Hello, I bought a $** Simple Mobile phone card, but some of the pin numbers are damaged. Despite reaching out multiple times through online chat and speaking with Macy, the manager, I haven't received any help. I have the card and the original receipt as proof of purchase, yet I'm stuck without a resolution. I hope this company isn't intentionally deceiving customers. Can someone please assist me in getting a replacement? They should be able to verify the purchase with the receipt, as the card is not activated until bought.

I am exhausted from attempting to refill my phone that I have had for three years. It has taken me almost an hour just to complete a simple refill. After clicking through countless blurry images, I keep getting error messages saying I did something wrong. If I am unable to successfully refill my phone within the next 15 minutes, I will have to consider canceling my service. Additionally, why have I been repeatedly notified about reaching data limits when I was under the impression of having limitless data? It is frustrating to constantly be pushed to purchase more data. It seems like your customer service needs improvement and I am disappointed as a loyal customer. This is my final attempt to get this sorted out.

I lost my iPhone and currently have three months of credit on my account. Despite attempts to activate different phones and buying two new SIM cards, I faced issues without service for about a month. As I rely on my phone for work, this situation has been immensely challenging. After numerous calls to customer service, I managed to restore my phone service. Yesterday, I paid my bill through your app. Somehow, my main phone number got deactivated. I contacted customer service for help and was on the phone for over 3 hours trying to resolve the issue. During the call, the number on my second line got changed, and now I am struggling to get it back to the original number. I urgently need my second line to be corrected and all the issues on my account fixed. I am a disabled individual with a heart condition, and my phone lines are crucial for me.

I am frustrated with my service provider. Despite paying for my plan and not using my phone much, I keep getting notifications that I've used all my data and need to pay more. I switched to cheaper plans because of this issue, but the internet speed slows down right away, prompting me to spend more. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am planning to switch to a different service provider. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone I know.

Our house was destroyed by a fire caused by a blown transformer in the alley and a live wire in our backyard. A kind woman gave me a T-Mobile phone, and when I visited Walgreens, an employee recommended the Simple Mobile SIM kit. She checked online to confirm compatibility since the kit only mentions "keep your own phone." After research, it was confirmed that the Simple Mobile SIM kit is compatible with T-Mobile.

My phone was stolen from a department store on the 6th of this month. I immediately called for assistance and have all the necessary information. However, every time I contact customer service without a transfer pin, I keep getting run around. My phone number is crucial as it authenticates a lot of my email and bank account information. After the ordeal I've been through due to losing my phone, I no longer wish to use Simple Mobile. I am able to access online and email.

Today my phone got disconnected right after my grandmother passed away. I need to arrange her funeral but I can't even afford the cremation, let alone my phone bill. I really need my phone to be on during this difficult time. I would deeply appreciate it if you could provide me with a short extension and reconnect my phone temporarily.
