I urgently need assistance with a luggage issue I'm facing. Upon flying with Swiss Airlines on flight number [redacted] with a connection to Costa Rica via Switzerland, my group of three passengers checked in three suitcases to be transferred in Switzerland. Unfortunately, upon arrival, our luggage was missing and despite filling out a form, no update has been provided. We're in Costa Rica now and do not know the whereabouts of our belongings. The luggage contains essential items for our meticulously planned trip, including equipment for trekking and medicines. We urgently need the luggage to be located and sent to us as we are moving between different locations daily. Please contact us through the provided email address or phone numbers at your earliest convenience. Your help in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Hello. I need to address the issue I am having with this trip. I initially sent an email to the company eDreams to cancel my ticket reservation for this trip with reservation number [redacted]. They sent me an email confirming that the refund is accepted and the payment will be returned to my bank account within 10 days. However, in the end, they informed me that the refund cannot be processed due to reasons beyond their control. I don't understand why they first say yes and then say no. Please, if the refund cannot be issued due to the airline company Swiss's policies, is there another solution that the company can offer me, like a voucher that I can use later on? I have attached the two emails I received from eDreams. I hope to receive a prompt response. Thank you.

I would like to provide an update regarding my situation with Swiss Airlines. My luggage, which was loaded on flight LX18 on June 30, [redacted], has not been delivered to me yet. The claim code associated with this issue is EWRLX13048. Today, I received a call from someone at the Swiss Airlines Baggage Department regarding my missing bag. Although her English was challenging for me to understand, she mentioned that my bag has been located and will be delivered soon. She assured me that she would send an email with further details, but I have not received any communication yet. For reference, my bag's tag number is IB [redacted], and the previous claim code from June 30 is IADIB12534. Your assistance in confirming the status of my claim promptly is greatly appreciated. I recently flew with TUI from Brussel to Miami, but unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with me. I provided my details to a staff member in the baggage area, who noted them on a blank paper instead of a form. They mentioned I would be contacted but I have not received any updates. I have tried calling the number provided, [redacted], for Swiss board in Miami but have not received any response to my messages. I am concerned that my luggage is not being actively looked for. I also sent an email to TUI, but only received an automated reply and have not heard back after 48 hours. I attempted to file a claim online but was informed it must be done after 21 days. I am reaching out for assistance as I am unsure of the next steps to take. - Laurene C.

Dear GetHuman team, I want to share my recent experience flying with SWISS from SFO to ZRH on 19 Apr [redacted] with my wife. We were in premium economy and were disappointed in the service. The premium economy "cabin" is not separated from the economy cabin, and there was a lack of service during the flight. The crew was unfriendly, and the meal service was subpar. SWISS advertises premium economy with enhanced food and drink experiences and extra services, but these were not provided on our flight. The flight attendant even rudely told me they ran out of beef and offered me an economy standard meal instead. This is not what I expected when paying extra for premium economy. Compared to Air France, where I have had better experiences in the same class, SWISS fell short. I believe that if SWISS cannot meet the standards they advertise, they should refund the cost of our tickets. Sincerely, Mark Taskar

Dear Support Team, I am writing to seek assistance in locating my missing bag, which disappeared 13 days ago. The bag was lost on 28 June [redacted] during my trip from Milan, Italy, with a connecting flight in Zurich to Malaga, Spain. While two out of three missing bags were located, mine remains missing. The bag tag# is LX [redacted] and the report file# is AGPLX10282. I appreciate your help in correcting the inaccurate information in your system and in locating and returning my bag promptly. Thank you, Geraldine M.

I flew from Karachi to Dubai on the 12th of July [redacted] with Emirates. My baggage was supposed to be transferred from Dubai to Zurich via Swiss, and then from Zurich to Calgary with Edelweiss Air. Unfortunately, my bags did not make it to Calgary; I was informed that they are still in Dubai and were not transferred by Swiss to Zurich. I have been attempting to contact Swiss Air, but they do not have a counter at Calgary Airport. I emailed them and received a reference number, but I am unable to track any information with it. I have the reference numbers for my bags in Dubai, and Swiss Air is responsible for delivering them, but I am struggling to reach them for the correct information. It has now been three days without my bags.

