I have all the email exchanges saved. Now, I am trying to return the dress I received, but I am unable to find any information on how to do so. I also want to cancel the order for the second dress since I already found another outfit due to the considerable delay. I can provide the order numbers, but I need to locate them first as I wasn't prepared to be on this site right now. I'm concerned about losing the details I've written above. I placed order# J[redacted] almost a month ago and paid for the item. FedEx claimed delivery on February 1st at my back door. However, no package was received. Due to road construction, we couldn't access our place from January 28 to February 5. Our path was paved recently, directing us to a new route closer to our home. Although the driver insists on delivering, I didn't receive it. FedEx advised me to contact you, my supplier, to file a Lost Claim Report. They do not take any further responsibility. This experience, being my first purchase from your company, has made me hesitant to order from any company in the future. How can you assist in resolving this issue?

Regarding Order # J[redacted], I am experiencing difficulties tracking my package. I received the tracking number on Friday, September 27th but I am unable to locate any information when trying to track my package. I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times, but have not received any responses. I opted for expedited shipping, promising delivery within 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date. As Thursday approaches, the expected delivery date, I am concerned that this website may not be legitimate. I urgently require assistance in locating my package or gaining clarity on its delivery status.

Happy New Year! Due to the holidays, I didn't want to rush you with my dilemma. I simply want to return a beautiful dress that is too tight. I ordered three items together and was pleased with your merchandise. I recall reading somewhere that I should not return the package until I receive a tag from your office. At 80 years old, I do forget things at times. The refund instructions say to send it back as received, but I can't seem to find the bags and tags, all I have is the dress. I need help returning it as this style won't look good on me. I have more items I want to order, but I want to sort this out first. The holiday rush delayed my return, and now I'm ready to send it back. I eagerly await your response so I can focus on future orders.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I have made multiple purchases over the past two years and cannot access my order history. I am frustrated that only one order appears in my account, which hasn't arrived after two months. I feel mistreated by Hailee and StyleWe. I am requesting a complete list of my purchases, as some items were never delivered. This experience has led me to dislike StyleWe. I intend to report this to Consumer Affairs.

I attempted to reach out to StyleWe for their return address and to inquire about needing an RMA number. Unfortunately, the responses I received from StyleWe were unhelpful as they directed me where to find the return address, but it was not provided. As I made the purchase through Paypal, I decided to contact them for assistance. Paypal provided me with the address to send the package back to StyleWe, confirming that no RMA was necessary. I proceeded to bring the $77.11 package to the Post Office in Michigan to mail it to the provided StyleWe address in China. To my surprise, the cheapest mailing rate was $43.00, with the additional requirement of a tracking number costing $65.00, resulting in a total of $65.00 to return the item. With only a $12.00 refund anticipated, I have concluded that it is not financially feasible. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson: I will not be shopping at StyleWe in the future.

I placed an order in January and have not received my package yet. The company has been unresponsive, and each time I have reached out, it has been me initiating contact. Today, while inquiring through chat, they mentioned destroying the package and only offering a 35% refund. I'm frustrated and unsure about how to proceed. These experiences have been very disappointing.

I placed two orders with Stylewe, but I have not received either of them. No one has contacted me to provide any information about when I can expect my items. I am considering contacting the Federal Trade Commission in the US to investigate your company. I was a loyal customer and was going to make a major purchase before this issue arose. I am Patricia Brown. I purchased a high elasticity green long skirt from Stylewe. The item was priced at $24.99, as shown in the picture. However, I was charged $40.00 plus extra fees, almost double the price, and I have yet to receive the skirt. The purchase was made after Christmas. I have successfully ordered from Stylewe in the past but this time I did not receive a tracking number. I purchased 4 items from StyleWe but only want to return 2. My order number is HBB[redacted]3. After requesting a return with authorization as per the instructions, I should have received an email with the return address within 48 hours, but I never got it. I contacted their website's "Chat" option, and the representative said she would resubmit the request, ensuring I receive the return address via email within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I never received the email. I seek to return the two items and be refunded to the card used for the purchase. The process has been prolonged, causing me to exceed the 30-day return window.

I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago, and I received an email the following day confirming that my order had been shipped. However, it has been a week, and I have not received my order. The "track my order" feature is not working, and I am unable to reach a customer service representative through the chat option. On January 23rd, I ordered 16 women's outfits from StyleWe. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the poor quality, improper fit, and incorrect colors. I contacted StyleWe within the 30-day return period and received confirmation and return labels. I shipped the items via USPS on February 16th in 2 boxes, costing $51.65, with return instructions. In early March, a live chat representative informed me they received the returns but needed tracking numbers to proceed. Since I no longer had the USPS receipts with tracking information, I contacted USPS, but they couldn't provide details after 30 days. Hello, I'm Deborah Byars. I want to share my positive experience with StyleWe, as I find their clothing both stylish and affordable. However, I have not yet received several items from my orders placed in both early February and March. The specific items missing are: HbAD[redacted]41 (black regular fit elegant fashion lace pants), HBAD[redacted]99 (Regular fit Urban Plain Fashion Pants Red and Urban Regular Fit Shirt Collar Blouse Pink), HBAD[redacted]01 (Lace Regular Fit Crew Neck Elegant Wedding Guest Dress white), and HBAD[redacted]76 (casual color regular fit denim blue jeans, Regular Fit Casual Denim Plain Denim Skirt blue, Shirt Collar Loose Long Sleeve lightweight Urban Blouse Pink, and Loose Urban Fashion Color Pants Straight Pants pink). Apart from these, there are other items pending without any updates. I will give it two more weeks before escalating this issue to you.
