Hello Saucony Customer Care, I hope you're having a good day. I'd like to share that your shoes have been incredibly helpful in managing my chronic pain. I struggle with various issues like herniated discs and stenosis, making it hard to find comfortable and supportive footwear. The Saucony women's Sapphire road running shoe has been a lifesaver for me, aiding me in staying active despite my conditions. Unfortunately, I'm now having trouble finding this shoe and facing financial hardships due to being unable to work regularly. I fear that without proper shoes, my health might deteriorate further. I usually search for coupons to afford these shoes, but the cost is still a challenge for me. I'm reaching out to see if there are any assistance programs available given my circumstances. I've always been a fan of Saucony and recommended your products to others. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle and potentially aid in my recovery process. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Veronica N. This is my second pair of Saucony shoes that have failed in the same spot. The first pair wore out quickly but I managed to still get some use out of them. However, the second pair, which my family gifted to me, is already falling apart in the front sides' mesh area with minimal use. Despite my efforts to preserve them by wearing my old pair, the new ones are only 5 months old and have been worn about 15-20 times. The tongue tag still looks new, and the sole is in excellent condition. The tag indicates Mens [redacted]-1 USA 9, and they were bought directly from Saucony. I am disappointed by the poor quality of the uppers, as I have come across similar complaints online about this issue. I initially believed I had found a great pair of shoes, but if this is the standard of "quality" from Saucony, I may need to look elsewhere. Feeling frustrated.

On August 31, [redacted], my wife and I bought a pair of Saucony shoes each on sale, spending $[redacted].30 total. We like the shoes but I've noticed a hole by my pinky toe after only 5-6 months of wear, which is disappointing. This hasn't happened with my previous Saucony shoes. My wife's shoes are starting to show similar wear. We use them for everyday wear, not rigorous activities. I don't have the receipt but can provide my credit card statement as proof of purchase from a Saucony store. I'm wondering why this happened and what can be done to address it. Thank you for your attention. Tim

I am upset because I bought a pair of SAUCONY JAZZ 81 BLACK SILVER sneakers on 02/06/[redacted], and about two months ago, a small hole started to appear at the tip of the shoe, where the big toe is, on both shoes. This hole has been growing, revealing the sock. It's incredible that such an expensive shoe only lasted less than a year... I went to the store where I purchased them, and they told me they are used. Of course, I used them, that's why I bought them, but I paid €[redacted] because I expected them to last longer. I buy in-store, not online (where I would have spent half the price) for the security that they would take responsibility if something happened. This has never happened with this brand before; it seems like a manufacturing defect. I left the sneakers at SNIKER store in OURENSE (GALICIA - SPAIN) on 25/03/[redacted] for them to handle the return or exchange for a new pair. I have sent a photo of the purchase receipt and the receipt showing the sneakers are at the store. I hope this gets resolved quickly because I need them. I am used to a two-year warranty with GEOX, another brand my family and I use, so I hope you offer at least a one-year warranty. I prefer to resolve this without involving consumer affairs. Thank you. Regards, M.P.

Hello, I would like to share my feedback on a recent purchase. In late July, I bought a pair of Kinvara 14 sneakers. Starting in late August, I have been wearing them to work as a physical therapist. These sneakers are worn indoors and only used to walk to and from my car. Despite this, they are already showing wear and tear. I have been a loyal Saucony customer and have always been satisfied with my purchases, but this time I am let down.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a pair of Saucony shoes I purchased a few months ago. The sole on one shoe is peeling off at the toe, and the back top part of the right shoe collapses when I try to step into it, requiring me to adjust it before wearing. The lining in both shoes at the toe feels thin or irregular. I suspect the pair I received is defective and would appreciate a replacement.
