I recently bought a game called "The Princess Heart" and encountered an issue where it stopped working after only 3 hours of gameplay. I've tried reinstalling it, but the problem persists. Unfortunately, Steam's support page did not offer any helpful solutions, and when I requested a refund, I received a generic response stating they couldn't process it due to the purchase date exceeding their 2-week refund policy. I feel frustrated that I couldn't discover the issue within the timeframe given the game worked fine initially. As a new Steam user, I expected better customer service for faulty products. I kindly request a credit for the amount I paid for the game to be added to my Steam account.

My Steam account was hacked recently. Someone impersonating a Steam Administrator got my username and a mobile authenticator code for a trade. They changed the associated email, password, and mobile number so I can't access my account. This is worrying because my debit card is linked there and I fear for more data breaches. If there's any help to recover my account, please email me anytime. Thank you for your assistance during this difficult situation.

While playing Far Cry 5, I was hunting animals when my game suddenly crashed. I restarted it, but it kept crashing, which seems unusual to me. I paid £44.59 for this game. Before this, I bought Far Cry 4 and enjoyed playing it for about 3 weeks. However, after downloading the Far Cry 4 map editor, I encountered issues. The game logo would appear but disappear after a few seconds, despite trying various solutions such as watching YouTube videos and seeking help from Steam support, all unsuccessfully. I paid £25.99 for Far Cry 4. I really need assistance in resolving these problems. Kindly provide a prompt response.

I am requesting a refund for a game I recently purchased for my 16-year-old son. He already requested a refund, but it was declined because his playtime exceeded the 2-hour limit due to a free weekend event in June [redacted]. Since then, the game has become virtually dead with very few players, making it unenjoyable for him. His recent playtime after the actual purchase was less than 45 minutes. I believe he shouldn't be penalized for utilizing the free weekend offer as it was over a year ago. I urge you to review his playtime dates, especially on 4/27 where he played under the 2-hour limit post-purchase. Kindly consider refunding the purchase so he can invest in a game that offers a better gaming experience. If a refund is not possible, I may have to pursue a dispute with my bank, although I hope it doesn't come to that. Thank you for addressing this matter appropriately and not disregarding our concerns.

I recently accessed a skin gambling site, gamedom.com, not realizing it was Russian. After logging in with my Steam account, I couldn't access my Steam account using my usual credentials. When trying to recover my account, I discovered that the linked email had been changed to a Russian email. Now, my email is associated with a new account with the same name, "joshsandhu22," instead of my original account, "joshsandhu2." I urgently need assistance. Kindly help me!

I submitted a refund request for the game MORDHAU, which I bought today. Unfortunately, I have played over 4 hours, which makes me ineligible for a refund. Despite explaining the technical issues with the game, such as changing settings while I play, poor graphics even on high settings, and resolution problems at launch, my request was denied. I spent 2 hours trying to fix these bugs to make the game playable, but it remained frustrating. I believe I should still receive a refund due to the unsatisfactory experience, even though I slightly exceeded the playtime limit. Can you please reconsider my request and help me recoup the $25 I spent on this disappointing game?

I am attempting to remove my Steam Guard authenticator from my old phone to switch to a new Samsung Galaxy S10+. However, even after trying various troubleshooting steps, I am unable to access my account on the new device. The old phone still displays codes that are no longer functional, leaving me locked out of my account. I need assistance in transferring the authenticator to my new phone to regain access to my Steam account. I appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thank you, - K.

My account was compromised around 1:36 PM in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I received three emails at that time confirming changes to my Steam Guard and phone settings, indicating unauthorized access. The breach occurred when I inadvertently shared my Steam verification code with the hacker. As a verification of my ownership, I made two gift card transactions on the account, one of which had an issue requiring assistance from Steam support. Additionally, a credit card was used for a single transaction on the account.

I need assistance regarding a recent game purchase and the subsequent refund denial. I received a different game instead of the one I bought. The game I was provided with is unplayable due to numerous bugs, and the developers seem indifferent to these issues despite my two years of investment. I am disappointed that a game I supported has turned into something entirely different upon its full release. I am demanding a refund for this game I never intended to purchase. Please refund the money to my account promptly. I am frustrated with this bait-and-switch tactic and I am prepared to escalate this matter if necessary. Kindly process the refund and rectify this situation promptly.

I recently purchased the game Rust with specs that exceed the minimum requirements. However, upon starting the game, I encountered issues with long loading times on servers and frequent crashes. I believed the refund policy was 24 hours, so I left the game running while I stepped away. Upon my return, I experienced a crash as soon as I moved my mouse. I reached out to Steam support for a refund with only 4 hours of playtime. Unfortunately, I was informed that refunds are only available within 2 hours of playtime, which left me frustrated as I could not play the game even with adequate specs. I feel misled and would like assistance in resolving this issue.

