As a devoted Target customer, I've noticed a decline in the Clifton Park, NY store with empty shelves and items from the sale flyer not being available on Sundays. Two suggestions I have are to allow for both a gift card and Target card in the Target app wallet simultaneously and to address the challenge of reaching frozen items on high shelves for shorter customers like myself, especially Morning Star products. Despite these issues, I appreciate Target's product offerings but hope for improvements to prevent frustration from not being able to buy due to items being out of stock. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I would like to share a positive experience I had at the Colorado Springs store with one of the managers. I went to purchase a pair of wrangler pants that were marked as "In Stock" but upon arrival, they were actually "out of stock." Feeling frustrated, I sought assistance from Kim, the store manager. She was incredibly kind and understanding of my disappointment. Despite being busy, she took the time to help me locate the pants on target.com and placed the order for me using a handheld device. Her dedication to customer service was evident, especially with distractions around her. It was a rare display of exceptional service that was truly appreciated.

During our visit to the Target located at [redacted] Douglas Ave, Des Moines, IA 50[redacted], we came across a board game called Disney Villainous Wicked to the Core near the entrance. Excited to purchase it, we reached the checkout counter only to find out that it couldn't be sold until the next day. We were disappointed that the product was displayed for purchase when it wasn’t available for sale. It was frustrating to learn from the cashier that this issue had occurred multiple times that day, indicating that the store staff were aware but hadn't removed the game from the shelf. The inconvenience didn't end there as the photo kiosk we intended to use was also out of order, adding to our dissatisfaction with our Target visit.

Hello. I'm reaching out with a request. I am a transgender man (FTM) from Gooding County facing financial difficulties and unable to afford a chest binder. I have applied for a binder donation, but the wait is long. However, they mentioned the possibility of a quicker delivery through a sponsor, and I immediately thought of you due to your demonstrated support for inclusivity and equality. If you are open to assisting, please contact [redacted] to help sponsor a shipment to Twin Falls. Thank you for considering this request. Wishing you all a great day.

I visited Target Store [redacted] in Pleasant Hill, CA [redacted] on Sunday, March 3, around 8:45 a.m. Target is my preferred store for all my shopping needs. Today, I was disappointed to find the grocery shelves empty with no staff to assist. This was upsetting as I left almost empty-handed. I rely on Target for my shopping and expect well-stocked shelves. I would like these issues to be addressed as losing me as a loyal customer would be unfortunate. I have a Red Card and use Cartwheel regularly. I am hoping for some form of compensation that would encourage me to return to your store. Please rectify this situation. Thank you. - Amy S., Red Card 6[redacted]-4[redacted]

I usually shop for clothes online, and this recent experience was a first for me. My order #[redacted][redacted] from Target arrived this week, containing two identical Universal Threads sweatshirts. While the green one was in perfect condition, the blue one had a noticeable smell of someone else, revealing it was previously worn and had holes in the cuffs. It was disappointing to receive a used item as new. I returned the blue sweatshirt to my local Target and reordered it to be shipped there, hoping to avoid receiving another used item. It's disheartening when companies mix used items with new ones. I hope Target can ensure better quality control in the future to prevent this from happening again.

Hello, I visited your store in Riverside on Arlington on March 2, [redacted], and was quite disappointed by the state of it. Many shelves were empty or lacked stock. The baby section, in particular, was a mess with clothes scattered haphazardly across racks and tables. It was challenging to find a suitable outfit due to all sizes from NB to 5t being mixed together. Additionally, I couldn't locate any team members for assistance or to address my concerns. I used to frequent this store but ever since the latest remodel, the standards seem to have dropped. I hope to see improvements in the future. Thank you.

Hello, I am disappointed with my recent order experience. Order # [redacted][redacted] was due to be delivered on Feb. 14, but one item, the Frank Date Night Plus Valentines Day Hedge Hogs, did not arrive. After several delayed delivery dates, I discovered it had been canceled without any notification. This caused distress to my grandchild, who expected their Valentine's gift. I am confused as to why I was given false delivery dates. It is upsetting and not how I expect a business to operate. I kindly request an explanation for what occurred. If unresolved, I may need to escalate this matter further. Thank you. Mary Corbett

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a recent purchase my daughter made at your San Antonio store for her wedding. She bought various bud vases in three different colors but we are short about 15 coral vases. I have been unable to find them online and tried different Target stores in the area without success. I am willing to pay double or triple the price, along with shipping from anywhere, to obtain these vases. Any help locating this specific product would be greatly appreciated. The vase details are as follows: - Company Name: ANKYO - Color: Coral - DPC #: [redacted]-21-[redacted]-Coral - UPC: [redacted]99 - Cost: $1.00 Unfortunately, I couldn't attach pictures here, but I can provide them upon request. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

I am quite disappointed with an online purchase I made recently. I ordered an air mattress with a guaranteed 2-day delivery, but it arrived a week late. Customer service promised me an $8.30 credit, 10% off, but I never saw this credit on my Visa statement. When I inquired again, another representative claimed it had been processed and advised me to contact my credit card company. After doing so, I was told to file a dispute with the store. This whole experience has left me feeling let down. I ended up purchasing a more expensive air mattress from the physical Target store due to the failed guaranteed delivery.

