My name is Alice Summey, and my birthday is 02/18/[redacted]. My old phone number, (the phone that got damaged), is 1-[redacted]. During a trip to visit my daughter who lives two hours away, my phone and tablet ended up on the floorboard of my car, which had water in it due to a leak. Unfortunately, both devices were damaged. I need them replaced as I rely on them to work from home. Thank you for your assistance. - Alice Summer

My old phone is not recognizing the SIM card, resulting in no phone service or text messages at all. The SIM number that is not functioning on the old phone is TF256PSV97M(?M): #[redacted][redacted]. The original phone was a Galaxy Crown 7J, and the new phone is an Android 11 Pixel 2XL. I need a new SIM card for the new phone as the old one is not compatible. I have tried to have someone call to get a new SIM card with no success. Unfortunately, I cannot call for assistance unless I find a payphone. Once I have the new phone SIM card number, I will update it here. Thank you.

Recently, my phone has been giving me trouble because it's running out of memory. I decided to purchase a new SafeLink-compatible phone and a BYOP SIM card from Walmart to resolve the issue. However, when I tried to activate the phone, I found out it wasn't compatible with my area code, resulting in me being unable to return the phone and losing $[redacted]. Following a technician's advice, I bought another phone from the SafeLink website that was supposed to be compatible. When I received the new phone after paying for overnight shipping, I immediately called SafeLink customer support to activate it. After being on the phone with the technician for about half an hour, they assured me everything would switch over to the new phone after the call ended, and I just needed to restart it once the service was lost on my current phone. Despite scheduling a call back for further assistance four hours later, I received an automated call saying they were closed. Frustrated by the lack of support, spending almost $[redacted], and still not having the new phone active after a week, I rely on my phone for commuting and work in Louisville, KY. I have followed all instructions and gotten no assistance and feel unsure if the issue lies with the phone's compatibility or SafeLink's activation process. I urgently need my new phone activated to avoid being without communication in Louisville. I suspect it may just be a minor issue, but I can't seem to get the technical support I need to resolve it. Furthermore, I am unsure how to file a formal complaint as there is no email provided for that purpose.

I have encountered an issue where I have made four phone calls, yet no one has been able to assist in transferring my phone number from my old SafeLink phone to my new one. Each time I am told to provide an alternate phone number for them to contact me on, which I do not possess, as this is my sole phone. It is frustrating to be told repeatedly that I require another phone to proceed with the transfer. Please reach out to me to provide an explanation for this requirement, as it seems counterintuitive for individuals who solely rely on your service. You can contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - K.B. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I'm Amanda Peters. My enrollment number is [redacted]04. My Safelink number was [redacted], but it was stolen. I've contacted Safelink customer service, and they are sending me a replacement phone. However, I'm unsure if my number will remain the same. I was given a ticket order number for my replacement Samsung Note 9, which I should receive in 3 to 5 business days. I'm supposed to have Lifeline and ACP services together with unlimited talk, text, data, and hotspot, but I'm experiencing issues with my account. Despite updating my email with customer service, I haven't been receiving any emails from Safelink. Also, when I try to track my replacement phone with the ticket order number, it says there is no order associated with my account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving these problems. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Amanda Peters, a Safelink customer with enrollment number [redacted]04. I recently had my phone, with number [redacted], stolen and spoke with customer service to request a replacement Samsung Note 9. They advised me it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. It has been around 3 to 4 days now, but my concern is I haven't been receiving any Safelink emails despite updating my email address with both customer service and online myself. I attempted to track my order using the ticket order number provided, but it seems there is no order linked to my account. I also expected to receive benefits like unlimited talk, text, data, a lifeline, and an ACP free laptop bundle, but so far, I haven't received these or been informed about them. I would appreciate assistance in resolving these issues as I'm unable to receive calls on my current text-only number, preventing me from completing verification. Thank you.

I am currently trying to contact the Safelink Wireless Administration in Miami, Florida as I have encountered issues with Customer Service. My iPhone 6 needed to be replaced, so I obtained an iPhone 15Pro, which uses eSIM instead of a Physical SIM Card. Both Safelink and TracFone have advised me that I need a slot for a Physical SIM Card to access their services. Given that the industry is transitioning towards eSIM, I am puzzled about their future plans. Could you please provide me with a local telephone number for Safelink Wireless in Miami, Florida? Thank you. - Adventureman J.

My SafeLink phone was taken during a domestic dispute. I don't know its current whereabouts but it was last known to be in Pueblo, CO near zip code [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't use Find My Device as I can't access the Google account on it. The phone number is [redacted] and it was last used around October 10th-11th. While I don't have the serial number, I know it's a Nokia [redacted]. The email on the account is [redacted], but I can't access that email at the moment.

I have been a SafeLink Lifeline customer for over four years, but my service was unexpectedly terminated due to an accusation of having a dual account. Despite my repeated calls to Customer Service, I have been unable to effectively communicate my situation as the representatives are not listening to my explanations and the language barrier is challenging. As a Cancer Patient with Sickle Cell Anemia, the disruption in my phone service is critical for my medical treatment. Fortunately, I have recently been approved for the ACP Program designed to assist individuals in my circumstances. The inability to use my phone in case of a medical emergency, especially considering that I am on blood thinners and require prompt medical attention, is troubling. This situation even affected my confirmation with Community Transportation for an upcoming Oncologist appointment. I hope the staff can rectify the issue promptly.

There was an error when my account got cut off, and I had to reapply. After doing so, I was approved again. There seems to have been a misunderstanding because of a language barrier with the customer service representative who inadvertently opened a dual account for me. This language issue is the primary concern as the dialect of English spoken is not clear. It appears that during training, the importance of listening to the client was overlooked. Thankfully, Mrs. Valerie from the National Verifier has escalated my application. As a cancer patient with sickle cell anemia, my phone is essential to me. However, the customer service representative is now attempting to reject my new application. My phone number is [redacted]. I have been using my phone for a minimum of four years. I want to ensure that Track Phone and SafeLink are aware that any harm or inconvenience caused by this situation will be their responsibility.

I recently reactivated my service less than 48 hours ago, but it has already been disconnected. My phone's battery is not working, and this is the third time within 90 days that my phone has been disconnected. Despite being told to contact different services, my phone continues to be cut off. I need to know the steps to keep my phone on and how to obtain a new device since the one I received is broken. Additionally, I am experiencing an issue with the server connection. Thank you.

I recently transferred my Gree Government Lifeline service from Qlink to your company. However, I have only received my Lifeline benefit and should also be receiving my Acp benefit. My Lifeline application included eligibility for Data, which I have not had access to for a week since switching to your service. I have contacted customer support multiple times to resolve this issue without success. If this is not rectified immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. I have received emails and texts stating that the Lifeline and Acp benefits I requested have been added, but the Data benefit is still missing.

I have unfortunately lost my phone, which is a first-time occurrence for me. I am part of the affordable connectivity program and rely on it for a means of communication since I do not have access to transportation. Without my phone, I am unable to contact my family or emergency services. I hope that given the unusual circumstances, I can be credited with a replacement phone as I cannot afford to purchase a new one at this time.

I unfortunately had my SafeLink cell phone stolen, and it was my main means of communication, especially with my dad's doctors after his recent surgery. I urgently need to cancel my old phone and get a new one to continue receiving updates about my dad's appointments. I have been a loyal customer for an extended period and have always appreciated your services. I kindly request a new phone, SIM card, and a complete cellphone plan from you. Your assistance in replacing my stolen phone and cancelling the old plan would be immensely helpful to me during this difficult time.
