I had appointments on March 3, 8, 12, and 14. Despite being at home, I received emails stating that the technician couldn't find me. The tech visited multiple times but didn't fix the issue. Can I set up another appointment to address the warm freezer problem?

I had appointments set for March 3, March 8, March 12, and March 14, but I am puzzled because I was at home each day and received emails showing my front door, claiming that the technician had visited and found no one at home. Despite multiple visits, the issue of the warm freezer has not been resolved. The freezer temperature remains high at 20 degrees even though it is set to -1 degree. The appointments were made with Sears Home Services at 1-[redacted]-4-myhome. The refrigerator in question is a Kenmore side-by-side with the model number [redacted]*[redacted]. I would appreciate it if a new appointment could be scheduled to address this ongoing problem.

I received a replacement washer under warranty, and the parts the repairman ordered are still at my house. I'm unsure how to return the parts to Sears - will they send someone to pick them up? The parts left behind are worth more than the new washer. Unfortunately, the drum was unpacked by the repairmen without leaving a box. Since I didn't order the parts, I'm in need of a way for someone to collect them from my home. The package is too heavy for anyone here to lift. Please assist with arranging the pickup. For three consecutive Wednesdays, our scheduled appointments between 8 am and 3 pm have been canceled or rescheduled without notice. Despite confirmation messages today indicating service would be between 8 am and 3 pm, then 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm, and later 6:15 pm and 7 pm, we were notified at 6:59 pm that the appointment has been postponed to 9 days from now. The automated system lacks the option to speak with a helpful human representative.

On April 24th, I contacted Sears Warranty for assistance with my gas kitchen stove, as a member. Despite some complications, I eventually reached an operator, but there was a language barrier. After attempting to schedule a service appointment, I was informed the process was unsuccessful. The next day, on April 25th, when I contacted Sears again, I encountered issues with my credit card being declined twice, even though my card company confirmed no issues. The overall experience with Sears has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated to the point where I am considering closing my account.

I recently had a service call for my ice maker where a part was ordered and installed. Now, I am facing another issue with the bottom freezer not staying cold, and I suspect it might be the gasket causing this problem and preventing ice making. I had to schedule a second service call, but I believe it's all related. I would appreciate it if the same repairman who attended the first call could come back, as he is familiar with the situation. Can you arrange for him to take this service call as soon as possible? I am concerned about the food in the bottom freezer and would like to get this fixed promptly.

I scheduled a service with Sears Home Service, but unfortunately, they failed to show up without any prior contact. I rearranged my schedule and took a day off work to be available all day. Despite receiving reminder texts to be at home between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on Friday, no one arrived. I paid the $[redacted] deductible and fulfilled all requirements as a loyal customer on the appliance plan. Efforts to reach out to the service provider, including leaving messages during their business hours, have been unsuccessful. Jennifer Bowen from H&H appliance did contact us for washer details on June 15th, [redacted]. We are disappointed by the lack of service as we genuinely need assistance with our appliance covered under the Sears Home appliance plan, which we diligently pay for monthly.

I am frustrated with the situation. I canceled my Sears service appointment when the technician suggested I buy a new washer instead of repairing the one I bought 7 years ago. I have been charged over $[redacted] to date, even though I ended my warranty. The online customer service is unhelpful as they have an incorrect phone number on file, making it impossible to access my account. The company continues to charge my account despite no active warranty. It's a total scam, and I can't get anyone to address this issue.

We were informed by two customer service representatives that our dryer is irreparable. We were promised a list of available dryers to choose from. Despite being loyal Sears customers for over 30 years, we feel mistreated. A senior executive mentioned that Sears could not locate the part for our dryer and is seeking it from another vendor. Unfortunately, we have not been given updates on the repair progress. We fear receiving a part that may not fit our Sears Elite dryer, specifically the complete computer system. The lack of documentation or acknowledgment of our previous conversations adds to our frustration. We urgently need a resolution as we are left without a working dryer with uncertainty lingering. Despite a promise from a representative to waive one month of warranty payment, the senior executive denies any knowledge of this offer. After having a service technician check my LG washer on Monday for a burning rubber smell and loud spinning sound, I was told nothing was wrong. Despite the reassurance, the issue persisted. During a small load today, another burning smell emerged and smoke billowed out when I opened the door, leading me to call [redacted]. The fire department disconnected the machine. I'm very upset and eager to have it removed from my home and replaced promptly under my coverage.

In December [redacted], a Sears service representative ordered a replacement transmission and other parts for my lawn tractor, covered by a Sears Repair Protection Agreement. However, parts arrived in April [redacted]. An installation appointment was set for April 26, but the representative couldn't make it and rescheduled for May 24. The new representative mentioned that the appointment was billable to me due to the expired RPA in February [redacted]. Despite my refusal to pay, there have been ongoing discussions with the Sears warranty representative, who acknowledges the coverage. Despite monthly rescheduled appointments, the representative continually cancels and has even invoiced me over $[redacted] for parts, which I have also declined to pay.

We had an appointment scheduled for today, September 7, but the technician did not show up or call. We had to wait three weeks to get this appointment, and it is impossible to speak to a human representative. We were informed of a new appointment on September 21 without an apology or efforts to reschedule sooner. We rearranged our day for this appointment, but no one showed up or contacted us, and we cannot reach a human agent. The service is unacceptable, and we are very disappointed. We expect a generic response, and we are very dissatisfied with Sears. We will not be using their services again and will share our experience with others.

I have had a home warranty with Sears for many years. When our AC broke down in August in Arizona with temperatures reaching [redacted] degrees, we were told there was no one available to come for repairs. We were instructed to arrange the repair ourselves and would be reimbursed. After following the process and providing all necessary documentation, Sears has continuously refused to issue the reimbursement check. Despite multiple phone calls and sending the receipt numerous times, they claim not to have received it. It has been a frustrating ordeal since August, and I am considering seeking legal advice. The repair cost $[redacted], and I am still fighting to get this reimbursed with no resolution in sight. It's disheartening that they expect us to renew the warranty in January despite the current situation.
