I purchased a Sports Jacket from SportsFC.in on November 17, [redacted], for Rs [redacted] paid in advance. The terms stated it could take 60 to 90 days for delivery as items are imported from Thailand. After waiting for 60 days, I contacted customer service but got automated responses. They confirmed the 90-day waiting period. After waiting the full 90 days, I tried contacting customer support via email again. Unfortunately, I'm only receiving automated responses from the messenger bot and no human assistance. The website doesn't provide any other contact details besides the email address.

On March 18th, my bank statement indicates two charges of $29 each on account number [redacted]77 and [redacted]35. The incorrect charges caused my account to go negative, hindering the launch of my consulting services business website, client bookings, business email setup, and financial transactions. I am requesting a refund of $29 for at least one of the accounts promptly. The situation has disrupted my plans, especially for my Udemy online classes this month. I am eager for a resolution and a full refund for both charges to avoid further inconvenience. Please reimburse the funds to my debit card today. I placed an order in early April [redacted], but I have yet to receive it despite contacting the seller multiple times. They claim to have shipped it via USPS without tracking, which is unsettling as I have no way to verify. I registered for a trial with Shopify. Once the trial expired, I reached out via email to cancel. The representative who replied mentioned I needed to have the Shopify .com account details to proceed. I had not created or accessed my Shopify .com account so I couldn't provide those credentials. After contacting them again about the login issue, a different representative confirmed my account cancellation to prevent further charges. I informed them about the $[redacted] charge on my end, but it has been two weeks since they last replied, and I haven't received any response. I am seeking a complete refund from Shopify.

I placed an order with Room and Closet on April 7th for 3 items. I have only received 2 so far. I contacted their customer support and spoke to Kayla. I explained the situation, and she asked me to email a picture of the missing item, which I promptly did. Kayla mentioned she would follow up but never did. After calling back, another representative promised to get back to me but hasn't. Despite leaving multiple messages and emails, I have not received any responses. I even requested a refund if they cannot provide the missing item, but there has been no reply from them. My order number is A1960, and I spent approximately $[redacted] on the order.

I purchased a black and white houndstooth blazer from Ultamoden in February or March. My order number is US26831. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with them. Even after receiving multiple emails saying my order was being processed and on the way, I never received it. Jyoti from the Customer Care Team assured me it was coming, but it never did. Recently, I got an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order because they couldn't access orders or process refunds anymore. This is very upsetting and seems like a scam. I will be reporting this, and I hope for a quick response from Shopify as advised. It's frustrating to now receive newsletters from Ultamoden asking me to subscribe after this ordeal. Respectful customer service shouldn't be too much to ask for.

It has been more than 24 hours since my store was deactivated. Despite Kevin's initial response, the problem persists, and I have not heard back from the company. Due to this poor service, I have decided to cancel my account immediately. I request confirmation that my cancellation has been processed. Recently, I came across a few days before visiting this website. I ordered a watch from this website and also paid for it by Google Pay but have not received my watch till now. Since 6 to 7 days past after ordering and this website it is showing that the store is unavailable. I need help to recover my money or to get my watch delivered to me as soon as possible. Please look at my request and take an action against it.

Shopify unexpectedly closed my account, leaving me unable to access my data. Despite being a customer for five years, they provided no prior notice or explanation, citing security concerns. While I respect their decision, I urgently need access to my admin to retrieve my hard-earned data comprising years of product research and sourcing. With over 50,[redacted] SKUs at stake, starting from scratch would be a substantial setback. I am not requesting to make the site public again, just to recover my intellectual property accumulated over a decade of dedication. I am inquiring about the termination of our website by Shopify without a proper explanation. I have responded promptly to all emails received from Shopify. I notified them that the payouts for orders were paused and offered to provide proof of invoices from our supplier. Unfortunately, there was no response to my email, and the following day, both my administrative access and website were disabled with funds held in Shopify payments. This situation has left me unable to fulfill orders or process refunds due to the lack of access to customer shipping information. I feel extremely dissatisfied as the closure of our website by Shopify, along with the held funds, appears to be unjust. I urgently seek clarification on this matter. Subject: Issue with Partial Refund from Seller RK FOODS Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you about the partial refund of ₹[redacted] from seller RK FOODS, which was initially paid on 17th July through Razorpay for a total of ₹[redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, the remaining amount has not been refunded by the seller, and the items I ordered through their online portal with order #[redacted] have not been sent either. The seller appears to be issuing partial refunds and holding onto the balance without explanation. If this matter is not resolved by Razorpay, I am prepared to escalate it to cybercrime authorities. Hello, I opened a Shopify account in July, but I am concerned about someone with the initials YA accessing my account without my permission. I have only given my password to two authorized individuals, and YA is not one of them. I tried calling the number provided on the website, [redacted], but I was directed to email instead. I prefer speaking over the phone to address this privacy breach effectively. It is troubling that someone can access my account without my consent. I hired someone to manage our website but they have limited my access to our Shopify account. I believe I am paying too much considering I am doing most of the work. I intend to terminate this relationship but I am concerned about losing control of the Shopify account as it is vital to our business. Any suggestions on how to end this partnership without risking losing access to our Shopify account?

Dear Shopify Support, I have faced numerous challenges including family issues, health concerns, and unfortunate losses. Overcoming COVID-19 and memory loss has been a long journey for me. Recently, my computer broke, leading to the loss of essential passwords. Consequently, I had to recreate accounts and relearn how to run a business. Financially, I initially had $7,[redacted] to invest in my business, but due to supporting my grown children, I have depleted my resources. My credit has suffered, and I am left with a $[redacted] credit at PayPal. I urgently need to generate income from my store to afford a larger living space for my daughter's family who recently moved in with me. Although I enrolled in Shopify with the intention of being ready to learn, I underestimated the amount of time and concentration required. Additionally, health issues like deteriorating eyesight from excessive screen time have hindered my progress. I only realized recently that I have been charged by Shopify for six months without utilizing the service due to my circumstances. I have struggled to pay my credit card bills this month and will have to rely on PayPal credit in December. I have been charged $29 monthly for Shopify without using it. Could Shopify offer me credit for the unused period, allowing me to establish my store? If not, would it be possible to benefit from the $1 offer to restart my store? I recently launched a store on Shopify named travelgearfavorites.com but unfortunately, I can no longer access my email and password associated with it. The email linked to the account is [redacted] Due to insufficient funds in my bank account, I was unable to pay the monthly fees for the store, and Shopify charged me $29 last month. I urgently need to cancel this store. I wanted to modify the site's theme, change the URL, and diversify the products I sell. However, I am currently locked out of the account. If I can't regain access, I will have to terminate the store and create a new one.

Hello, I reached out to CRTZRTW regarding an order placed on November 25th with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, my bank mistakenly processed this order as a cashback without my authorization. I promptly provided proof of cancellation to the company when I received their email confirmation. However, CRTZRTW has informed me that the dispute is still ongoing, causing a delay in payment for my order. I have already cleared the credit card payment, including the transaction in question on the bill. Despite this, CRTZRTW has not yet resolved the issue, and my order remains unpaid. I am eager to receive the shipment after waiting for over a month. I request guidance on how to expedite the resolution of this matter.
