Date: 7/2/[redacted] To: REI Customer Service Subject: Order# A[redacted]62 - Fabric Failure Good day, I made this order on 7/16/[redacted] and soon received the product. The item, designed for outdoor use, has suffered from fabric failure due to UV damage. As the sole user weighing about [redacted] pounds, I have used the chair less than seven months since purchasing it. I have stored it in the provided protective bag when not in use. Shortly after acquiring the chair, the white piping began unraveling, followed by the fabric deteriorating at the edges, culminating in the bottom unexpectedly ripping on 6/30/[redacted] while sitting. This rapid deterioration poses an injury risk. I aim for long-term use and maintenance of products, so this premature failure is disappointing. I request a refund for the chair price, taxes, and shipping. Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. Sincerely, J.
