the future.

Hello, I hope you and your loved ones are safe during this pandemic. I am a customer, a disabled senior, and I visited your store, BX Exterior St., on Thursday to purchase a new cordless phone charger. Unfortunately, I could not find a food grater. I then bought three Gold Bottles, three $2.97 Clear Bottles, and a $5.00 pencil holder, as well as a Conair hairbrush, totaling $65.00, if my calculations are correct. I never received the $5.00 coupon or credit for spending the advertised amount. On 5-31-20, I returned to the store due to news about potential store damage from protesters. When I arrived, two workers were sawing plywood near the elevator exit without any barricades or water to mitigate the sawdust, posing a safety risk. Please respond promptly. Ms. Bloodman, a loyal customer.

I have been a loyal Target customer for over 20 years, shopping in various locations across different states. I typically use my Target redcard for purchases. Since the pandemic, wearing a mask in-store has caused issues when using my redcard as it doesn't recognize me quickly enough once I remove the mask, locking me out and requiring a password or pin that I don't carry for safety. This has led me to use a different credit card for transactions. Also, the Far North Peoria store consistently has empty shelves, which has been an ongoing issue even before Covid-19. I find better-stocked shelves at other stores nearby like Fry's, Safeway, Basha's, and Walmart. Due to these frustrations, I will no longer do my grocery shopping at Target, but I will still purchase other items occasionally. The inconvenience of hunting for food items during these challenging times has led me to choose closer, more reliable stores for my grocery needs.

I received an alert on my phone about 2 Target stores in Springfield, PA, mentioning "White Lives Matter." As long-time loyal customers since the first store opened, many of us are now feeling dismayed after reading about the Black Lives Matter issue and the $10 million. This has led to a decision by several faithful customers in both stores to stop doing business. We feel very let down, just like many others in the community who used to frequent your stores. Please don't blame our community for the situation in Minneapolis. It's disappointing and disloyal to the white residents of Springfield, PA. We have been supportive customers for years, but we can no longer continue due to the recent events. It's a shame to see such division among customers who have patronized your stores for so long. Hello, I phoned on two different occasions to inquire about the closing time of Target. Unfortunately, the store closed early due to protests when I arrived. I had eight $1.00 coupons that were set to expire on 5-30-20. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't use them on the last day of validity due to the closure. When I went back the next day, I was informed the coupons were no longer valid. I believe that customers should not bear the consequences of the closure and suggest that the store consider compensating affected customers with gift cards. Thank you for your attention.

I was disappointed with my order, #[redacted][redacted], which was for a standing fan. Although I am still happy with the fan itself, the condition of the box was poor. I usually keep my boxes to store items seasonally, and in this case, the fan box should have been shipped in a plain brown box for better protection during shipping. Unfortunately, the UPS shipping label was placed directly on the fan box, which led to damage. When I opened the box, it was clear that the product had been returned as everything was disorganized and the tape was poorly done. It seems like the package might have been mishandled during shipping. While most of my previous orders have arrived in excellent condition, I hope that Target can improve their packaging practices to ensure items are protected, even when they come in their own box.

I recently attempted to complete a customer survey using user ID [redacted]87 and password [redacted], only to find that it had expired after just two days, despite having made a return on the 13th. When I went to the guest service area for returns, there was initially no one there on a Saturday afternoon. After a wait, two young girls came to assist. I requested cash back for my return, as I had used my red card debit, but was told it could only be refunded to the card or as a gift card. I asked for the GSTL to authorize a cash refund but was met with eye-rolling and rudeness. Eventually, the cash was thrown at me, and the employee complained about me afterward. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at this Target location and opt for the District Target instead, despite its proximity. The lack of customer service and rude behavior from the staff, especially the young lady who assisted me, was disappointing and unprofessional. I am considering speaking with the store manager about this incident.

Dear Target Customer Service,
I recently bought some Good Culture Cottage cheese products from Target. The expiration date on the package was 19 June [redacted]. However, when I opened the package on the 16th of June, I discovered that the product was already spoiled and not fit for consumption. This has happened to me twice before, and while I understand that food can spoil, it is concerning that these Good Culture products seem to consistently go bad before the expiration date.
As a loyal customer, I believe that product quality is paramount when it comes to food items. I have attached a photo of the spoiled product, along with the receipt showing the expiration date, for your reference. I hope you can investigate this matter to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Mounika

Hello, this is JB. I have contacted you before regarding work-related issues, but this time I have a serious concern. My wife and daughter work at the Eastvale Target, where an employee recently tested positive for COVID-19. It is understandable that these situations can happen, but the problem arises when HR knew about it for a week and did not inform the other employees. While I respect privacy concerns, it is crucial to prioritize the well-being of all employees by providing proper communication and precautions. Everyone should be informed and given the opportunity to protect themselves and others. It is disheartening to see a lack of transparency within the team, especially when my family works tirelessly for the company. They deserve to be informed and supported during such challenging times. I urge the management to take necessary actions to avoid potential serious consequences in the future. Thank you for addressing this concern.

