Hello, my account was temporarily restricted. I was asked to explain the purpose of using my account, if I have an online business, and my relationship with the individuals I was sending and receiving money from. After providing these details, I was then asked for further explanations about my transactions and relationships. I requested more specific information and expressed my disappointment with the way I was being treated and my questions were being ignored. Eventually, I received an email stating that my Skrill and Neteller accounts have been permanently closed, with funds in both accounts. Can someone please help me address this unprofessional behavior from customer support?

Today, I deposited funds into my account to transfer them to a foreign account, but encountered issues. I then attempted to withdraw the funds, only to have them rejected. Even after converting the euros to dollars for withdrawal, my requests were still denied. The withdrawal section stated that funds deposited with MasterCard couldn't be withdrawn using a Visa card. Despite this policy, my multiple attempts to use MasterCards for withdrawal were all rejected. This inconsistency is disheartening, as I had previously praised Skrill. Currently, I am unable to log in to my account, access my dashboard, or utilize the money transfer platform. My main request now is a refund of my funds to my linked card. The frustration and disappointment I am experiencing are immense.

I recently deposited funds from my bank to Skrill, which was accepted. Proceeded to transfer the amount to my forex trading broker successfully. After making profits and trying to withdraw, Skrill requested verification and then permanently closed my account without clarifying the whereabouts of my initial deposit. Why was I able to deposit without verification, but faced hurdles during withdrawal? Feeling unfairly treated and want my funds returned either to my broker or myself. Hello, I was eagerly awaiting your response to activate transactions on my account. Unfortunately, I received your message stating that you had not verified the documents. When I initially opened the account, I provided a photo of my face, a copy of my ID, and proof of address. You had sent me a MasterCard to my address before, but now you have suspended my account for verification purposes and returned the documents. However, I was not convinced by your response. I have resent the documents in multiple images. I hope you will activate transactions on my account so I can proceed with my work. I need to make transactions from the account. My Skrill account has been disabled because they are verifying some documents. It's been a few days, and I still haven't received a response. I have been using Skrill for months to receive money and transfer it overseas to my bank account in Brazil. However, there have been issues recently. I requested a $[redacted] withdrawal at the beginning of October, but it has been stuck in "Pending" status for weeks and then got cancelled, asking me to repeat the process. Now, the new withdrawal is facing the same issue. My attempts to contact them via email, phone, and Twitter have been unsuccessful. I have $[redacted] trapped in Skrill with no way to withdraw it. I want to transfer all the money to my account as before.

I had a Skrill account two years ago, but it was recently closed by the company for internal reasons. A client, iForex, transferred 38,[redacted] INR to my Skrill account on November 11th. On the same day, I requested Skrill to refund the funds to my bank account or return them to iForex. As of December 6th, I have not received my funds, and Skrill has not returned them to iForex either. Despite sending more than 20 emails to Skrill, I have only received one response stating that they will provide me with an update. Best regards, Amit Sur

Since December 12th, [redacted], I have been trying to verify my Skrill account. I attached the required pictures to the case I filed, as my mobile was stolen, and my laptop's webcam is broken. Now that I am pregnant and need to be hospitalized for my baby's well-being until my due date in March [redacted], I have been urging Skrill daily to complete the verification process or at least respond to my inquiry to no avail. I have been trying to reach Skrill customer service but all I get is a frustrating automated system that keeps looping me back to the language selection prompt. I entered my caller ID number as instructed, but it just repeats the same messages without allowing me to speak with a representative.