Hello, I would like to bring up a recurring issue at the West Des Moines Iowa Premier location. They are currently undergoing a renovation, which is a positive change but inconveniencing many customers. I recommend displaying a large poster showing the final look of the store to keep customers informed. Additionally, even during renovations, there should always be more than two registers open, especially when there is a long queue. The lack of background noise or music in the store creates a dull atmosphere, so adding some ambiance would greatly improve the overall experience. It's important to consider that customers may choose to shop elsewhere out of convenience rather than being drawn to the store. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

I have contacted Target numerous times regarding an issue, but have been met with delays in their responses. Despite requesting a refund and asking for the missing part to be shipped to me instead, my concerns have not been addressed efficiently. I was redirected between Target locations and Target.com, with chats being disconnected without resolution. After multiple attempts, I was informed that it was beyond the refund date, leaving me frustrated with the lack of assistance. Despite promises from a supervisor named Jennifer to reach out to the vendor and provide a resolution, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication. The lack of response and assistance has been disappointing and I am left wondering about the status of my issue.

I recently purchased diapers and a raspberry teething pacifier for my newborn son, but upon arrival at the store, I was informed that the pacifier was out of stock, despite being available when I made my purchase. I was disappointed to learn that my order had been canceled without my consent, especially since I was still interested in receiving the pacifier when it became available. In my conversation with Alex from customer service chat, I found their response of "Yup" to be lacking in the friendly and helpful customer service I expect from Target. As a loyal customer, I hope for better assistance in the future from such a reputable store.

As a devoted Target shopper for two decades, I have always loved the Redding, CA store. Over the years, I relied on them for all my children's essentials. However, since the summer of [redacted], I noticed a significant decrease in the Happy Baby and Plum Organics products I typically purchase. The baby food aisle is now primarily filled with Gerber products, which doesn't align with our organic preferences. This change has led me to shop elsewhere, like Raley's, despite the higher prices. I miss the convenience of finding all my preferred items at Target and would appreciate knowing why the product selection shifted. Despite asking store staff, they mentioned not having control over product choices. I hope to receive an honest explanation regarding this shift. Thank you for your help. -Kim

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding ongoing stock issues at my local store located at [redacted] Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92[redacted]. Despite understanding delays due to renovations, the poor stock situation has persisted even after the renovations were completed. For the past two months, the up and up brand saline packets for neti pots have been out of stock, with the product tag still displayed. Moreover, the Quilted Northern toilet paper, particularly the 18 pack mega rolls, has been unavailable, leading to frustration. Even the substitute options like the Neilmed brand are now also out of stock. This prolonged unavailability of essential products is disappointing as a loyal customer.

Hello, I registered at Target for my new baby girl's needs. We planned to use the 15% discount for our remaining items, unaware it was for one-time use only. I used it on a $20 item and later found out it couldn't be used again. My husband and I are disappointed. Had we known, we would've purchased a pricier item. I'm requesting a one-time extension of the 15% discount to buy something more expensive from our registry. Thank you, Sarah

Order #[redacted][redacted]: I returned the item as I found one I liked more. I spent 15 minutes in the store trying to return it. Even though I had my redcard, they couldn't process the return using it. I provided my order number and return information from my phone but still encountered issues. Eventually, I was offered store credit or to wait for another staff member. In a rush, I accepted the credit. I paid with my Redbird and ideally wanted it refunded to the same card. The transaction was at Lisbon Store #[redacted]17 on 3/6/19. The "no Receipt" credit number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Please ensure my account is credited correctly as originally intended.

On Saturday, March 9, [redacted], I faced issues at Tacoma Central Target and had a disappointing encounter with an employee. Despite past problems and unsatisfactory responses, I continue to shop at Target. Today, when using a Target gift card #[redacted]3 and a grocery bag, a Black male employee abruptly scolded me for using their bags without any courtesy. I found this behavior unwelcoming and unacceptable. I even visited Customer Service without receiving an apology. I feel unsure about how to proceed. Maybe Target employees are more attentive towards closing time. I hope for better service in the future. - Miss S. Roberts [redacted] S Union Ave, Apt B-[redacted] Tacoma, Washington [redacted]

I have always been a good customer and never complained before. Recently, I bought 2 containers of Halo ice cream at Target in the Spring Valley Market Place for a party. Upon opening the mint chocolate chip, we discovered it had been opened and mostly eaten. Upset, I contacted the store and they initially apologized and offered a replacement. Due to a family emergency with my husband being hospitalized, I couldn't return with the receipt until today. Unfortunately, without it, the staff was unhelpful and insisted I contact corporate due to it being a food item. I explained the situation, emphasizing that I bought an already opened product, but they stood by the policy. After finally finding the receipt and returning, they refused to provide a refund without the product present. It's not about the cost, but the principle of being sold a used item that bothered me. As a loyal Target customer, this experience has left a negative impression. Thank you, Robin S.

I want to inquire about the situation at the Target Supercenter located at 71st & Garnett. Lately, the shelves have been consistently empty, and I couldn't find my favorite Peter Pan Creamy Peanut Butter. Additionally, my staple Arrid Stick Deodorant is out of stock. It seems like essential items like the Up and Up Liquid Dishwashing Detergent have been discontinued, forcing me to purchase it from a competitor. As a loyal customer who exclusively shops at Target, I am concerned about these ongoing issues. I spoke with an employee who mentioned that corporate decides the store's inventory, but I believe the demand from consumers should influence product availability. This particular store serves a wide range of customers from various parts of Tulsa, and if there are any plans for closure, a transparent communication would be appreciated. Thank you, S. James.
