I bought a Galaxy Note 8 in June [redacted] with a 2-year Square Trade Warranty, advertised as "new in the box." Upon inspection at UBreakIFix, it was revealed the phone was manufactured in [redacted] and sold to a third party in [redacted]. The device's back glass had been replaced, indicating prior repair. UBreakIFix offered to fix the issue of the S-Pen falling out for approximately $[redacted]. I have a 2-year warranty and request guidance from Square Trade on resolving this. Please advise on the next steps to restore my Note 8. Thank you.

I am a loyal customer seeking assistance with getting a replacement Galaxy J-7 cell phone and programming assistance without a deductible. I had issues with AT&T due to perceived racism and lack of professionalism which resulted in my phone not being fixed correctly a month ago. I require help finding a store where a real professional can fix my replacement phone, assist with downloading, and changing screen and rubber protectors. I have insurance and warranty coverage. I hope to receive fair treatment without any double standards or prejudice based on race.

I wanted to inform you about my recent experience with this company. I encountered multiple issues while trying to get my phone repaired. After submitting a claim and sending in my phone for repair, I received it back without it working properly. Despite numerous calls and attempts to send it back, there were complications with FedEx changing the tracking number and delivering it to the wrong location. I was promised a payout for the inconvenience, but the process has been delayed multiple times. Despite being patient, the lack of resolution after three weeks is frustrating. I have been in contact with customer service, expressing my frustration. I am still waiting for a solution.

I purchased a warranty back in [redacted] and initiated a claim just before it expired. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with the representative regarding the size of the product, and they requested it to be sent in for repair. Due to personal emergencies like my mother's health issue and my own situation, I couldn't follow up promptly. Upon contacting them again after resolving my issues, I was informed that the claim had been closed after 30 days and now that the warranty has expired, they can't assist further. The purchase was made at Sonic Electronics, and the billing address for the warranty is [redacted] Oberon Rd, Toybebanna, PA [redacted].

I bought a plan for my smartphone at Walmart. I started the claim online but couldn't finish until choosing between two options: repairing the phone and getting reimbursed or receiving a refurbished phone. I didn't want either and contacted a customer service agent for alternative solutions like a Walmart card or a refund check. However, I was informed I needed to finalize my claim to discuss a refund. I eventually shipped the broken phone as instructed but later found out I was being pushed to accept the refurbished phone, contrary to what I was promised. I followed the instructions given, hoping to receive a Walmart card equivalent to my original phone's value. I never agreed to the refurbished phone option and am disappointed by the way the situation was handled. I trust this matter will be resolved as initially discussed.

I bought a Consumer Cellular Phone from Target on 10/22/[redacted]. I returned it today (11/01/[redacted]) due to malfunctions. I also got a Square Trade Warranty. Target refunded my credit card for the phone but said I have to contact you for the warranty refund. I called but was redirected to Consumer Cellular and got disconnected. I just need a refund.

I recently had a Samsung J3 with one of your protection plans for less than 2 weeks which I returned on July 10, [redacted]. Despite this, I have been charged $8.50 monthly for 28 months, totaling $[redacted] for a plan on a phone I no longer own. I request an immediate refund for these charges. Please only communicate via email due to my preference for written correspondence and I do not answer unknown calls. I purchased an Asus 2-in-1 computer last November with a 3-year warranty from Amazon. Unfortunately, the computer has stopped working, and Amazon advised me to contact Square Trade. I've reached out to them multiple times but haven't been successful. I am an older woman with various medical challenges, preparing to move in nine days. I urgently need assistance in receiving a replacement as soon as possible so someone can transfer my data to a new device before I leave. I have a 3-year warranty with a number [redacted]. The computer is an Asus 2-in-1, bought through Amazon with the warranty. It has various issues and is non-functional. I've consulted experts who confirmed it needs replacement. I've already arranged for the malfunctioning computer to be inspected by a computer company. Please contact me promptly at [redacted]. I am desperate for help and can't reach anyone in the USA despite being directed to do so. I eagerly await your response and support.

I filed a claim on September 13, [redacted], with authorization for my saw's repair through my insurance. The online status queue showed it was paid, but I hadn't received the payment. When I contacted Square Trade Help on 11/18/[redacted], I was informed that my claim was denied on 13th September. They had sent the denial email to an incorrect address. The reason for denial was that the receipt for repair was handwritten and not computer-generated. I explained the company only had a handwritten receipt but it had all necessary details for validation. Even after attempting to resubmit online as advised, I faced issues due to wrong format (XML instead of PDF or JPEG). Despite multiple tries and unhelpful assistance, including a failed link for resubmission, I was eventually told to file a new claim as the old one had expired. The experience left me frustrated as there was no resolution to my claim, with poor assistance from the customer service team. I insist on proper handling of my claim.

