I am experiencing a delay with my luggage from a Swiss flight that went from Athens to Zurich to Boston, Massachusetts. I completed the delayed luggage form on the same day as the flight (7/16/23) for 3 suitcases. One suitcase (economy) was located and is en route back to Boston as of 7/19, however, the other two (Business Class) have not been located by Swissport in Athens, despite being tracked by Apple Air Tags. I have shared screenshots with Athens lost and found at @swissport.gr without success.
One potential solution could involve directly contacting the responsible Swiss employees at Athens airport.

My US passport is set to expire on January 10, [redacted], with less than 3 months of validity left for EU travel. Despite providing all passport details for our SWISSAIR flights, my partner, Christine Iu, was not allowed to board due to this issue. Currently in London, we plan to visit the US Embassy for an emergency passport to salvage our vacation plans from Birmingham, UK, to Zurich on July 30, [redacted], then to Lisbon, Portugal, with a return on August 2, [redacted]. We are requesting a refund for Christine Iu and Robert Fischetti.

Hello, my name is Jovance. I recently booked flights from Sydney, Australia to Manchester, UK, with layovers in Singapore and Zurich through Flight Centre in Australia. The return journey was booked from Manchester via Zurich and Singapore back to Sydney for a total of $[redacted] in Australian dollars. During my flight from Zurich to Manchester, I encountered an issue where I was not offered any drinks or food, which was disappointing considering the price I paid for the ticket. I am confused as to why I have to travel back from Manchester to Sydney the same way I came. My name is Sub Sankaran, and my family and I flew with Swiss Air on July 24th, [redacted], from Delhi to Zurich to Boston. Unfortunately, upon our arrival in Boston, we discovered that one of our bags was missing (Baggage tag number [redacted]). The airline staff advised us to file a report online, which we promptly did, receiving reference number BOSLX19913.
We have been anxiously waiting for our bag, which contains essential items, including medication for my son. The delay has caused us distress, leading to a visit to the doctor. The bag is currently located at Zurich headquarters near the airport. We have been calling Swiss Air multiple times daily, but the situation remains unresolved, and we are disappointed with their handling of the issue.
We kindly request Swiss Air to promptly deliver our missing bag to us.

I traveled from London Heathrow on July 31st to Zurich, then to San Jose, Costa Rica. Unfortunately, upon arrival, my luggage was torn in half, and two items were missing. Due to storms, I couldn't fill out a claim form until my return journey. The lack of wifi during the trip made this challenging. One of my Gucci loafers and a ring were missing, kept inside the shoe bag in a small soft purse. I encountered difficulties completing the request form online as it doesn't allow backdating to my travel date. My flight on August 30th was canceled, and I was rebooked for a date that did not work for me (48 hours later). I had to purchase another ticket with a different airline to make it to my meeting on the correct date. I requested a refund due to the rebooking not being suitable, and I also paid for seats that I need to be reimbursed for. When I try to check my booking reference on the Swiss Air website, it shows that my booking is no longer accessible. I have attempted to resolve this issue through chat, emails, and multiple long phone calls totaling about 5 hours, but I have yet to find a solution.

Flight LX64 on September 13, [redacted] for passengers E.D. and K.H.
I would like to provide feedback on our recent first-class flight from ZRH to MIA on LX64. We had a positive experience with Mateo, one of the attendants, who was friendly and helpful at the beginning and end of the flight. However, during the main meal service, another unnamed attendant with longer hair in a man bun was rude and unpleasant. He seemed impatient, rushed, and even rolled his eyes at me when I requested a dessert. His overall behavior was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected, especially in first class. We would appreciate encountering more staff like Mateo on future flights with Swiss.

Upon my recent travels from India to Calgary, I experienced a troubling situation with my luggage on flights LX147 and LX8014. Regrettably, upon arrival in Calgary, my two checked bags were nowhere to be found. One bag is green, the other a black plastic bag with an orange ribbon attached to the handle. I had labeled both with my name, address, and contact number. The loss of my belongings, including essential items for the winter and my money, has left me in a challenging position.

Michael Fedyna and John Fedyna visited Europe with Berenice Gutierrez Ortiz. A friend informed them about testing positive for Covid-19. Berenice and Michael were in contact with this friend, and they are now experiencing symptoms. They are considering getting tested before returning to their families and plan to quarantine for two weeks. They wish to change their flights to early October due to these circumstances.

I need assistance with my lost baggage from flight WK0398 on 30/08/23. My booking number is MWTNDO. Even after filling in all the details, when I click "SUBMIT", it keeps reverting to an amount of $1,[redacted] AUD. I tried various ways to input the total amount, but it won't allow me to proceed. I have submitted photos of receipts and credit card statements. I was on Salina island for a wedding on 02/09/23, and all my belongings including wedding clothes, shoes, and newly purchased duty-free makeup were in the lost baggage. I only had the clothes I was wearing and basic toiletries. I had to buy new clothes for pre-wedding events, replace wedding attire and shoes, and pay for two taxis for fetching the lost baggage.
