StockX Customer Service Issues

I've been using the StockX app on my Android phone for a while without any issues. However, yesterday when I tried to open the app, I couldn't access it. Even after logging in with Google, I noticed that my items for sale were missing, and my sale and purchase history was empty. I then tried logging in with my email, but it blocked my access and said it would send an email to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I never received the email.

I asked my girlfriend to order me some sneakers, but they were delivered to the wrong address. When I filled out the affidavit, I was told the information was incorrect. They claimed my girlfriend's name is a man's name, "MILLY ZAMBRANO." This does not make sense, and it seems like there is an issue with StockX's system. I couldn't find the bank statement for the order, received no refund, and they told me there is nothing more they can do. I'm reaching out for assistance before considering legal action.

My daughter mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoes. She's a fourteen-year-old Vietnamese girl and we need to return them. I am unsure where to ship the return package. It is important that the return label is clearly indicated, and I would like the refund to be credited back to my card. I received a second message which I did not authorize regarding the purchase of a pair of shoes for $[redacted] on my card. I am considering involving my bank in addressing this potentially fraudulent charge if there is no response from your end.
