I am not in need of tech support. I am simply trying to obtain credit for merchandise that I never received. Despite being directed to tech support, I am solely interested in resolving the issue regarding the undelivered items. After messaging, I was informed that a credit was being processed for the initial order, with the promise of sending replacements upon arrival. To date, I have not received either the initial package or any further communication. I have yet to see any boxes left at my doorstep by the company. My AE has suggested reaching out once more to address this situation.

I did not receive the boxes from my order. I contacted the company via email, and they mentioned that half of my order was shipped. I informed them that I hadn't received anything and requested not to send a second order as I didn't have the first one. They said they would adjust the charge of $78 or $79, but I insisted they adjust it directly on my card instead of sending half of the order again. My American Express representative advised me to reach out to the company once more and provide a receipt, but I have not found any deliveries at my address. Thank you, Faye H. I purchased a dress on 05/04/[redacted] with express shipping. The tracking information from FedEx shows it was delivered on 05/10/[redacted] at 1:27 to [redacted] Fox Hill Drive instead of my correct address at [redacted] Fox Hill Drive S. Apt 5. FedEx confirmed the error. I have been unable to reach them to resolve the issue. This dress was a Mother's Day gift, and I am disappointed. I provided the correct address when placing the order. I kindly request a refund or for the dress to be resent to the accurate address ([redacted] Fox Hill Drive S. Apt 5, Bloomfield Hills, MI [redacted]). Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to request a return for the items I purchased from Styelwe as they do not fit me. I am in need of a return slip. I was dissatisfied with their response to my initial inquiry. I intend to return the order without any deductions from the amount I have already paid. I have no interest in placing any further orders with Styelwe. I am also disappointed that their displayed customer service number does not connect me with any assistance, which leads me to question their legitimacy. My primary goal is to return the items, receive a full refund, and not be offered an alternative as part of the refund process.

I would like to initiate a return, but after reading some concerning reviews regarding the return process, I am a bit apprehensive. Although I am satisfied with the quality of the items I received, the sizing has been inconsistent. I hope that my return experience will not be as complex as others have described. If obtaining a refund turns out to be a challenging task despite my satisfaction with the products, I may choose not to continue supporting your brand. Hello, I placed an order at the end of March, and it was delivered on May 15th. After returning from my trip on June 13th, I tried on the items and unfortunately, they all don't fit me well. I believe it's due to my height and body type. I'm seeking authorization to return all the unworn items with tags attached. I've been trying to log in to follow the instructions, but I've been unable to access my account. I've requested a password reset to be sent to my email at [redacted], but I haven't received it in my inbox or spam folder. Tomorrow marks 30 days since the May 15th delivery date of all the clothes. The swimsuits arrived separately on a different date and also did not fit well. Thank you in advance for your assistance. - Annette W.

I would appreciate your assistance. I have a skirt that I adore, but unfortunately, it is too large for me. I am eager to exchange it for a smaller size. Despite my efforts over the past few weeks, I have been unsuccessful in arranging the return. I have not received any responses, and I am worried that I may miss the return/exchange timeframe. I remember reading that you could even send me the return label by mail. Being older, I am not very proficient with computers. I am looking forward to your prompt reply. Thank you. I would like to make changes to my order. I want to remove items such as sub-order item #[redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], as they are all pants and I intended to buy one pant and a small top named High Elasticity Plain Urban Tight Sleeveless top. I also need to delete sub item #[redacted] as it is a duplicate. I apologize for any confusion caused. I checked the order on my phone before checking out but did not notice the duplicates. As a first-time buyer, I was referred by my niece who is a loyal customer. I was disappointed with my recent order. The folded pleat dress I received did not have the expected pleats, looked cheap, and was too big. Another item was tight and differed greatly from the picture online. The third dress was short, made of low-quality material, and had an unappealing color. The fourth green check dress fit well but had itchy material. I am awaiting a long dress, which cost over one hundred dollars, hoping it meets expectations. I need to return the items mentioned above due to these issues.

I placed an order on August 3, [redacted], for a total of $94.97. Despite not receiving my order, contacting Stylewe has been futile. If I do not receive a response soon, I will contact my attorney tomorrow. This disappointing experience has led me to vow never to buy from Stylewe again, and I intend to share my dissatisfaction on Facebook. Stylewe's lack of communication and apparent disregard for customers is unacceptable.
