I have completed this form twice now, clearly stating my request. I am inquiring about the status of my parcels being sent to Australia from Langley, as they have been there for over 5 weeks. The information provided on your International Page regarding tracked parcels' delivery times seems inaccurate. I understand delays due to COVID-19, but this extended delay is becoming unreasonable, considering these are small packages. I have attempted to contact Royal Mail at [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] without success. While I appreciate the email update on your COVID-19 measures and services, it does not address my specific concern. - G.M.

Hello, I have a shipment from China via orangeconnex.com through eBay with a tracking number ES[redacted]654OW[redacted]1D0A, which has been transferred to Royal Mail. The address on the item is for Ademola Tope at Aramex House Old Bath Road Colnbrook LOS [redacted], Slough, Berkshire SL3 0NS, United Kingdom. This is a forwarding address as I am not currently residing there. I received a message while tracking the shipment stating: "Pending-We're holding your item at the Delivery Office as there is a fee to pay. We've left a card asking for payment as either not enough postage was paid by the sender or there is a customs charge due for the item." Hello, I'm writing to inform you that I have updated my driver's license and other mail to be sent to me while I am residing at 30 Regent Street, Denham Town, Kingston 14, Jamaica. However, the DVLA has incorrectly sent the mail to my UK address at 36B Nutcroft Road, Peckham, London SE15 1AF. Unfortunately, my neighbor, who has my mail, has not forwarded it to me as requested. I suspect this is fraudulent behavior, as she also has my driver's license. I kindly request the postal service to collect the letters from my neighbor and send them to me via DHL or recorded delivery so I can sign for them upon receipt. Thank you for your assistance. My son used to work for Royal Mail until he was dismissed earlier this year due to mail theft from his faulty bag. I have always taught him to stand up to bullies, and one of his managers fits that description. During his dismissal appeal, the same manager played a crucial role in the decision. While waiting for his tribunal, my son found new employment based on his merit, despite Royal Mail's treatment. Recently, the manager who harbored ill feelings toward my son approached one of his new bosses to question his hiring. This meddling is unlawful. I plan to speak with a reporter friend, our local MP, and a solicitor about this situation. Dealing with vindictive bullies during this crisis is mentally taxing for everyone, and I hope this manager faces appropriate consequences for his behavior.

I mailed a letter from Oldham, UK to Lisbon, Portugal around April 22nd. When I track my letter, I can see that it left Oldham to Manchester and on April 25th, the tracking status was updated to show it was in Langley and leaving the UK. I was prompted to continue tracking on the partner website, GLS. However, when I input my reference number on the GLS website, it says they do not have my item and do not recognize my reference number. Since April 25th, the status has not been updated, still showing it as leaving the UK. It's been two weeks without any new information. I'm concerned about the lack of updates and wondering where my parcel is. How can I track my parcel if the partner website does not accept my reference number?

Good morning. My name is Patricia Navarro and I am reaching out regarding an order issue with a package I bought from an external seller on AMAZON to be delivered to Barberà del Vallès in the province of Barcelona, Spain. I made the purchase on 19/04/20 and was given an estimated delivery date between 28/04/20 and at the latest, Monday 04/05/20. Despite contacting the seller "T.E. Traders" through AMAZON, I have not yet received the package. The seller mentioned that "THIS ORDER IS THROUGH ROYAL MAIL". AMAZON informed me via "ROYAL MAIL" that the package is delayed but did not provide a tracking number for me to locate my order. The only order number I have is from the invoice: [redacted]-[redacted], which is not a tracking number, and no one has given me any further information. I was advised to reach out to "ROYAL MAIL", but without a reference number, how can I find out the status of my order? The seller assured me that the package was already sent. Hello!!! Good morning Royal Mail to all. A few weeks ago, I made a purchase on Ebay for a product (pumpkin seeds) and they provided me with a tracking number for the shipment (UH[redacted]03GB). It was supposed to arrive at my regular mailing address: (Alejandro Amaro, P.O. Box 42, Culebra P.R [redacted]) no later than May 8, [redacted]. I have not yet received the package, and as you can understand, I am very concerned about what may have happened. I would appreciate it if you could kindly help me locate this shipment and inform me of its current whereabouts as of May 11, [redacted]. Hello, I am seeking assistance in locating a package sent to me at the address provided below: Roger Ford-Hutchinson 16 Chaine Memorial Road Larne Co. Antrim BT40 1AD UK The tracking number for the package is LZ[redacted]90US and it was shipped by DAGCameras from [redacted] Vintage Drive, Oregon, WI [redacted] USA. The latest update on the UPS tracking page indicates that it departed from Heathrow, London, UK on April 7, [redacted]. According to Royal Mail, the item has left the United States and is on its way to the UK. They advised me to contact USPS, but as I have a UK address, I am unable to initiate a missing package enquiry with them. Any guidance on the next steps to take would be greatly appreciated. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address my recent delivery experience in Soest. The delivery of steeldarts from England to Germany, handled by Royals Mail and GLS, was very unsatisfactory. Despite eBay notification, the final delivery did not reach me as expected on May 25, [redacted]. I am experiencing ongoing issues with undelivered mail. Some important items, such as my Gas & Electricity bill, a small parcel from Greenwich, and another small parcel posted on 12 May, have not reached me. In addition, over the past month, the overall volume of mail I have received has decreased significantly. This is particularly concerning as I have been notified of potential consequences for missed payments. It appears that my mail is consistently not being delivered, rather than just delayed. I am trying to understand the root cause of this problem and how to ensure I receive all my mail reliably in the future.

