Six months ago, I applied for a phone and was approved. I intended to use my Moto G Pure phone with my number [redacted]. I received a sim card, but I faced an issue where the number displayed when I called was [redacted]. I couldn't use the phone properly, and when my phone broke, I reached out multiple times through calls and letters to request a new phone and sim card with a correct number. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or a resolution yet. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am in the process of completing my reinstatement application online with your company. I am confident that I meet all the necessary qualifications. Despite being disconnected for only about a month and a half, maybe two months at most, I am encountering an issue. The system is indicating that my address is not recognized, even though this is the same address where I received communications and had my account approved initially. I am unable to finish submitting my application online. All I want is to be reinstated smoothly. I still have the phone I acquired from your company and am ready to reactivate it.

I have been experiencing one issue after another. When I first signed up for Link services, I received a phone. Instead of enrolling me in the government plan, they mistakenly put me on the [redacted]-minute plan, resulting in me running out of minutes before the end of the month. Shortly after, my phone started malfunctioning, freezing up and preventing me from using my data. I reached out to a representative to report the issues with my phone. They proceeded to cancel my service and sent me a new SIM card so I could reapply. However, I only received the SIM card without a working phone. I inserted the SIM card into the phone provided by Link, but it is still not functioning properly. Due to these ongoing problems, I would like to request the cancellation of my service.

I encountered an issue with my address in the online application. After speaking with a representative who assured me they had fixed it, I checked the application status and it still shows the same error. I am unsure how to determine if the application has been approved as I have not received any notification. I provided my sister's contact number and gave permission for her to speak on my behalf during the call since my phone is out of service. I want to clarify what is happening as I have a chronic illness and urgently need the phone. I can receive emails but cannot reply using my old phone.

I accidentally damaged my phone, and now the screen is unresponsive. Since I don't have another phone that works with Qlink Wireless, I'm unable to access my Walmart account where they send verification codes to my number. Without this number, I can't log in anywhere, so I'm attempting to obtain my Qlink Wireless account number to switch my number to straight talk. Qlink's customer service is hard to reach. I'm only looking to acquire my account number to proceed with claiming my warranty, send my damaged phone, and transition to a straight talk phone and plan. Unfortunately, my straight talk account is now locked, possibly due to my login attempts. All I need is the account number from Qlink Wireless.

I need assistance porting my Qlink Wireless phone number. After deactivating it, I spoke with a supervisor who didn't provide a direct contact. Despite calling customer support, I'm unable to reach a live agent, as I no longer have an account there. None of the verification details seem to work, and chat support is unhelpful. No live agent available at all!

I recently received an email informing me that my "order" had been processed, even though I hadn't placed an order yet. I had reached out to them regarding a specific issue and needed clarification before proceeding with any order. I have been unable to reach them to address why they went ahead and completed the order without my consent. The item they selected is not what I intended to purchase, which will disrupt my entire service. Additionally, they claim I am not eligible for a discount that I have never utilized, and they have not responded to my inquiry about this matter either. It is frustrating that they took it upon themselves to submit an order without my approval, especially considering I did not agree to their choice of product.

I recently paid Qlink Wireless $[redacted] for a new phone, which has been nothing but trouble. Not only was the delivery delayed and then labeled as lost, but the phone itself has major issues. People on calls can't hear me, and the phone dies within ten minutes of charging. After contacting customer service, they mentioned I need to return the faulty phone before they can issue a refund. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I believe there may be fraudulent practices at play from Qlink. I just want a working device, but I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I recently bought the Sereno Crapper Pepper phone, along with a tablet and an extra SIM card. However, in less than a week, the phone started freezing, causing me to lose my internet connection regularly. I tried transferring the SIM card to my old Moto G Pure, and the tablet is also giving me trouble - it freezes, won't scroll properly, and takes forever to download or even log in. It's frustrating that it's essentially useless without a stable internet connection. I just want a refund for the phone and tablet and for them to provide a return label instead of me having to go through the trouble of printing and taking it to the post office. It's been a waste of my time trying to make it work.

After inserting the Qlink sim card, my phone number changed to the one previously linked to Deborah Hicks. Her details are still connected to my Google account recovery information. Unfortunately, I am receiving collection calls meant for her. On top of this, I was hacked on May 9th, and realized that her information is preventing me from accessing my Google account. My late son's email is listed as another recovery option, but he passed away tragically. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my Google account, including emails, photos, videos, and all associated services. I've been experiencing persistent network problems lately. My mobile data is unreliable and keeps fluctuating in and out of service. I keep encountering error messages like "your connection was interrupted" indicating a change in network, and also "your connection is not secure or secure connection failed". I estimate my mobile service works correctly only about 15-20% of the time. To try and fix this, I have already reset the network settings several times, as well as all phone settings, and have cleared browser history and site storage.

The phone I received from Qlink is faulty. It frequently freezes when making calls, the battery drains rapidly, and the lock screen cannot be bypassed easily, causing me to miss calls. Furthermore, it malfunctions by turning on wifi automatically even when it's supposed to be off, making the phone sluggish and unresponsive. Typing is difficult as it lags or blacks out, returning me to the home screen unexpectedly. This experience with the phone is frustrating. Can I transfer the SIM card from the defective Qlink phone to my other device?

I need to cancel my account temporarily due to my stolen phone and now using a replacement Sim card. To get a new Sim card, I have to pay $5 for shipping. I want to stop my account until Friday when I can afford the replacement. When I have the funds, I plan to order a new Sim card and reactivate my qlink services. I simply want to prevent unauthorized use of my phone service before I can arrange for the new Sim on payday. How can I temporarily cancel my service until Friday?

I am in need of a replacement government phone. The one I purchased from Q-Link is not functioning properly, taking 30 minutes to turn on and frequently freezing. Additionally, the screen is now broken. The past two government phones I received worked initially but later had issues. The first one's screen turned white, and the second one's on-off button fell off. I opted for a phone and tablet bundle, but the tablet stopped working, and the phone is slow and erratic. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining another government phone, but if not possible, I will explore other options like contacting Lifeline or switching to a different provider.

I recently received my Serrano hot pepper phone, and upon inserting the battery, it began vibrating incessantly without stopping. I'm unable to proceed past the help screen, as the phone automatically attempts to connect to Wi-Fi but fails unlike my other devices. Even after removing the battery, it continues to vibrate briefly. I've tried researching how to perform a hard reset, but I'm unable to access any other screens. This phone was bought through Q-Link and delivered by Amazon. I urgently require a solution or a replacement as this phone is crucial for medical emergencies.
