I need assistance with my Q Link Wireless account. I have been attempting to acquire a different phone due to the poor quality of the ones I have purchased from Q Link Wireless in the past. I bought two within the last 6 months, but both had issues with the charging port coming loose easily. Upon researching online, I found information stating that I could buy a T-Mobile phone that would be compatible with my Q Link SIM card since they are connected somehow. I am unsure if my SIM card is deactivated or not. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My phone got water damaged, and the signal was already weak but now there's no signal at all. I've transferred the SIM card to another phone. I didn't choose to get a new phone or tablet but would like to explore that now. Currently, I can only communicate via texting but it's not working properly. I require the port-out number for my phone. It seems challenging to switch to another provider due to an unlocked port-out limitation. Please, release the security hold preventing the transfer. I urgently need the port-out number. The phone number with Q Link that needs to be transferred to my NEW provider is [redacted]. Waiting for a response for five days is highly frustrating. I will proceed to report this matter if the code is not provided within 24 hours. I have diligently recorded and documented this entire ordeal as evidence of the issue. It seems like there have been issues regarding obtaining a PORT OUT PIN from Q Link. I am planning to escalate this matter by contacting the BBB and notifying the news to address the problem. The process for unlocking the PIN through the automated system appears to be unlawful as they have not provided the necessary information through phone or email. This experience has been frustrating, and I feel compelled to take action to resolve it, possibly through legal channels. The lack of cooperation in facilitating this transfer is unacceptable, and I intend to pursue this until a resolution is reached to prevent others from facing similar challenges.

I've had the same phone number for over 10 years. Recently, my phone was unexpectedly shut off, causing inconvenience as many people rely on me at [redacted]. I previously had Safelink service, which was great, but when I tried to upgrade my phone due to issues, I was directed to Qlink instead. They sent me a Qlink phone and service, but I need my old Safelink service and number restored. I am willing to return the Qlink phone. Can anyone advise me on how to get my Safelink service and number back? The Qlink phone provided is not functional, and I need assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am having trouble activating my current phone with a new SIM card following the instructions provided. I urgently need my old phone number as I work with important clients and cannot remember another new number. I have recertified twice in the last two months but when I logged into my Q Link account to claim my free tablet, I was informed I am not eligible because I need to recertify again. I had to submit my documents twice already and was assured my recertification was successful. It's frustrating to encounter this issue repeatedly. Can someone at Q Link assist me with this matter instead of relying on gethuman? I was told to explain my problem here for help. It's disheartening to face this obstacle again after all the effort I've already put in.

I believe my phone has been compromised as the settings and appearance have changed. I am struggling to connect YouTube to my TV and keep encountering random words on the screen. I recently experienced an unexpected service interruption with Qlink. Despite receiving an email confirming my service refill for October, my service abruptly stopped on October 26 without any explanation. I have been a loyal Qlink customer for about 2 years, and this issue has left me perplexed. The timing, one day after my birthday, adds to my confusion. After undergoing a major surgery on October 4th and currently being unemployed, I lack proof of income. It is vital for me to have my phone working to communicate with my doctor and employer. I lost my iPhone and ordered a replacement SIM card. The agent told me the tracking info would be emailed and waived the $5 fee. However, they never sent the tracking info. When I called again a week later, they had no record of the order and refused to waive the fee. I had a terrible experience with multiple agents and just want to transfer my Q Link Wireless number to AirTalk Wireless. I need help with the account numbers to complete the process because I must keep my current Q Link phone number. I am having trouble logging into my online account due to an incorrect username issue.

I have been without service for nearly three days after transferring my SIM card to a new device. Initially, everything was working fine, but suddenly I lost the ability to make calls, send texts or photos, and access the internet. Strangely, I can still receive calls and texts, but the top right corner of my phone displays "SOS only." When I checked the phone details, it showed that the coverage had expired and under carrier, it says "Lock No SIM Restricted." My phone number with Qlink Wireless is [redacted]. I have been attempting to transfer my number from Straight Talk to Q Link, but I am encountering difficulties. Despite having a transfer number code and my network unlocked, the process won't go through. I made sure to keep the number provided to me by Straight Talk after unlocking everything. It is crucial for me to have my number, [redacted], on my new phone with Q Link. Given my health challenges, including kidney dialysis, and other medical concerns, having to change my number at this point would be overwhelming and a waste of my limited energy and time. I am in desperate need of assistance with this matter.

I was browsing online for a new phone service provider and came across your website. I was interested in the promotion offering a free iPad and phone with SIM cards if I transferred my number to your company. However, upon further inspection, it appears there is a charge of $10.01 associated with it. I do not have the extra funds for that at the moment. I would like to understand how I can proceed to receive the free phone as advertised since my current phone is locked to another network and not working. Dear Customer Service, I recently bought a Serrano phone from your company, which unfortunately stopped charging. Due to this issue, I had to purchase a Motorola Moto G Stylus phone and transferred the SIM card, assuming it was unlocked as advertised by Walmart. However, it appears to be locked to T-Mobile, and T-Mobile support mentioned the IMEI is registered to another person. Walmart is processing a refund, but until it is resolved, I cannot afford another phone. I rely on my Q-link account and kindly request an exception to the 30-day rule until I can get a compatible phone.