I have an existing claim number #[redacted]35 for an Acer Spin 1 with a previous broken screen. The repair was verified on 12/17/19 and I received the device back on 12/20/21. Upon inspection, I noticed that the touch screen is not functioning correctly. Although the screen itself is repaired and functional, the touch feature is not working. I have all the necessary paperwork from the initial claim, but I am uncertain about the next steps. Should I request a new claim number for this issue? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have a question about the warranties I purchased for Christmas presents. I'm unsure which warranty corresponds to each present. For example, I bought a "GoPro" camera for my son and have the "coverage info" with a "plan number" [redacted][redacted]. Could you confirm if this is the correct warranty for the camera? I eagerly await your reply. If necessary, you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. -BE

I purchased a VonHaus Random Orbital sander from Amazon on December 31, [redacted], Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. While using it today, I noticed that a rubber ring between the rotating disc and the impeller shaft came loose and was spinning around when the sander was on. I disassembled it to reattach the rubber ring, but it came off again when I tested it. I would appreciate a replacement for this issue.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with an eBay purchase. I bought a Rado watch last weekend but mistakenly ordered the wrong model. I contacted the seller right away to cancel the order and later found and bought the correct watch from a different listing. I had also purchased a three-year Square Trade protection plan for the first watch. I attempted to cancel and get a refund, but was informed that it wasn't possible since the plan details had been emailed to me already. Since the protection plan doesn't apply to the cancelled item, I am hoping to either receive a refund or transfer the plan to the new watch, which happens to be the same price and brand, Rado watch for $[redacted]. Below are the details of the protection plan I bought: PROTECTION PLAN DETAILS Coverage Term: 3 Year(s) Coverage Start Date*: 02/10/[redacted] Coverage End Date: 02/10/[redacted] Waiting Period: 1 day from plan purchase Plan Number: [redacted][redacted] Coverage Type: Standard Only Coverage Amount**: Up to item's purchase price, exclusive of taxes and fees DEVICE DETAILS Covered Product: Watch PROTECTION PLAN PRICE Plan Price: $25.99 Deductible: 0 Additionally, here are the details of the watch I bought: Vintage Rado Diastar Automatic 36 MM Gold Plated White Diamond Men's Wri... I only noticed this after 7 hours and now need reimbursement for the spoiled food. I am upset and urgently need someone to come fix the cooling in both sections. Square Trade has been causing me a lot of frustration regarding my printer refund. Despite multiple phone calls, I continue to receive the runaround. I initially sent a copy of my receipt via mail, which they received, but now they claim it's not acceptable and request another copy. This has been a significant source of stress for me, affecting my sleep and well-being. The situation is further complicated by their mislabeling of my printer as a shredder in the plan details. I am eager for this ordeal to be resolved promptly.

I am frustrated with my Motorola phone and the process of trying to register it for a replacement with your company. I have spent over an hour on my phone trying to get this resolved. I am considering switching to another cellular company due to the difficulties I have faced. I followed all the instructions provided but still encountered issues. This experience has been disappointing and has made me doubt the quality of your service.

My ZTE 559DL is malfunctioning and not taking a charge; it's only 3 months from the purchase date. I can't access the phone, so please ship a new one to Martin at [redacted] Fairway Dr, Miami Springs, FL [redacted]. I'm with Consumer Cellular and would like a phone from a different manufacturer for the same price. I can't receive emails or phone calls at the moment. I have SquareTrade insurance. If possible, just send the phone and ask Farah from the Teen Mom show to accept the package; she is my daughter staying at Extended Stay America hotel. Thank you, or speak to Alexis.

CLAIM ID: [redacted]33 I have been in touch with a repair center in Huntsville concerning my TV malfunction. They explained that the issue is likely a backlighting LCD in a set of LCDs connected in series. To prevent future failures, it is recommended to replace all sets when one fails. I fear that Square Trade may only replace the faulty set. I was disappointed that Square Trade did not offer to reimburse me based on standard repair costs after I shared a video demonstrating the TV issue. The local repair person confirmed that Square Trade understood the problem from the video. Despite providing the necessary video and label images, Square Trade claims it requires more information. I am unsure what further details are needed. Please assist in resolving this matter promptly as my frustration with the lack of progress is increasing.

I bought a 3-year warranty for a food dehydrator on 6/16/20 for $49.99. The order number is: 23-05[redacted]7. I have not received any communication from SquareTrade regarding the warranty. I reached out to squaretradeus, and although they claim to have sent the contract on the original order confirmation, I have not received anything. When checking the status, it shows "shipped." The email I received mentioned a digital copy of the contract, but I never got any email, link, or confirmation. Can you assist me with this issue and confirm if my item is covered under the warranty? Thank you, David Christie.

I previously submitted a claim for a PC monitor purchased in October [redacted]. I contacted SquareTrade for assistance this year regarding my damaged monitor. They confirmed my eligibility for a claim refund as the monitor was unrepairable. I got an email on February 19th stating my payment was being processed to my specified address. The email address for communication regarding this claim is [redacted], as my cousin bought the monitor. If possible, I prefer responses to my email, [redacted] If necessary, replies can go to [redacted] I am eager to know about my payment status and any steps needed to receive it promptly.
