I have made multiple attempts to contact support without success. Please assist me in reactivating my account promptly as it is essential to me. After logging out, I was unable to log back in using the new password. The challenge lies in the fact that my cellphone number is not linked to my account and my connected email is no longer in use. Despite reaching out to Snapchat Help, I was informed that due to safety reasons, retrieving my account might not be possible. Yesterday, I purchased a used iPhone from a marketplace and set it up with all my apps. Shortly after using Snapchat, I was logged out and informed of a temporary ban. Following the unlock process, I was notified that my account had been permanently locked for violating Snapchat's terms of service. On November 28th, my account was banned permanently. I received notice that it was due to a violation of community guidelines, but I believe this is an error. I thoroughly reviewed the Community Guidelines and am confident I did not breach any policies, including those related to harassment, inappropriate content, illegal activities, terrorism, or unauthorized apps. Not only is my account inaccessible, but my device has also been restricted, preventing me from creating a new account using my previous number or email. After managing to set up a new account, it was instantaneously banned upon my first login. This situation must be a misunderstanding, and I am requesting the restoration of my account access. Kindly lift the ban on my account or grant me the ability to establish a new account.

Three days ago, my Snapchat account @babyboyfive was hacked, and now it shows that my account is permanently locked. I urgently need my account back because it holds the only memories I have left of my deceased parents, who recently passed away in a car accident. I have no family left, and retrieving my videos and pictures of my parents is all I have. I did not do anything to warrant being permanently locked out, and I find it extremely unfair.

My account got banned for “violating the community guidelines.” I've been using Snapchat since I was 14 to capture some of the wildest moments in my life. With this ban, I've lost numerous memories, especially the ones of my late brother who passed away last year. We have very few photos together as it is, and now, with my account being banned, I have no photos left to remember him.

I am frustrated with the automated responses I've been receiving. It is mentally exhausting not knowing why my account is locked. Despite following the provided link to unlock my account, I was still left without access and still clueless about the reason behind it. After 7 years of using Snapchat without any violations, I can only assume it's a system error or hacking incident. I cherish the memories stored on the app, including those of late family members and pets, and it is heartbreaking to think they might be lost. I have never received any warnings before, so this sudden lockout has left me bewildered. I am desperate for assistance as all my attempts to resolve this issue independently have been futile. On Sunday, December 11, I deleted the Snapchat app from my phone due to a bug preventing me from adding or removing friends. Despite reporting the issue multiple times and updating the app, the problem persisted. Following a friend's advice, I tried to fix it by reinstalling the app and logging back in. However, this led to my account being temporarily locked. Despite following the unlock instructions, I encountered a loading loop and could not access my account. Customer service claims I engaged in illegal activity on my Snapchat, which is completely false. I have tried to appeal and even make a new account, but my phone is now blocked entirely. We had an [redacted]-day streak that we maintained diligently for years, totaling over [redacted] days. Suddenly, without any warning, our streak disappeared, resetting back to 3. None of us noticed any timer indication. Please restore our previous snap streak. Otherwise, my friend and I are considering deleting this app and spreading the word about this issue. I will continue to reach out until this problem is resolved.
