Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Arctis 1 Wireless headset. There seems to be a problem with its functionality. I have noticed that pressing the power button for a few seconds does not have any effect. The headset remains either on or off without responding appropriately. I can only turn it on using SteelSeries Engine or by charging it. Additionally, there are connection losses at times during use. Furthermore, I am unable to turn it off manually once it is on. Occasionally, it turns on by itself and attempts to establish a connection, only to stabilize after connecting to my computer and opening SteelSeries Engine. The indicator light blinks green. Hello, I have recently purchased a SteelSeries Apex Three keyboard, which I absolutely love. I've encountered a specific issue and I'd like to provide some context. During gameplay of the popular game Fortnite, I use the F key to run and the ALT key to select a weapon. However, when I press both keys simultaneously, the weapon doesn't get selected. I'm reaching out to see if there's a solution to address this problem. It's hindering my gaming experience as I have to switch keyboards each time I play Fortnite, which is quite bothersome. I recently purchased a SteelSeries Prime Wireless mouse for my son as an early Christmas present. I gave it to him, but when I returned home after my night shift, I found a note from him saying that one of the side buttons is sticking. My Arctis 7 headset is no longer recharging. Despite trying different cables and power sources, as well as following the reset instructions on the Steelseries website, the LED indicating recharging does not light up, and the headset remains uncharged. I've left it connected for hours with various cables and power sources, but the issue persists. Currently, I can only use the headset when connected via a 3.5mm jack cable, but I require them to be wireless. I purchased the headset on Amazon on December 16, [redacted], so I believe it should still be covered by the 2-year warranty. Amazon suggested contacting you directly. How should I proceed? I have had the Steelseries Arctis 9X Wireless Gaming Headset for several months. Today, I experienced connectivity issues trying to reconnect it to my windows computer via Bluetooth. For the first time, it is asking for a PIN when pairing the devices. This is new to me and I am worried as it has always connected without any issues. It still works on Xbox, but not on my PC. I tried resetting it to factory settings, but that did not resolve the problem. Using the headset wired is an option, but it disables the microphone. When I started my computer this morning, I noticed that my "a" button and my "q" button don't work properly, as you can clearly see in this email too. First of all, my "a" button acts as the Windows home button, and also adds a left-pointing arrow right next to it. So every time I press it, it opens the Windows home tab, adds this arrow, and ultimately hinders my typing. I can't play games since almost all games use this button. My keyboard is only about a year old, and I bought the SteelSeries Apex Pro version. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible, as this is literally causing me trouble. To conclude, I've already tried another keyboard which worked perfectly fine, proving that something is wrong with my Apex Pro.

After the forced update by you at the launch of my Windows 10 firmware for my ARCTIS PRO wireless headset and the installation of your GG software, I can no longer pair my headset. I am frustrated. Just before your update, it was working perfectly. Your GG software has caused chaos in my Windows 10. Despite following the methods on your site to pair it, I can't connect my headset to its base anymore. This is unacceptable, especially considering the headset cost me [redacted] euros. What should I do? Throw it away? I have been very happy with the incredible sound and convenience of the headset, but this experience may make it my first and last SteelSeries headset.

I have done extensive research and troubleshooting, but I am unable to find a solution to my problem.
I own an Arctis 7 wireless headset that also has a wired option. Recently, the charging port got damaged due to a bent cable. I have been using the wired connection without any issues, but now the microphone is not working. It is not functioning in Discord or on Windows. Despite trying various solutions, I have had no success in fixing it.
I am speculating whether the audio cable only supports output and not input, and if the microphone depends on battery power, which is now completely depleted.
If this assumption is correct, I am curious if there is a possibility for repairs or a replacement.

Hello! I have a query regarding my Steelseries APEX PRO TKL keyboard. I purchased it around 9-10 months ago and have recently encountered some concerns. While playing games like Mortal Kombat 11, Genshin Impact, and Resident Evil Village, I have always used shortcut keys such as alt-tab, shift+windows+s for screenshots, and the Windows key. However, I have noticed that these shortcuts have stopped working while playing games on my PC. Even after exiting the games, the shortcuts do not work. I have researched online and found that some keyboards disable shortcut features for a better gaming experience, but I prefer to have these shortcuts available. My SteelSeries Arctis 9X headphones suddenly powered off during use and now won't turn back on or charge. The charging methods I've tried are not working, including connecting it to my PC. I want to clarify that the device has not come into contact with water, has not experienced any electrical shock, and I haven't dropped or mishandled it. This issue happened suddenly. This is the third headset (1 SteelSeries Arctis 7 and two SteelSeries Arctis 9) I've had problems with. It's unacceptable that your products lack the expected quality for the price paid. I am requesting some form of compensation and a refund.

I ordered replacement headphone accessories from Steel Series, but they were shipped to a different city 40 miles away. I mistakenly entered "Takompark" instead of "Takomapark" in my address, resulting in the error. Although it was a minor mistake, the zip code should have directed the package to the correct city. Steel Series quickly informed me that I needed to contact the courier to resolve the issue, which was not very helpful. While I acknowledge my error, there are systems like zip codes and databases that should prevent such mishaps, especially when working with various shipping services.

I have owned the Arctis Pro twice now, and each time I've experienced audio issues with the left ear (mic side). The first time it happened, I was able to get it replaced under warranty, but now, 2-3 months later, the same problem has resurfaced. I have taken good care of the headset, keeping it securely on my desk away from any potential damage. I need technical support from SteelSeries for my Arctis Pro Wireless headset. It broke in a way that makes it unwearable, although it still functions properly. I recently bought a new headset, and after pairing it with the base station, it keeps disconnecting intermittently. There are short moments of no audio less than 0.5 seconds long and times when the new headset completely disconnects for 2-4 seconds. I have come across a prevalent problem with the Blue LEDs failing in the keyboard keys. This issue seems to be well-documented online as a common factory fault. I am in the process of returning the product to a store that offers a longer warranty period compared to SteelSeries. The store requests documentation from SteelSeries confirming this issue as a common factory defect. Several others I know have faced the same problem within a short period, and unfortunately, I am now experiencing it too. Could you kindly provide me with a referral letter to present to the store as evidence that this is not a user-caused problem? I attempted to reach out to regular SteelSeries support but it seems my concerns were not addressed.