Hello, my name is Ivana Zotel Benko. Today my flight from Zurich to Paris was canceled, and I was devastated because I need to be in Paris tomorrow for work on several projects. I have to create content for a hotel and some brands in Paris, so this cancellation is a big loss for me. I appreciate the accommodation offered in Hilton, but I had to take a train from Zurich to Paris today at 7:10 to arrive as soon as possible. It was a costly alternative at [redacted]€ for both me and my husband, but it was the only way for me to get to Paris promptly despite the time lost. Unfortunately, our planned Versailles visit and outfit shoot at 9 AM today had to be canceled. I am hoping for assistance in refunding my Versailles ticket and train fare due to these circumstances. Additionally, I am seeking the possibility of extending my stay in Paris to Saturday or even Sunday to make up for the lost time shooting for the brands. If returning home on Saturday, I would appreciate any help arranging a flight to Ljubljana on Sunday evening. I am truly devastated by these changes and hoping for your understanding and support in this situation. Thank you. My Instagram is "gretagardner," and I am willing to provide all necessary details of my losses, plans, emails, booked tickets, and work-related information.

I contacted Swiss Airlines last Friday, July 29th, to modify my booking for a trip from Zurich to Los Angeles with a return flight from Albuquerque. I requested to change the return date and the departure point of the return journey from Albuquerque to Las Vegas. Despite clearly stating "Las Vegas" to the booking agent, the itinerary was revised to depart from Los Angeles when I checked today. I paid [redacted] USD via credit card for the updated flights. After contacting them, I have arranged a new return journey originating from Las Vegas for an additional cost of [redacted] USD. I am seeking assistance on how to recoup the initial [redacted] USD. I authorized the call to be recorded, ensuring my account of the conversation can be verified by Swiss based on the recording. Thank you.

Dear Swiss Airline Team, I recently contacted Travel Up about refunding my tickets with a gold plan within the specified timeline, but they are refusing to cooperate. Your website states that customers can receive refunds, yet the agency is not honoring this commitment. I plan to discuss this on my social media to highlight the inconsistency in their service. Considering your reputable status as an airline, I am kindly seeking your assistance in this matter. My family is in need of the funds, and I am hopeful you can understand my predicament and offer your support. Thank you, Madina R.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Damaged Clothing Purchased in Canada Dear Airline, I traveled back to Hungary from my vacation in Montreal on September 9, [redacted], with a 23 kg suitcase after spending a month in Canada. I am attaching my flight ticket and boarding pass. During my time in Canada, I bought gifts for my family, including clothing items from REEBOK for my 4 grandchildren, CALVIN KLEIN t-shirts in size L for my sons, and TOMMY HILFIGER clothes in sizes S and M for my daughters-in-law. Unfortunately, the REEBOK t-shirt in size 92 cm, the CALVIN KLEIN t-shirt in size L, and the TOMMY HILFIGER clothes in size M got damaged during my return journey. It was unpleasant to hear from my family that the gifts had some defects. I live in Hungary, I am retired, and I had to do a lot of sports to afford buying Canadian gifts. The REEBOK t-shirt cost $45 CAD, the TOMMY HILFIGER M dress cost $97 CAD, and the CALVIN KLEIN L t-shirt cost $82 CAD, totaling $[redacted] CAD for the clothing purchased from brand stores. I request reimbursement for this amount due to the damaged items and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your understanding. My lost luggage, reported under file reference ZRHLX85199, is still at the airport awaiting pickup. I have informed them that we are now in the USA and the bags need to be returned to us in Shelburne, VT, as per our luggage tags. The bags did not transfer in Dublin to Zurich (LX401) on the 10th, with about two hours between flights. They have been in Zurich since the 13th. Swiss has not provided a USA number to address this issue. The [redacted] only handles reservations, while the [redacted] does not assist individual customers. There has been no update on the status of the bags being sent back to us.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my recent flight booking, reference: LUT7WY. Initially, I was pleased with the price I secured for my flight, which amounted to [redacted] pounds with additional fees for any changes. As a regular Emirates customer, I value their exceptional service and accommodation for passengers. However, I was taken aback when I had to pay extra fees for baggage both in Heathrow and Zurich, effectively turning my journey into two separate flights. Additionally, I incurred costs for accommodation during the stopover, expenses that Emirates would typically cover including hotel stay and food vouchers. Consequently, my overall expenses amounted to [redacted].26 pounds, significantly higher than my initial budget. Considering the unforeseen additional costs, I am requesting a refund for the second leg of my journey and a reimbursement for the baggage fees. As a single mother supporting three young children, I am facing financial difficulties following the loss of my husband and seek your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention and support. Sincerely, J. Pieterse
