I have a SunPass account with approximately 4 transponders. In the past, I have completed most tasks online. Recently, when I try to log in, it prompts me to enter a password instead of a PIN that I never created, or it shows an error message stating it cannot find or verify my account despite inputting the account number and zip code online. I even tried using the PIN when calling by phone. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account online as I used to.

I am struggling to reset my Sunpass account password even after entering my transponder number and account details. I find it frustrating that I have to wait until after Christmas to reach a live person for support. This delay should not be necessary. It seems American businesses and state services lag behind in technology compared to China. The efficiency of web app technology in China is impressive. I hope to resolve this issue without relying solely on human assistance.

I am currently speaking with SunPass, and I am dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Mrs. Ana, the supervisor on duty. She repeatedly puts me on hold instead of addressing my request to check my account for unauthorized transactions. Despite explaining my concern multiple times, she seems disinterested in helping. I have been on hold for 10 minutes, still waiting for Ana to return to assist me. It feels like she is intentionally trying to make me hang up to avoid addressing the issue. In July and August, I drove over 3,[redacted] miles from Maryland to Florida and back, with most of the miles on Florida roads. I encountered tolls with the "pay by plate" option, but on Aug 3rd, I mistakenly took an exit that resulted in a $[redacted] fine instead. I contacted SunPass to explain the situation but faced issues on their website. I have the toll ticket and GPS instructions screenshot from Exit 99. Thank you for your help.

I recently got a SunPass Mini card with the number [redacted][redacted]. However, when I tried to add this new transponder to my account, I received a message saying it was already registered. Although I attempted to add the transponder number [redacted][redacted] from the letter that came with the device, it was labeled as an invalid number. I am now unsure if this transponder is correctly linked to my account and need guidance on how to proceed.

I noticed two ACH withdrawals from my old checking account on November 2 and December 10 labeled as "Withdrawal NSF $30 for SUNPASS." The Sunpass representative couldn't find any account linked to my transponder number (ID# [redacted]68) and mentioned that the transaction description doesn't match their records. To resolve this, I am asking for written confirmation from Sunpass stating that there are no authorized EZ pay transactions tied to this transponder account.

During a visit to your Boca Raton office, my wife surrendered her deceased daughter's transponder and acquired a new one for herself. Unfortunately, her new transponder was mistakenly linked to her late daughter's account instead of creating a new one. Efforts to establish a new online account were unsuccessful, as the existing one remains active without the necessary login information. Verification codes are being sent to an outdated phone number, and security questions cannot be answered. My wife simply wishes to settle her bill but is unable to do so. While on my way to Sebring for my sister-in-law's funeral, my GPS led me to a toll booth unexpectedly. I explained my situation to the attendant, but she insisted I pay the $1.50 toll despite the short distance I traveled. I complied and continued on my journey. To my surprise, I later received an invoice for the toll payment, which seems unjust considering the circumstances. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved. I do not own the car depicted on Invoice #[redacted]27, which shows a Chrysler product. My vehicle is a [redacted] Chevrolet Traverse LT in white. The license plate on my Traverse is located on the rear bumper, while the image on the invoice displays the plate in the middle of the tailgate. I have resided in Texas for the past decade and have not traveled out of the state due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I am writing in regards to a SunPass account with a transponder registered to a vehicle that I recently inherited from my deceased father. I would like to either access his account or create my own account with the existing transponder registered to the vehicle. My father mentioned putting funds into the account recently, and as no one has accessed these funds, I believe they should still be available. I hope to utilize them if possible. I recently received an invoice for a toll that is not mine. I live in Texas, and the toll is in Florida. The listed license number does not belong to me. The provided toll-free number, 1-[redacted], does not have an option to speak to a representative. The invoice instructs to call 1-[redacted], but it leads to an endless loop. I need to speak to a real person to resolve this error. This invoice is clearly a mistake, and I am unsure how my name is associated with it. The current contact number provided is not helping to rectify the situation.

On July 19, [redacted], I created a SunPass (SP) account online and registered my SunPass Pro transponder (TS). My assigned account number was [redacted]08. I initially funded the account with $25 and added more funds with a personal credit card.
I received an email on July 30, [redacted], stating that due to missing information on my account application, it was closed. I was concerned about potential toll violations and used my E-ZPass on trips from FL to NJ, PA, and NY, deciding not to reapply for SunPass.
On Aug. 19, [redacted], I got an email from SP with a link to my monthly statement, but my password didn't work. I no longer wish to have a SunPass account and just want my initial $25 refunded to me.

I recently purchased a Transponder Sunpass Pro and added $40 to my account under the name Victoria Oatney. However, I received an email stating that I'm missing information. When I visited the Ocoee Sunpass office, an employee assured me I was registered, but I kept receiving emails about my account being closed. I am confused about the status of my account and want to avoid any charges or fines. Despite being told I'm fine by an older gentleman at the office, I am still uncertain. I recently traveled from Tampa to Miami using toll roads, including Turnpike, with my vehicle registered in Michigan under a MI driver's license. I have since updated my vehicle registration to Florida, obtained a FL driver's license, and transferred my title to FL. I'm concerned about any toll charges incurred while my vehicle was registered in Michigan. Will these charges be correctly sent to my new FL address? I accidentally left my portable SunPass on the windshield when I returned my rental car at 8:00 am on Wednesday, 5/24. I've been trying to log in to request a lock on my account, but I can't find the account number that was on the transponder. My name is J. Clark, with a business address at [redacted] Chetwynd Drive, Bryn Mawr, PA [redacted]. My email is [redacted] and my cell number is [redacted]. If there is another address listed on my account, it might be outdated as I have moved since activating my SunPass. To help identify my account, I traveled from Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton to Naples and Ft. Myers on 5/23 before returning to FLL airport. Fox Rental Cars is helping me track it through their lost and found department.

I've tried reaching out again regarding an unresolved invoice issue (INVOICE [redacted]75). I added a car to my account, but it was charged as not being on the account. The license plate in question is registered under my account, so I should not be responsible for any admin charges. The previous representative assured me this would be resolved, but the matter still persists. It's frustrating to be stuck in this loop without any resolution, especially considering the low overall rating of 1. I urge you to address and resolve this matter promptly.
