I am Vasile Daniel Pavel. Tomorrow, I have a flight from Iasi to Paris with Wizzair and then from Paris to Belfast International with Ryanair. I have been struggling for hours to verify my identity as requested by Ryanair via email link. Despite following all the instructions on the link, including providing my bank details for the 59pence fee, it still shows as pending on my bank account, causing confusion. As I prepare to travel with my three children shortly, I am unable to check-in with Ryanair. I am hesitant to pay €55 for myself and €55 each for my children in Paris. I urge Ryanair to accept the 59pence rather than charging us significant fees in Paris. I am desperate for assistance as phone calls have not been successful, and I want to ensure my children's safe journey home without incurring high costs. My booking reference is NKHW2A. ich habe kürzlich einen Flug von Hamburg nach Mallorca mit der Reservierungsnummer CNT3PE gebucht. Nachdem ich keine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten hatte, kontaktierte ich Ihre Service-Hotline +[redacted]56 am 24.06. Leider gab es anscheinend ein Problem mit der Buchung. Ihr Mitarbeiter bat um meine Kreditkartennummer, um die Buchung erneut durchzuführen. Nach erfolgter Transaktionsnummer und Bestätigung kam es zu Schwierigkeiten und eine weitere Buchung wurde versucht. Allerdings erhielten wir immer noch keine Bestätigung. Später stellte sich heraus, dass am 24.06.[redacted] zwei Beträge von meiner VISA CARD abgebucht wurden, einer zugunsten von Mercuryo über [redacted],00 Euro und der andere an ManyAmber über [redacted],00 Euro.
Wir bitten um Klärung und Bestätigung, ob die Zahlungen bei Ihnen angekommen sind, da wir unterschiedliche Informationen erhalten haben.

I need assistance with my flight booking from Zadar to Gdansk on the 20th of July, [redacted], from 12:40 to 14:40. There seems to be a technical error on the Ryanair website as I have ended up with two bookings under my name. The payment was only processed for one booking - DI1QSJ.

I have never seen anything like this in my life.
They did not offer any meal tickets, water, or transportation to Beauvais as promised from the beginning.
They kept you in Iași until almost 3 o'clock...
They were almost faster with the bus!!!

Yesterday, on 04/07/23 at 8:15 am, my flight from Iași to Beauvais was delayed until after 2 o'clock. No meal vouchers or even water were provided. Then, I was told we would depart to Belgium at Lege Airport where buses would be waiting to take us to Paris Beauvais Airport. Upon arrival at Lege, we were informed that they had no buses available and suggested we go to the hotels they offered but pay for the taxi ourselves. My 67-year-old mother and I were stranded at Lege airport! Now, I have to find transportation to get to Paris. It was a terrible journey and experience. I request a refund for the tickets and compensation for the distress caused. If not, I will file a complaint and take legal action for not being taken to the final destination and leaving everyone stranded in a foreign country!

I made a booking for a round trip flight from Nottingham to Bergamo on May 25.
However, on July 5, I received an email informing me that the outbound flight (Flight [redacted]) scheduled for July 21 from Nottingham was canceled. To ensure I make it to Italy as planned, I rebooked the flight to depart from Manchester to Malpensa instead.
My return journey is currently set for August 13 from Bergamo to Nottingham. I would like to simplify my itinerary by changing the return flight to RK [redacted] on August 13, departing from Malpensa to Manchester, reducing the number of airports I fly to and from.
Could you assist in making this change to my return flight without any additional fees? I appreciate your help and I am not seeking a refund.

My spouse and I, Roza and Arkadi Parparov, are facing issues with our RyanAir confirmation code IGSFST during the verification process. Unfortunately, the system is not accepting our code, making it impossible for us to proceed with check-in. On July 11, I flew from Tel Aviv to Rome, but unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive with me. I promptly filed a claim with the lost and found department. Despite making numerous calls to the phone number provided on the form and sending several emails, I had no luck. On July 12, I did receive an email apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that my luggage had been located. I was assured that a courier would be in touch to return my belongings. However, despite my efforts like sending multiple emails and making countless calls, I have not heard anything since. With my departure from Italy approaching, I am feeling anxious about the situation and unsure of what steps to take next.

I encountered difficulties at Bergamo Airport in Milan, Italy, while returning to Hamburg, Germany. Initially, I was surprised by the requirement to pay at the airport check-in just two hours before the flight, and I had no payment method except for Paypal. Moments before the counter closed, a helpful employee assisted us, quickly processed the information, and urged us to rush to the gate. Despite arriving 20 minutes before departure, we were denied boarding by a rude gate attendant who claimed we were late, even though we had been there with time to spare, considering our last-minute check-in. We lodged a complaint at the airport and were advised by the police to seek compensation. I contacted the airline @raynair, provided the necessary details, but I am yet to receive a response. The financial losses incurred, including extra fees, hotel stay, rebooking tickets, and alternative travel expenses, amounted to a significant sum due to the inconvenience resulting in a long, stressful, and costly trip home. I appeal for a refund to address the losses incurred.

It states that swapping the first and last names can be done free of charge within 48 hours of booking if there was an error in the passenger details. I am currently submitting a claim online for booking number EPF7KB. The flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight to the US, resulting in additional expenses. These include €[redacted] for AerLingus fees, €[redacted].10 for accommodation at Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport, and meal costs of €26.75 on July 13 and €21.40 on July 14. Hello, my name is Zamour Naziha, I live in Belgium. On the 23rd of July, I took my flight from Lille to Marseille along with my husband and 4 children. We had to wait all night for our connecting flight to Morocco with Ryanair, flight code YW779U. I have always been satisfied with Ryanair, but this time during boarding, we encountered a very unpleasant crew member. When my 10-year-old daughter accidentally sat in the wrong seat, I tried to switch her with my 13-year-old daughter, but the crew member blocked me and was rude. Despite my attempts to explain in French, he only responded in English. Another passenger had to intervene in English, but the crew member insulted me in Italian without my knowledge. Being Italian, I understood him and when my husband defended me, things escalated. We were eventually kicked off the flight, even though other passengers shared our side of the story. Now stranded with 4 young children, we had to find accommodation for the night. We had to book a new flight to Oujda for €[redacted] the next morning, as there were no available flights to Nador. Additionally, the taxi to Nador will cost us €[redacted], and we are losing a day of vacation due to this unfortunate situation caused by one disrespectful individual. I have always praised Ryanair, but this experience was disappointing. I hope necessary actions will be taken as such disrespect is not acceptable in customer service.
