I am reaching out regarding the missing luggage from flight FR [redacted] departing from Stansted to Rome on 26/07/23 on behalf of my parents. At Stansted Airport, the luggage was removed due to a broken conveyor belt while they were boarding. Upon arrival in Rome, their luggage did not make it on the same or subsequent Ryanair flights. Attempts to resolve this with Ryanair have been unsuccessful, as they point them back to Stansted Airport. Conversely, Stansted Airport suggests contacting Ryanair. How can they retrieve their belongings? They departed for a 2-week holiday by ship without any spare clothing or essentials.

My name is Paul O. from Vienna, Austria. I want to address the delay of my flight FR [redacted] from OTP to VIE on 26.07.[redacted]. The flight was delayed two hours without any prior notice. This delay resulted in a difficult situation for me during my vacation in Romania where I suffered from a severe heatstroke. If I had been informed of the delay, I would have waited outside for fresh air. The lack of notification put my health at risk due to the insufficient facilities at the airport (no air conditioning) and the lack of assistance from Ryanair. I am requesting a compensation of [redacted]€ for the inconvenience caused. If my demands are not met, I will seek legal advice to address this issue. You can reach me at [redacted] I expect a full refund of my flight expenses and compensation for the impact on my health. Failure to address this matter will result in legal action.

My luggage went missing during my flight to Oslo Torp on July 26th. Despite contacting Ryanair for help multiple times, the baggage couldn't be located. I escalated the issue at Oslo Torp airport and discovered that the luggage had been sent back to Stansted. Recently, I was contacted by someone from Ryanair without an identification number who informed me that they have my luggage. They assured me it will be sent to Szczecin Goleniów airport in Poland on July 29th, where I requested it to be delivered. My booking number is QKYQWD, and the property irregularity reference number is TRFFR18213. - Agnieszka M.

I am an 80-year-old traveler feeling confused! My friend, H., mistakenly booked our flights to Malaga through Stanstead Airport's website instead of directly through yours. Our booking reference is GFJ2XC. We each carry a 10kg bag we plan to take onboard. However, Ryanair sent two emails confirming our booking and seat reservations, mentioning a 10kg check-in bag for each of us. I wonder if this means we can't proceed directly to security with our bags for boarding.

Our flight from Stansted to Alicante arrived at 11:00 on Wednesday, the 26th, but unfortunately, our baggage did not arrive. We had checked in two bags. One of them is a large pink Samsonite suitcase containing clothes for all five family members, toiletries, some Euros, my wife's heart medicine, and other holiday essentials. It has been 8 days without our belongings, and we have no information on when we will receive the luggage.
I am seeking guidance on the process for claiming this lost baggage and how to request a refund for the baggage fees paid. Additionally, I would like to understand how we can be compensated for the need to purchase essential items like clothing and toiletries while we wait for our belongings to be returned.

Good morning! I noticed a mistake regarding the luggage allowance for my upcoming flight FR [redacted] on Ma 07 Aug from Tel Aviv to Brussels Charleroi. Seats 16D, 16F, 16E Krakow. The booking indicates 10 kg of hand luggage, but I only ordered two pieces of hand luggage. Additionally, it shows 2 x 10 kg of luggage to be stored in the plane, which I did not request. I actually would like 20 kg of checked luggage. Could you please verify and rectify this error? Also, I would appreciate information about the luggage allowance for our return flight on the 14th of August. Thank you.

I reserved a flight for my wife and child to Leeds from Dublin at the end of August on the 23rd. I made the booking through my app in May. However, the confirmation was sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to. After contacting Ryanair support, they were unable to provide me with the flight details due to mismatching card information. This is frustrating as I have already paid for the booking. The support person only gave me three possible flight times to guess from. I'm at a loss for what to do next. Please assist me promptly. Thank you, Peter C.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was on flight FR7072 from Dublin to Porto on Tuesday, August 8, [redacted]. When I arrived in Porto, my child Kai's Silver Cross black pram was not sent through the baggage system. Despite waiting over two hours and seeking assistance at the lost and found desk, the language barrier made it difficult for me to communicate effectively. This was a new and expensive pram that I need for my son during our holiday.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the airport without the pram due to my mother's health condition. She had been without food for over two hours and needed immediate attention as she is diabetic. As a single parent with a limited income, the cost of the pram was significant. The staff on the plane did not allow me to stow it in the overhead locker, resulting in it being placed in the hold and subsequently lost.
Please advise me on how I can proceed and help retrieve my pram.
Kind regards,
Emma Morgan

Dear Sir or Madam,
On 04/08/[redacted] at Palma de Mallorca Airport, I tried to purchase a ticket to Berlin. I called a number for RyanAirline that I found on Google. The man on the phone booked the flight for 17:50 from Palma to Berlin. When it came time to pay, my card was declined. He suggested I install MoonPay, which I did. He tried to charge the full amount, which didn't work. He then suggested we try a smaller amount for security reasons. We attempted [redacted] Euros. It seemed like the payment didn't go through, but in fact, [redacted] Euros were deducted from my Visa and sent to the recipient's account via MoonPay.
I have all the details here.
I'm hoping for a prompt response so I can provide you with all the information needed to process a refund for me.
Kind regards,
Jasmina Panic

I made a booking through EDreams for a flight to Seville for my son, N.S., on August 10th. Ryanair sent me a message stating that my booking is blocked and requires verification. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to verify the ID successfully. I need assistance with this issue. Thank you.