My account toxinburn, linked to [redacted], was compromised by a hacker who changed my phone number to [redacted], my email, and disabled Steam Guard. I have a ticket with number HT-JP52-N8CM-9JDP, stating that the account would be reset and a new password sent to my email. Unfortunately, I never received this email with the new password. I just want the new password to be sent so I can regain access to my account. I had enabled Steam Guard and 2-factor authentication, but my account still got hacked.

Approximately a week ago, on May 3rd, I purchased the Company of Heroes 2 complete package with eight campaigns for $36.99. Unfortunately, some of the content is missing. Specifically, the British, German western front, and Ardennes campaigns are incomplete; I cannot progress beyond the first skirmish in Ardennes to experience the liberation of Bastogne. This situation is causing me a lot of frustration. I am hoping to receive the complete game with all the advertised campaigns or a refund. I have been a fan of the original Company of Heroes for years, and this experience has left me disappointed. Sincerely, Rick F.

I suspect that someone may have gained unauthorized access to my account and attempted to extort me by threatening to delete it. They sent me screenshots of the "change password" screen and pressured me to provide my Authenticator code. I believe they may have gained access through brute force. To prevent account deletion, I reluctantly gave them TF2 items, which I have evidence of through screenshots. They used my friend's compromised account to leverage their demands. I hope that these details are adequate for the offender to be permanently banned, even if the items cannot be retrieved.

I received an account alert stating that purchases on my Steam account are under investigation due to unauthorized purchases. This happened after my mother assisted me with a purchase and then attempted to reverse it through the card account due to a misunderstanding. We have resolved the issue, but my account remains restricted after a month. My mother has tried to contact her bank regarding the matter without a response. I am seeking assistance to restore the status of my Steam account.

I recently visited a "free skins" website hoping to get some free knives, but it redirected me to Gamdom.com. Soon after, my credentials were changed, including my email, password, and 2-step authentication. I had multiple cards linked to that account, with the last four digits of a Visa card being [redacted]. My birthday is 05-16-[redacted], email was [redacted], username is Spyrotronic777, and the phone number for 2-step was [redacted]. Additionally, I redeemed a gift card with the code "FGIBV J8F04 P8RN8." I'm eager to cooperate and would like to recover my account quickly to prevent any further damage.

I recently bought Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection. After going through the tutorials and attempting to start a campaign, the game froze while placing an item in the animal exhibit. Even after reinstalling, the issue persists. I have spent more time troubleshooting than actually playing. I am hoping for a refund or at least a Steam credit as a resolution.

I've never logged into Steam on another PC before, but today when I tried logging in on my computer, I was prompted to enter a guard code, which I hadn't set up previously. I checked my email multiple times but didn't receive any codes. After disabling Steam Guard Authenticator and re-enabling it through the mobile app, I still couldn't log in. I need help as I just want to play Rocket League with my friends. Thank you for reading.

This morning, when I turned on my computer to play some CS, at 12:12 pm IST, I received three consecutive emails stating that my mobile number, authenticator, and email had been changed on my Steam account. As a streamer with an inventory worth over $[redacted], I am desperate to regain access to my account. I received another email from Steam informing me of recent changes and providing me with the IP address of the device used to compromise my account. I used a link provided by Steam to secure my account and traced the IP address to a location in Russia using an IP Locator tool on Google. I am a minor with a valuable inventory and it is crucial for me to recover my account promptly. I am Karan B., and I urgently require assistance as soon as possible.

Hello! I recently had my account hacked and lost [redacted] euros. Thankfully, Steam support helped me out. A friend named Trade Checker, who appeared on my list, turned out to be from Steam and assisted with unblocking my account. After a few days of waiting, my account was finally unblocked with all issues resolved. However, there was a charge of [redacted] euros for the service, and some of my items were placed in the cloud for safety. I made the payment and was assured that my items would be returned. After a slow transaction, my friend is no longer on my list, and my items and stolen money have not been returned. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My account was stolen, and I have already updated my email password. The person who took my account contacted me on Discord asking for TF2 keys or unusuals, which I do not have. The person's Steam account has various names, but I am familiar with the alias "Spy Sapping Mah Internet!!!" The individual is located in Grand Prairie, Texas, United States, and their Steam account is at Level 8. I attempted to recover my account through Steam, but I received a message saying, "You have exceeded the number of allowed recovery attempts. Please try again later." I am desperate to have this person banned before they target other individuals' accounts. My account username is LazyTurtle (lazyturtle134).
