During our last cruise to the British Isles from August 12 to August 24, [redacted], we purchased a pre-cruise photo deal for $[redacted].00 on July 19. Despite presenting our confirmation and credit card information, we were charged $[redacted].00 by the photo gallery on top of the initial payment. After multiple attempts to address this discrepancy with the gallery, we have yet to receive a resolution. As loyal customers, we expect respectful and timely attention to this matter. Since last Saturday, I've been trying to reach someone, but still no response. I emailed on Wednesday morning and also got no reply. I have a billing issue on my credit card for reservations I made because my package includes two a la carte meals. It's frustrating to hear nothing back. I spent an hour with my credit card for no resolution. It's been almost an hour now trying to use live chat and no one is responding. I'm really disappointed with the situation and I hope my problem will be resolved soon, and I will be compensated for all the problems and time lost. Hoping to receive a quick response.