On July 17, we were charged at London-Stansted by the lady at the desk where we were supposed to pick up our tickets, as we had checked in online long before our flight from Bucharest to Faro, Portugal through London Stansted airport. She charged us [redacted] GBP, equivalent to [redacted].50 Canadian dollars. She admitted her mistake and promised to refund the amount after our check-in, but this has not happened. When we inquired at Ryanair on our way back from Faro, the customer service representative mentioned the transaction was still pending. It is now August 11, and your company has yet to honor the transaction. If prompt action is not taken, I will escalate this matter further until I receive my refund. I refuse to pay for the lady's mistake, and this situation is both frustrating and infuriating. I trust this message will lead to a resolution.

I encountered an issue this morning when trying to check-in via the Ryanair App. Upon entering passport details for each passenger, I was prompted to select a baggage option in order to proceed with check-in. Despite already having purchased baggage allowance when booking the flights (x10kg and x20kg per passenger), I was compelled to choose one of the three options presented, amounting to £[redacted].00 per passport. I subsequently contacted Ryanair and spoke with an agent named Darek at 10:11 am to request a refund. The inability to opt out of the additional payment on the App is concerning, as customers are forced to select an option. This lack of flexibility complicates the process unnecessarily. I am seeking a refund of £[redacted].00 due to having already paid for baggage allowance at the time of booking.

I made a payment for booking verification but am stuck at the Liveness Verification stage. I submitted my passport photo and took a selfie, but when waiting for the next step, I received an error message saying "Server is unavailable. Try again or contact the support team." Unfortunately, there seems to be no human support team, only a bot named Molli that redirects me back to verification. I've attempted this process four times already with no success. Seeking guidance on what to do next.

Hello, I am writing regarding a letter sent on April 26th with no updates since. We experienced issues during check-in for our flight N° DJI5VK from Helsinki, Finland, to Beauvais, France, resulting in the inability to register and book luggage. Despite making full payments, we encountered unforeseen problems. Furthermore, my friend faced unexpected luggage charges just before boarding, even though it was covered with the ticket. I have submitted messages, proof of payment, and luggage pictures over 4 months ago, yet there has been no response regarding refunds for the €90.99 x 2 and the €4.20 for the letter sent (Ref. LS[redacted]15FR). Numerous chats and emails have been exchanged, but I am disappointed by the lack of reaction from your end. I hope for a positive resolution soon. Regards, Francine R.

Our flight was canceled today with very short notice given last night. We attempted to reach out through their live chat and made several unsuccessful calls to customer service. Upon arriving at the airport, we sought assistance from Ryanair but couldn't find anyone available. Despite our efforts to manage our booking, no options were presented. We have a crucial appointment at the London embassy today for our 4-month-old baby. We urgently need rerouting or booking on the earliest flight to London today. Please assist us with this matter as it's challenging to secure appointments, and all expenses are already covered.

I tried booking flights from Sofia to Chania for September 16th to 24th. I'm using my NZ Visa card but changed the online code phone number to a local one while in Bulgaria. My bank confirmed the change, but on the Ryanair website, it still sends the code to my NZ number. Bank customer service advised me to contact the airline. How can I pay for the tickets? Thank you, Nelly.

Hello,
I am reaching out to Ryanair requesting a refund for a new ticket priced at €[redacted], which I had to purchase due to my cancelled Ryanair flight from Berlin to Dublin last Monday, August 28th, due to a technical issue. I received a message instructing me to keep receipts and that either Ryanair or I would find an alternative flight, which unfortunately they were unable to provide. I ended up booking a flight with Airlingus for €[redacted], as well as incurring additional costs for travel to the airport on Monday, return on Tuesday, and accommodation. As an 18-year-old college student working for the past four weeks, this unexpected expense is financially burdensome. Unfortunately, my mother, who suffers from chronic Spasmodic Dysphonia requiring treatment every three months in Luxembourg, cannot assist me financially due to the extensive healthcare costs not covered by insurance. These unforeseen circumstances have placed me in a difficult financial situation, and I kindly request that Ryanair consider refunding the €[redacted] for the replacement flight. I have attached receipts and documentation outlining our situation and sincerely hope for a positive resolution.
Best regards,
Alex Reilly

Good afternoon, my name is Haiane Nalbandian.
My family and I had a flight scheduled from Rome to Edinburgh on 28th August [redacted] at 14:25 local time.
Our flight was unexpectedly canceled, and we were offered alternative flights from different cities. Airport staff suggested we take a train to Bologna instead.
They mentioned that the expenses for this journey (Rome to Bologna train) would be refunded by the airline. They advised us to reach out to the airline, provide details, and attach the train tickets for confirmation.
I would appreciate guidance on how to pursue this compensation. Thank you.

I recently booked a flight with Ryanair through an agency and encountered issues with the verification process, specifically the ID doc check. Despite attempting both express and standard verification multiple times and ensuring all provided information is accurate, I have been unsuccessful. I sought assistance at the airport check-in desk but was unsuccessful. With my flight scheduled for the 5th, I am in urgent need of help.

My baggage was lost on a Ryanair flight to Malaga on June 11th. It hasn't been found yet, and I just need an email confirming my case is considered lost. Despite numerous calls to the call center and emails, I'm not getting many responses through the app which is disappointing. My insurance requires that confirmation before they can assist. I recently had surgery before the trip and had no clothes for 11 days. I had to buy new clothing which is adding stress as I had all new clothes in my luggage. My insurance from Lloyds Bank is comprehensive but the email from Ryanair is needed to proceed. Can someone please help us with this? Thank you.
