My tablet was stolen, and I would like to cancel the account under Orion M. Thank you. I would appreciate it if you could assist with this as tracking people all over the world is not the latest trend. Google did it first and then Facebook followed. I am extremely frustrated after spending hours on the phone. I have written about my issue 6-7 times, but they still can't understand. I feel like ripping everything out of the wall and sticking to old phones because of their incompetence. Despite repeating myself, they keep asking the same questions. One staff member didn't even know about the data saving piggy bank. I am paying good money for this service and it's a complete joke. I expect a phone call by ten o'clock tomorrow, or I will take this further. This is not a threat; I am just tired of dealing with unhelpful staff who don't even know their own products.

I attempted to troubleshoot the issue with John's Wi-Fi by turning it off and then back on. I entered the code, but it kept disconnecting, showing an error. Two orange lights were illuminated, and the end light remained orange. This has resulted in John being unable to connect to his Sky service, forcing him to watch regular TV. He has had previous issues and had Sky technicians visit a few weeks ago. Now the problem has resurfaced. John reached out for assistance promptly upon his return to his flat, as early as 10:50. Given his vulnerability, I believe urgent help is necessary. Another neighbor assisted him previously, but I suspect foul play from a different neighbor. Immediate assistance is needed, so please schedule a prompt visit to John's flat at number 44 Church Crescent.

Power went out in my house, and my new tablet was charging during that time. Now it won't turn on even though I've tried different outlets. Everything else is working fine. I'm really enjoying my new tablet and hope you can help me quickly. Thank you for your attention. My email is provided below.

I recently bought a phone from a Sky representative for $50 in cash two weeks ago. I was informed that the plan included unlimited web, calls, and texting, but unfortunately, it seems that was not accurate. My phone is experiencing slow speeds, taking 3 to 5 minutes to load or download anything. Moreover, I believe the phone is not worth the $50 investment. My Sky Elite T8 tablet is not connecting to my work network. I have attempted a reset and a reboot, but when I enter my work password, it briefly connects before immediately disconnecting. I also tried to forget the network, but it was unsuccessful. There are two identical icon shapes on the top bar of my tablet, one resembling a keyhole that forms into a square, and another showing a Wi-Fi symbol with a question mark instead of signal bars. I am curious about the meaning of these icons and if they are related to the connectivity issue. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this problem and if there is an active customer support phone number I can contact for assistance since my email inquiry has not been answered after two days.

I am experiencing an issue with my SKY A63 phone. It seems to have become corrupted and now it won't turn on properly. When I press the power button, it only displays the SKY page with a message at the top stating that the phone is corrupted. Despite pressing the power button as instructed, the phone keeps cycling on and off without progressing past this screen. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem as the phone is relatively new and I would like to continue using it.