Hello. I am a resident of Denmark who visited California, USA last November. During my trip, I purchased a pair of AirPods from Target in downtown Los Angeles through an online order with in-store pickup. Recently, the AirPods have malfunctioned, and I need to utilize the warranty, which is valid for five years. However, to proceed, I require the purchase receipt, which I obtained through my Target account. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access my account as I have forgotten my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset the password and receive temporary codes, I have been unsuccessful. I have tried accessing my account through various browsers, devices, and even with a VPN, but have encountered a recurring issue where clicking on the reset password option leads to a blank page. Retrieving the order details of the AirPods is crucial for me, and regaining access to my Target account would greatly help in this matter. Your assistance in resetting my password and enabling me to view my account information would be highly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, K. M. S. L-N.

I recently visited Target in Lincoln, RI, about an hour ago, hoping to purchase specific items like Lysol laundry sanitizer, toilet duck, Target brand sanitizing wipes, and Lysol bathroom cleaner. I relied on the website, which indicated "limited stock" but unfortunately, none of the items were available in the store. Even now, the website continues to show them as "limited stock." Disappointingly, I took a risk by trusting the website's accuracy, only to leave the store empty-handed. Ordering online wasn't an option either. It's frustrating to not find these essential items when the website suggests they're available. I had higher expectations from such a large company like Target. The inconsistency between the website's information and store inventory is truly disappointing.

I suspect I've fallen victim to a scam and I'm reaching out for assistance. Recently, I received an email that appeared to be from a friend, asking me to buy 3 $[redacted] Ebay gift cards. Subsequently, I purchased these cards using cash. Upon responding to the email with the purchase confirmation, I was instructed to scratch off the pin numbers and provide them. It was at this moment I realized this was a fraudulent scheme. I refrained from scratching off the pins and did not respond to the email. Now I am left with $[redacted] worth of Ebay gift cards that are of no use to me. I tried contacting your corporate helpline, but after being on hold for over an hour, the call was disconnected. Is there a possibility for me to return these unused gift cards and receive a refund?

The recent release of the "I Can't Breathe" store shirts has caused quite a controversy. The association between pandering and these shirts has led many to express strong reactions, with concerns about how the profits are being used. The involvement of various groups and individuals, as well as the funding behind them, has raised suspicions about the true intentions and methods of these movements. The widespread support for these causes has also sparked backlash and a sense of overindulgence in certain communities. It seems there are growing tensions and frustrations among individuals of diverse backgrounds who are questioning the motives and impact of such actions. There are strong calls to reevaluate the production and distribution of these shirts to address the concerns raised.

I am having trouble placing an order on the app or target.com because it requires a minimum of $35 to checkout. Despite having a RedCard which should offer free shipping, I am unable to proceed with my order for a Women’s Short Sleeves Cropped T-Shirt in White, size Small. The item is out of stock in nearby stores, and I prefer not to travel to a store due to quarantine restrictions. Each time I try to order from Target, I face this issue and need assistance from customer service or store employees to place the order. If Target insists on a minimum order value of $35 for shipping, I may have to reconsider shopping with them.

As a long-time Target customer in Neutral Bay and previously in Leichhardt, I want to address an issue I have encountered with the marketing strategies. I am uncomfortable with the promotion of fall sales in Australia. We don't refer to the season as "fall" here as it is an American term. Additionally, celebrating American Independence Day in our Australian context doesn't resonate with our history or values. It's important to consider the cultural differences and avoid imposing American concepts on Australian customers. I urge Target and its advertising team to be mindful of these distinctions to avoid alienating Australian consumers.

This is to inform you that this morning at 8:15 a.m., I went to pick up an order. Unfortunately, there was no one available at the customer service desk despite a few employees nearby. The store was not busy, with only one woman ahead of me and one behind me. After seeking assistance from a cashier, we had to wait for over 15 minutes for service. It was surprising to experience such a delay at Target. Once someone finally arrived, they were friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. No need to respond to this message.

My name is Paola Z., and on September 8th, I went to the Target store in Kendall to buy a Graco Modes Nest Travel System stroller and car seat for my granddaughter's baby shower in Colombia. The product wasn't available, so I placed an order. However, the delivery date kept being postponed. When I tried to follow up in the store on September 20th, I was turned away and told to call the helpline. After many frustrating calls, I was eventually told my money was back on a gift card, but no one helped me with the issue. I visited the store again on September 21st, and the manager, Claudia, couldn't find the product and stated they mishandled my purchase process. Despite this, I still don't have a resolution. Target informed me on September 23rd that my order was canceled, adding to my disappointment. I hope my case is reviewed, and I receive assistance to ensure the product reaches Colombia by September 30th, as I've faced significant financial and emotional stress due to this situation. [redacted] shows the photo of my receipt and gift card. The order number was [redacted][redacted].

On October 3, [redacted], I purchased a car seat at Target in Macedonia, Ohio. I received a 20% trade-in discount, combined with a 10% and 5% discount for a total of 35% off. At the store, the cashier did not allow me to split the payment between two cards, one of which was my Target card. Despite calling several times for clarification, I received different explanations as to why I couldn't use my Visa card to pay half. I specifically wanted to avoid charging the full amount to my Target card, as I am trying to reduce the balance. I found it unjust to be restricted to only using the Target card. I plan to pay off the Target card and cease using it, as the interest rate is high and I rarely make large purchases with it. A Target store representative mentioned I should have been able to use both cards, but regardless, I will avoid using the Target card moving forward. Thank you.
