Saucony offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 45 days of the original purchase date. The product must be in unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Returns are refunded to the original method of payment, while exchanges allow you to select a different size, color, or style of the same item.