I have been attempting to trace a package sent to my son, who is studying in Sweden, on April 27th. The tracking number is RN[redacted]86GB. Upon tracking, I discovered it was in the USA. After contacting Royal Mail two weeks ago, I was informed that the package had gone missing but was on its way back to Sweden and should have reached my son by May 21st. However, he has yet to receive it. The package contains essential thyroxine medication. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone. I have been struggling to connect via phone or computer to address a potential issue of mail redirection. Yesterday, 01/06/[redacted], after repeatedly attempting to reach the helpline, I was informed of a long wait time but got disconnected after just 10 minutes. Despite multiple subsequent calls, I faced the same issue of being disconnected repeatedly. Today, following instructions to contact support online, I encountered difficulties connecting through Microsoft Edge. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of direct assistance and the ongoing technology challenges. It seems like a straightforward solution would be to increase staff to answer phones effectively and simplify the process reminiscent of the past.

The parcel is a small Second Class Signed For item. The tracking information only shows it was received at the post office. In reviewing my proof of posting slip, I noticed a postcode error. The correct postcode for the delivery address is B75 5HW, not BT55HW. The intended recipient is Amanda Bates at 11 Glanville Drive, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B75 5HW. My order of perfume arrived damaged, with the bottle's glass ends broken. The packaging was insufficient, with only paper wrapping inside a flimsy cardboard box, instead of proper bubble wrap. It seems the fragile glass parts of the metal bottle did not survive the transit. Due to the ongoing Covid lockdown, the delivery person handed the package to me quickly and left. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the damage right away, as I only opened it later and discovered it was slightly damp.

I am inquiring about a Special Delivery package, which was anticipated on 4/6/[redacted]. It's been almost a week with no sign of it. I've checked the Post Office tracking site multiple times, solely relying on it for updates, but it consistently shows "in transit." The tracking number is VE[redacted]66GB. Excuses related to the Coronavirus situation seem unfair, especially since a previous order from Germany arrived within five days. I am experiencing an issue with a missing parcel and the recipient is requesting a refund. I urgently require assistance as Royal Mail postmen are randomly scanning parcels on delivery. Despite paying for a service that has not been provided, I am unable to get help from Royal Mail's phone line or customer service offices. They are directing me to contact the Croydon office, but their phone line is also not functioning. I am frustrated with the lack of support I am receiving as a paying customer. I checked the Royal Mail tracking service, and it states that my items were delivered by the g20/g23 delivery office on Thursday, June 4th. However, I did not receive my parcel, and it was scanned twice. I spoke to my neighbors, and they did not have it either. I was home all day and no mail or parcel arrived. I am frustrated that no delivery card was left to indicate where the parcel was left. I have tried calling but couldn't get any help or explanations. I urgently need assistance with this issue as the parcel was essential, especially for my child. I am disappointed and puzzled about the delivery status showing as "delivered" without any details.
